Starting your morning off right.
Speaker 3 (00:18):
A new way of talk, a new way of understanding
because we're in this together.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
This is your morning show with Michael O'Dell chrun Omaha, Omaha.
More on that with Rory at a moment, David Zanati.
Do you think the No Kings movement has made its
statement and now it's over? You might want to think again.
That's coming up next hour. Should you fear this is
the end of times, that the biblical prophecies have been
(00:47):
filled right before your very eyes. We covered that in
our one on one section. Don't forget to listen to
the podcast if you missed it because you were still asleep.
No Sweat Podcast will be along at nine Central, Good morning,
eight minutes after the hour. Welcome to Wednesday, June eighteenth.
This is your morning show. I am Michael. Del John
of the US is warning Americans not to travel to Iran.
(01:07):
Fill the blank, no blank, sure luck. US embassies in
Jerusalem are closing, and members of Congress on both sides
of the aisle now anxious to do something for a
change and its limit US involvement in the Iran Israel conflict,
and the Department of Homeland Securities pulling.
Speaker 4 (01:23):
An omaha omaha, oh mah.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
An audible, they say they're going to resume immigration rates
on farms, hotels and restaurants. Your Morning Show national correspondent
Rory O'Neil joins us with the very latest. Good morning, Rory, Yeah,
Good morning, Michael.
Speaker 5 (01:37):
So we've seen a bit of a mixed message from
the White House. Last week President Trump sounded like he
was taking his foot off the gas when it comes
to enforcement operations in hospitality and construction, especially in agriculture.
But then on Monday, ICE officials gathered in a phone
call with all thirty offices nationwide and said, nope, we
(01:57):
are continuing this process. We still hope to have about
three thousand people taken into custody each day, people who
are in the country illegally, and the plan is to
push forward, even though we should note the Department of
Homeland Security is really burning through its budget this year
for these enforcement operations.
Speaker 2 (02:16):
And then we had the speaking of Homeland Security, the
Christy Nome being rushed to the hospital. What do we
think that was allergy? An allergic reaction to something.
Speaker 5 (02:23):
But yeah, that's what they told us last night, shortly
after she was taken to the hospital, an allergic reaction.
I think she still expected to travel as usual today.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
So hopefully she's on the end. Well you say that,
but Jeffrey of course gets his news from TikTok, and
he believes every conspiracy theory. He believes she was poisoned.
That was her final warning. That was her final warning,
is what he's going with. All right, So what do
you make of this reversal roaring what the reaction might be?
And I speak specifically. I don't think no Kings was
(02:52):
going away anyway, but they may have plans as early
as July. My guess is they'll continue you their side
of the narrative as well. Yeah that's a possibility, you know.
Speaker 5 (03:04):
But again, so the President is making that message of
oh I hear my friends and hospitality and agriculture, but
then on Sunday said on true Social like we're going
to go after those deep blue cities. So clearly they're
still trying to get these enforcement numbers up. Stephen Miller,
of course the driving force behind this in the White House,
(03:25):
trying to get up to three thousand per day.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
We saw reports, I think it was Axios this.
Speaker 5 (03:29):
Week that morale oh no, the New York Post sorry
said we're reporting yesterday saying that morale inside ICE is
way down. Is they're just focused on numbers and getting
people rather than getting.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
The worst of the worst. First. Well, and we've how
many times have we had that conversation? Again, law is law,
and law and order is law and order. However, when
you look at poll after poll after poll, the American
people are all for one hundred percent, and I mean
you get up to as high as sixty five seventy
percent even among Democrats. Secure the border, stop the bleeding.
(04:02):
Same thing for if you're talking about people that once
they get here after committing the crime of breaking in technically,
but commit other crimes, whether it's theft, whether it's rape,
whether it's murder, whether it's drug trafficking, human trafficking, they're
all behind that. You just start going picking up people
by numbers. Those numbers are going to dwindle in the
support will dwindle. This would be the tougher journey for
(04:22):
the president if he keeps it up right.
Speaker 5 (04:24):
Right, because those are the day laborers, those are the
construction workers. They're the people taking care of your kids
at daycare. They're the hospital workers, the maids and hotels,
you know, those entry level jobs a lot of Americans
don't want. And most of the people who are here
illegally are here on expired visas, so not necessarily entering
the country illegally, but certainly not leaving when they were
(04:45):
leaving legally.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Or he's gonna be back, by the way, and the
third hour, a new study is out on both the
best and the worst cities, and we'll see where your
city shapes up of your morning show interest as well
when where it comes back. Speaking of the border, this
is non controversial and pretty staggering. Last May, this is
(05:10):
how many were being just released in a single month,
not snuck in. Released a year ago. Sixty two thousand
of those breaking into the country illegally were released into
the country by the Biden administration. One year later, May
(05:32):
of twenty twenty five, we have the numbers in The
number is zero from sixty two thousand to zero, nada nothing.
Think about that for a second. Border agents did not
release a single person who entered the country illegally into
(05:54):
the United States. Wrap your head around that. We have
shutouts all the time in baseball, maybe six nothing, but
sixty two thousand to nothing. Border patrol agents didn't release
a single migrant into the US last month, a staggering
drop after the Biden administration allowed sixty two thousand illegal
(06:16):
crossers in the country in May of twenty twenty four.
Do you remember what Congress was considering? What was that read?
Five thousand a day was going to be the limit
before they even started to try to stop to zero
(06:38):
agents caught eight seven hundred and twenty five. That's an
interesting number too, isn't it. You had sixty two thousand
that were allowed to enter under Biden a year ago,
now at zero and only eighty seven to twenty five,
seven hundred twenty five attempted. And we've seen this before.
(07:02):
You get a serious president, translation a Republican president, they
stop coming in droves. You get a Democrat president, they
come and droves because they know the silent truth. One
wants them to invade this country. One wants to give
(07:22):
them citizenship by way of GPS and collapse your entitlement
programs because they don't want partial control, they want complete
control and get them all registered to vote so they
can maintain their power. Agents saw a ninety three percent
(07:45):
decrease from May twenty twenty four when one hundred and
eleven thousand were nabbed. So you go from one hundred
and seventeen thoy nine hundred and five attempting to break
into the country, sixty two thousand of them released freely
into the country in May of twenty twenty four to
(08:05):
just eighty seven hundred trying in twenty twenty five and
zero being released. That's promise made, promise kept. That's border
secured and laws enforced. You didn't need legislation, you didn't
need Congress, You just needed a new president. I hope
(08:27):
America remembers that when it makes another presidential choice, or
certainly the Democrat Party needs to call in Omaha, omah
and convince us that they're done ignoring the American people.
On this we also get this from the New York Post.
Nearly one million illegal immigrants have self deported under Trump,
(08:51):
which has led to higher wages. We pride ourselves on
never telling you how to thank, so I don't know
quite how to turn the obvious into a form of
a question. But is this what happens when you'd taken
all of the above approach to deporting illegals and fixing
(09:13):
problems caused by a specific party? I can't even say
president because we're gonna a hearing today to get to
the bottom of who really was president for four years.
If there was ever an issue for the future of
the goped to run on, it's immigration. Simply electing a
president that would uphold the existing immigration laws problem was solved. Now,
(09:41):
I gotta tell you, when you get to the volitional deportation,
I didn't think many would respond. I mean, you give
him that choice, and then you give him that chance
to come back and do it right, a second chance.
A million have done it. I mean, at the very least,
isn't that a sicknes I don't know. Nobody can tell you.
(10:03):
We think the four year total of a legal immigrants
allowed into the country was somewhere around eight million, but
that's probably very, very conservative. I don't think there's any
reasonable person, and it's hard to prove any reasonable person
thinks it was less than ten million. But if it
(10:25):
was accurate at seven to eight million and a million
have self deported, that's a significant percentage. Had had another
million that have been rounded up and deported, but even
at two million and no kings thinks that enforcing the
laws of sovereignty is trying to be a king again.
(10:49):
It's all weaponized politics. But Tea, I wish some of
these people would have gotten Civics or history and k
through twelve instead of doctor nation. If the number is
closer to ten million, and if we've rounded up and
deported a million mainly the most dangerous now getting to
those who just broke the law of entering and a
(11:12):
million self deported, that's still only two million out of
eight from just the four years of Joe Biden, never
mind the decades prior. That's pretty significant though, just having
Donald Trump elected president and the attempts went from one
(11:34):
hundred and seventeen, nine hundred and five down to eight thousand,
seven hundred and twenty five, they know not to even try.
And for those eighty seven hundred and twenty five that tried,
zero allowed to remain perfection, zero complete, one hundred percent
(11:54):
enforcement compared to sixty two thousand a year earlier that
were volitionally all allowed to just come in and stay.
What a difference a year, mays, What a difference a
president makes? Why is this guy singing and we're walking?
(12:17):
We're walking? We're what it's your morning show with Michael
del Chorno. Well, there is things other than war taking
care of business. We just documented how the border crossings
those released volitionally released into the United States illegally was
sixty two thousand last May. Now it's down to zero
(12:38):
and ninety three percent lesser even trying. That's progress. While
we're focused on board, here's more progress. The Senate Judiciary
Committee is holding a hearing today focused on who the
heck was president while Joe Biden was walking around cognitively impaired.
Mark Mayfield has the story.
Speaker 6 (12:56):
The hearing, titled Unfit to Serve How the Biden cover
up in danger to America and Undermine the Constitution, will
investigate claims that Biden's staff tried to hide indications of
cognitive impairment. It will feature testimony from several former officials
in President Trump's first administration, as well as a legal scholar.
Democratic Senator Dick Durman, the ranking member of the committee,
says the hearing is a waste of time. This comes
(13:17):
as House Republicans push for the creation of a select
committee that would investigate the alleged cover up of Biden's
cognitive state.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
I'm Mark Mayfield. Meanwhile, President Trump is indicating he'll likely
extend the deadline for TikTok to be sold. Brian Shook
has more.
Speaker 4 (13:30):
The popular video sharing app currently faces the possibility of
being banned in the US if it's China based owner
Byte Dance doesn't sell it by Thursday. When asked Tuesday
if he'll extend that deadline, Trump said probably yeah. He added,
probably have to get China approval, but I think we'll
get it. This would be the third time Trump has
(13:50):
extended the deadline. I'm Brian Shook.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
The US is warning Americans about going to the Middle East.
Lisa Taylor reports not.
Speaker 7 (13:58):
To travel to Israel, Iraq and not to travel to
Iran under any circumstances. The warning comes after a Fox
News report that the White House is now considering an
offensive strike against Iran. State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce said
the Israel Iran conflict is a rapidly evolving situation. Bruce said,
the State Department has set up a task force to
(14:19):
help you, as citizens in the Middle East, stay informed.
She again reiterated President Trump has said time and time
again Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. Finally, said Taylor,
I used to like Nancy Wilson. I love Dan singing,
but not like I had a crush on Nancy Wilson.
Now I don't really care for either.
Speaker 2 (14:36):
Another artist is accusing President Trump of using a song
without their permission.
Speaker 8 (14:48):
Barrocona Nancy Wilson of Hart is taking aim at Trump
for using the band's classic Barracuda during Saturday's military parade
in Washington, d C. Wilson called the song a powerful
piece of music that was never inten for political use.
Wilson ada that she and her sister and Wilson are
daughters of a US Marine Corps major, and they hold
it deep in abiding respect for the men and women
(15:08):
who serve in our armed forces. She said that music
used in such settings as celebrating the US Army's two
hundred and fiftieth birthday chevy fleck not only the tone
of the event, but also the wishes of the artists
who created it. I'm Tammy Trihio.
Speaker 2 (15:21):
So the event was to honor the two hundred and
fiftieth birthday of the Army, patriotism towards the country. That's
some missuse.
Speaker 9 (15:32):
My name is Joey from Gideer, Arizona, and my morning
show is your Morning Show with Michael del Jorno.
Speaker 2 (15:44):
Hi.
Speaker 1 (15:45):
It's Michael. Your Morning Show can be heard live weekday
mornings five to eight am, six to nine am Eastern
in great cities like Tampa, Florida, Youngstown, Ohio, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
We'd love to join you on the drive to work live,
but we're glad you're here now. Enjoyed the podcast?
Speaker 2 (16:00):
Roger writes, Wow, amazing show today. The only thing I
can think of is a men, have a safe and
productive day. If you missed our monologue one on one
conversation for those of you that are waking up afraid,
is this going to be World War three? Is this
going to be apocalyptic or a prophetic fulfillment and end times?
(16:26):
We addressed all that very frankly, looking at the information
that we have, and we broke that down in analysis form.
If you miss that, that's why we have the podcast.
You'll want to hear our one when the podcast is
released later this morning at ninth Central. All right, if
you're just waking up, it's thirty six minutes after the hour.
That means twenty four minutes to be to work by
eight o'clock in the Eastern time zone. And you know
(16:47):
what we say, it's always revealing, it's often entertaining, it's
always your sounds of the day. All right, everybody block alad, Look,
you just gotta try harder, not just song. Have the
opportunity for a brief civics lesson.
Speaker 3 (17:02):
Sure, perhaps you'd like to be alone with the raily
deteriorating mental condition.
Speaker 2 (17:11):
So we're gonna have a conversation next hour with our
senior contributor David Zanati about the future of No Kings.
If you think this movement has made its statement, it's
going to go away. No, you don't see it for
what it is. This is the far left of the
Democrat Party's strategy. They are waging war, carrying out anarchy
(17:34):
in the name of restoring peace and democracy. We've seen
them do this before and they're doing that play again.
Now have they revealed that this is their playbook? This
is their plan for the midterms and beyond civil unrest
in the name of saving democracy. Again, we'll discuss that,
(17:57):
but there's already before we gave an have that conversation
and reveal it to you. There's the proof they're planning
another march in July. And then you had the you know,
the shooting in Minnesota, which is unfortunate. Obviously. I know
there's a lot of conspiracy theories. I see them all.
(18:17):
I can play you a piece of sound that isn't
a conspiracy theory. It's police sounding like they were the FBI,
you know, holding the news conference, and the police are
there when this guy's shooting, and they chase them out
the back door, and it just makes you wonder. You know,
I can watch a news conference like that and say, well,
(18:39):
I can tell you what all the videos are going
to be online, how they allowed this to happen because
they're looking for their George Floyd. And it didn't take
but a second on CNN for a Democrat to basically
blame Donald Trump with these murders.
Speaker 9 (18:57):
I feel like Trump has really popped lid of the
rhetoric and the sense of hate and violence and promoted
this type of environment is profoundly disturbing for all of us.
We have seen increased threats across the country. You're quite
familiar with the pizza threats. We've seen more of that,
(19:17):
where pizzas or other food is delivered to people's families
that they haven't ordered. Just to say from the right wing,
we know who you are, we know where you live.
I can tell you all of our families feel a
greatly heightened sense. And just let me just say, my
heart goes out to the families in Minnesota.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
Yeah, yeah, you're real. Sincere all right. So on the pizzas,
that's far left attacks on far right, not far right
on far left number one, which is ridiculous, conflating. Two,
imagine the side that calls that is constantly calling Donald
Trump a tyrant, a dictator, a hitler who's using his
(19:57):
military against his own people, who who was threatening? None
of that's insightful. Just Donald Trump is insightful. And I've
never heard Donald Trump encourage any American to attack another
American they disagree with. I did hear the Mirror of
Chicago saying now is the time to fight? NBC reporter
(20:19):
in Tel Aviv, what should you take from this they've
lost control of the skies over Iran. I think they're
running out of conventional weaponry. Iran has got the Supreme
I a toola promising apocalyptic response. But all was very
(20:43):
quiet this as the Left tries to convince you we're
headed to world war and end times because of an
out of control president and his ego.
Speaker 10 (20:51):
Listen, yeah, well, it's been a surprising last night. I mean,
it was quite a bit less terrifying than some of
the previous nights, when even inside these barricaded rooms that
we see in almost every building in Israel, you could
still hear, you know, impacts outside.
Speaker 2 (21:06):
It was pretty frightening.
Speaker 10 (21:07):
But last night, and you know, we had three sirens,
we went into these shelters, and then you know, we
heard about after ten or fifteen minutes that it was
okay to go. And then according to the IDF today,
last night was the night latest Iranian assault on Israel
since this all began with Israel's attacks against Rom.
Speaker 2 (21:26):
Now we talked about this at great lenth last hour,
So in case somebody's listening to the podcast later or
heard that, forgive me, but let's kind of look at
the scoreboard here. Israel's taken out their top scientists, so
even if they get an uranium in the future, the
scientists aren't there. They've taken out their top commanders, even
(21:49):
their replacements, so they've lost a lot in terms of
command and scientists. They've taken out their delivery system facilities,
the rockets, they've taken out the enriched uranium facilities. They've
gotten a lot of The centrifuge is now the main
Mount Fourdeaux. That's where the US involvement may be. To
(22:11):
use the bunker busters, that would really take them back
almost to day one. So the world has told Iran
you can't be a nuclear power Iran. Israel has made
it so. Most of what has been launched NonStop from
(22:32):
Iran has been blocked. Some have hit, There have been casualties,
but nothing like the situation Iran's him. The Houthies Hamas
have been decimated. They don't have their proxy terrorist organizations
to use in a retaliatory strike. They don't seem to
have many conventional weapons left. Their nuclear program has been
(22:55):
set way back. The President's giving them forty eight hours
to come to the table. What will be the US involvement,
probably take out these last centrifugas. But that's it. Red
brought up something off the air that was very interesting,
and that is if Israel chose to go in with
(23:17):
a physical mission, now they have no control over their skies,
which makes around very vulnerable and makes it very wise
to just take them out with a bomb. But if
you chose to have Israel go it alone and go
in on the ground, they could be vulnerable. But what
at the end of the day is the difference if
(23:38):
they get in there and collapse the tunnels, or get
real close and get a strike down there. How is
that not an escalation in the war and a simple
bunker buster to take that out and there's no reason
for anybody to die. They should be evacuated by now anyway.
How is that an escalation and the other is not.
(24:01):
It's just narrative. The world degrees Iran cannot be allowed
to have a nuclear weapon, but the world has done nothing,
and now Israel has and the world is safer. There
are no signs of World War three on the horizon.
Russia is allowing this to happen. Not a peep. China
not a peep, North Korea, not a peep. There's no
(24:23):
sign of any Islamic nation. That's where that president tour
to Saudi Arabia and Cutter was so important. I think
you know now what they were talking about. Iran has
been isolated. Iran's resources have been taken. There's nothing left
for Iran to do but to give up its nuclear
(24:44):
ambition and move on, or to continue and end up
in a vulnerable regime change situation which probably resides in
the people of Iran more than any other country, really
wanting it. But there's just no evidence of World War three.
There's just no evidence of end times by biblical prophecy.
(25:06):
There's no joining from Russia and China. They're standing alone
and they're all but defeated. And that makes the world safer.
In fact, probably the only unsafe place is as we
were looking at the border, the border is secured today.
Zero released into the United States in May of twenty
twenty five, compared to sixty two thousand a year ago.
(25:28):
Only eighty seven hundred even tried to break in. A
year ago it was one hundred and seventeen thousand. But
who has gotten in? It only took nineteen to carry
out nine to eleven. There's twenty million unaccounted for so,
if there's any country vulnerable for a sleeper cell attack,
(25:49):
a terrorist attack on foreign soil, it's probably France, London,
in the US. But I don't see any signs of
World War three, and I don't see any signs of
times in biblical prophecy. I see a very isolated, alone
disarmed I Ron. And if this Iatola chooses to be
any more defiant, he may end up losing his control. Meanwhile,
(26:14):
I got into in the five o'clock hour the three
contradictory Muhammad's the three types of Muslims today and the
completely anathetical system of life, form of government that is
Islam compared to the US. There is a very and
(26:36):
America really isn't ready to have that conversation. But if
a Muslim is taking the oath of office to be
in the United States Congress, it would virtually denounce all
of their beliefs. And so you have to wonder if
they're doing it seriously and if they even could. That's
(27:01):
just acknowledging that everything we believe compared to an active
note I say Muslim, I said Islamist, an act of
Islamist is contradictory. That's a whole other heavy conversation and
probably very very much not a your morning show conversation.
But then when you open your mouth up and you
willingly take a side and announce the very country you've
(27:22):
taken an oath to uphold and defend, that ought to
have you scratching your head. Let's put it this way
today in Sounds of the Day, there's no more important
comparison than elan Omar's comments and Arnold Schwartzenegger on the view.
What do I mean? Listen, remember always revealing up.
Speaker 11 (27:41):
In a dictatorship and I don't even remember ever witnessing
anything like that. To have a democracy a peakan of
hope for the world to now be turned into one
of the you know, one of the worst countries where
the military are in our streets without any regard for
(28:05):
people's constitutional rights.
Speaker 2 (28:07):
Okay, so, first of all, US citizen doesn't have constitutional rights,
especially a criminal breaking the law. So now secured borders,
a sovereign nation and law enforcement is worst dictatorship than
she's ever seen. And she grew up in a dictator
country and she now is a member of Congress in
a country she thinks is one of the worst in
(28:28):
the country. Now that is either weaponized political narrative, or
this is someone loyal with an allegiance to something outside
of America serving America in its people's house. This should
(28:49):
be very concerning for the people of her state, for
whom she represents, and for all of us watching. But
I don't even want to go there. Let's just compare
her view of America, her view of sovereign border control,
her view of law and order, with that of Arnold Schwarzenager,
(29:10):
where the view thinks they're setting up their narrative, but
they're setting it up with the wrong guests. You are
an immigrant, you're an immigrant's country.
Speaker 10 (29:19):
Did you have a visceral reaction to what they're doing,
what ISA is doing when you see the videos of.
Speaker 3 (29:25):
It, Well, I tell you, would you say that the immigrant?
I'm so proud and happy that I was embraced by
the American people like that. I mean, imagine they came
over here with the age of twenty one with absolutely nothing,
and then to create a Korea like that. I mean,
(29:48):
in no other country in the world could you do that?
Every single thing. If it's a bodybuild in Korea, if
it's my acting Korea becoming governor.
Speaker 2 (29:59):
Twenty one came with nothing as a bodybuilder, went on
to be a blockbuster movie star and a governor of
one of our largest states. Remember when Barack Obama was president,
telling us what an awful country we are, what a racist,
(30:20):
systemically racist country we are, As he, a person of
a color, had been elected president. I don't know what
joy Beheim thought the answer was gonna be. She's trying
to bait him. Boy is an immigrant. You must be
shocked at what you're seeing. No, he was a legal immigrant,
and you're comparing him to criminals. But his response doesn't
(30:41):
even go there. He just goes to the testimony of
his life, and that is an American testimony, not an
Arnold Schwarzenegger testimony. And what he's setting up is when
you're a guest in a foreign country, you behave you
don't take it over. What a brilliant way to shut
(31:04):
up a dumb question without calling it dumbly. Maybe a bodybuilder,
maybe a terminator watches graceful dismount.
Speaker 3 (31:16):
But the key thing also is at the same time
that you got to do things legal. That is the
important thing. You know, so's you got to do things legal,
and those people that are doing illegal things in America,
and then the foreigners they are not smart because when
you come to America, you're.
Speaker 2 (31:35):
Guest and you have to behave like a guest.
Speaker 3 (31:38):
Like when I go to someone's house and I'm a guest,
then that will do everything I can, keep things clean
and to make my pay and to do everything that
is the right thing to do, rather than committing a
crime or being abusive or something like that. So that
doesn't really work in this country. So I think the
important thing is when you become an immigrant to think about, Okay,
(32:00):
I go to America because I'm going to use America
for the great opportunities that America has in education, in jobs,
creating a family, all of those kind of things.
Speaker 2 (32:10):
