Speaker 3 (00:27):
Three starting your morning off right.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
A new way of talk, a new way of understanding
because we're in this together. This is your morning show
with Michael.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Dell, Cha Risensheine, one and all, and welcome to Wednesday, December,
the third year of All Loud twenty twenty five on
the air and streaming live on your iHeartRadio app. This
is your morning show. I'm Michael del Journal, honored to
serve you. Jeffrey Lyons has all the sound that it
sound good. Yeah, Red, I don't know what he's doing.
In North Dakota State University sweatshirt. North Dakota, by the way,

(01:04):
just showed up as the worst drivers on planet Earth. Yeah,
when you do everything from speeding accidents to UIs, it's
minus twelve there, minus twelve degrees.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Why don't you go for a little hike.

Speaker 3 (01:20):
Eight minutes after the hour, lawmakers are set to receive
a classified briefing on the Trump administration strikes on Venezuelan boats.
President Trump says the National Guard is headed to New
Orleans soon.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
Careful what you ask for a governor.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
The Kremlin spokesperson says the Russia US talks went on
for about five hours, no breakthrough, and I you know, listen,
we're going to break this down every which way, just
as I said we would.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
There was a narrative that a I guess, a.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
Latest mom Donnie socialist type candidate is running a close
race in Trump Country, Tennessee. The second narrative was, this
is going to be a one point race, if not
a victory for the Democrats. And you can add that
to New Jersey, you can add that to Virginia and
all the other earlier races. And I said, I don't

(02:18):
where they're geting this information. I have the under over
on this at somewhere between eight and ten where it
to come in what's between eight and ten, by the.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
Way, that would be nine Wow?

Speaker 3 (02:31):
Oh okay, I just hurt myself. Pat myself on the back. Yes,
came in right at nine percent. So Van Apps with
fifty three point nine percent and often Bend with forty
five percent. David's not He's going to break these numbers
down because we're in search of what we honestly should

(02:52):
and could learn from this race, not narratively, not politically
or tactically, but sensibly. Were there some interesting mistakes made.
One that we were talking about is think of they
brought in Kamala Harris. She just ran for president. Now

(03:12):
part of you would say, why would you bring in
a woman who lost by twenty points? Well, this district
is drawn and the way it's drawn by Republicans certainly
helped Van Epps. I mean, if this was I think
it was, she won one county right or one district,
and that was in Davidson County, which is Nashville downtown,

(03:33):
and I think it was only fifty six percent. So
you know, obviously when you got into Williamson County and
on election day, that's when we saw everything really turn.
But my questions are this, does this Mom, Donnie socialist

(03:55):
affordability handouts for everyone message work outside of urban areas?
And I think you look at this and say, well,
you would say absolutely no, it's obvious it doesn't, or
after Ben would have won. But I mean, this is
a pretty extraordinarily bad candidate, right with all the clips

(04:18):
that surfaced. You know, you're you're basically running for school president,
and you know you hate the school, you hate the cafeteria,
you hate all the kids, you hate the football team.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
That's Ascott, the mascot.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
No you like the mascot the mascot yet but you
know that would make it very difficult to to exegete that.
But I think there is there should be conversation about
can this message sell outside of the urban areas, which
gets back to yesterday my journey of discovery and thesis,
which was the Democrats going from taking us from a
republic to a democracy. Then the democracy became the Democrat

(04:54):
Party and anyone that opposed it was an insurrectionist to
now from a republic to socialism, and it is selling
in cities, and I think that's the strategy to use
a spirit of envy to bankrupt the country by destroying
its largest cities. But this message outside of urban areas

(05:16):
does not play well enough. I think special election turned
out is worthy of conversation. David will give you a
masterclass of breaking down the narrative versus reality there. And
I don't know, this could be nitpicky in a you know,
once you understand special election turnout, A special election only

(05:37):
one in the country after Thanksgiving. But I sometimes I
look at this and I wonder a Republican still in
that pattern of election day voting now on a national scale.

(05:58):
That was a problem. In fact, when Trump lost in
twenty twenty what was he arguing about mail in votes?
But what was he not doing pursuing mail in votes,
questioning all the early voting strategies but not engaging in them.
That finally got right in twenty twenty four, and it's

(06:18):
a big reason why he won. So here's a special
I mean, I'm trying to remember. I think my wife
and I voted over two weeks ago in this election.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
You know.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
But I got to tell you something. I'm normally an
election day voter. This is something about it. I like
getting up on election day and going to vote. It's
just I guess I'm a traditionalist now. A special election
and this one, although I think it had mostly to
do with my wife really couldn't stand this opposing candidate,
so she couldn't cast that vote.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
My wife was.

Speaker 3 (06:51):
Almost canvassing for Van Epps. She was so aggravated by
by this Abbe Michael.

Speaker 4 (06:56):
I think most people were even going to check out
more than they did until they started hearing her, and
they all that's how they showed up election day. They
didn't show up early. You brought this up off the air.
Why would you bring AOC here? Why would you bring
Kamala Harris here?

Speaker 3 (07:15):
You know, those are the kind of things that, yeah,
you'll energize your base if you have one, but it
also energizes the opposition. You know that you bring in,
you bring in Trump to numbers and some of the
numbers in some of these counties Wayne seventy percent. Yeah,
she didn't play well eally, that's for sure at all.

(07:37):
I mean, if you really played well outside of the
city area, which to your point, I agree, can this
socialist message be carried outside of urban areas? I think
the best way to say it is had had aften
Ben said all the same things about Nashville country music,

(07:58):
people who come here to celebrate engagements and bridal parties
and everything else that she described that she hated. I
think she still might have won if it was a
mayor's race, and I think you can look at those
numbers and maybe craft it, you know, And I guess
also the hypothetical would depend who was running against. But
you know, if you want to run for mayor, it
probably would have worked. But running for Congress it did not.

Speaker 4 (08:21):
The last what I'm hearing is they jerrymandered it correctly.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
Well, yeah they did. Somebody should be a sketch artist
in a park. They're good drawers.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
There was one final point I wanted to make, and
this isn't blame done you read. I was struggling to
remember it. Oh my keys, are have the Republicans not
learning the lessons of saying of election day voting and
not early engaging in early voting because she was winning
big and early voting and then it all turned around

(08:59):
on a actually probably Williamson County election day is what
really turned it around. But there was one other great
point I wanted to make, and I didn't write it down,
and I should have. Anyway, we'll go over all the
aspects of this. They'll there'll be a narrative on this.
There was a false narrative going in. We want to
keep it from falling for false narratives in analysis as well.
David Sanati will join us later at seven o five

(09:21):
Central eight oh five to Eastern to break down some
of these numbers. Look, the enemy has to say is
the bottom line. I can't imagine in his wildest dreams
that Vladimir Putin really believes he can have a victory.

(09:42):
And again, nobody really knows what victory is in his mind.
If victory in his mind is what I think it is,
delusion of grandeur. He wants to put together the Russian
Empire map, Well, he's got a long way to go.
I don't even see how he could ever take over
all of Ukraine to continue forward. So what is this game?

(10:07):
And how long will he play it? Well, the answer
is as long as he chooses to. And once you've
put all the sanctions in place, once you've isolated him.
I mean, I think there's probably some pressure coming from China,
But a five hour meeting is a lot of time.
You know, It's not like you walked in and he

(10:28):
was pretty much done with you in thirty five minutes
or an hour, So there were long conversations. I don't
know how much of that five hours was taken up
by going through all twenty seven points of the plan.
There is no indication from Witkough or anyone else involved,

(10:48):
Kushner or anybody from this from the Russian side that
there was this main issue or that main issue or
this concession being asked for. All we know is it
was a very constructive five hours, but there was no breakthrough.
So are we any closer to peace, and especially before

(11:11):
the holidays in Russia? Well, I think a five hour
conversation is progress. Look, it wasn't long ago we were
going to read to have meetings in Russia and then
they didn't happen. So the meeting happened. That's progress. Five hours,
that's progress. Solution agreement, no, no breakthrough. Intense winter weather

(11:36):
bringing very heavy snow and icy roads to the Midwest
and northeast is on the Daka today and as I
mentioned earlier, lawmakers are set to receive a classified briefing
on the Trump administration strikes in Venezuela and Boatside. This
is one of those stories that, you know, we get
these stories that pop up. I don't know what the
average American is doing with this. I can tell you,

(11:58):
like Red's very passionate about that. You know, same thing
Hegseth was saying, fog of war. You don't question you, no, no, no,
no no. D To me, it's just one of those
distractionary stories. I don't think it has any traction, you know.
I kind of go through the fog of war and say,
maybe just be a little bit more honest that this
has a lot more to do with Maduro and regime

(12:21):
change than it does really with war on drugs, because
I it was war on drugs, and I know they're
doing some things in Mexico, but nobody's bombing in Mexico,
and nobody's bombing in Colombia That's where all the cocaine
and heroin is coming from. And nobody's bombing in China,
where the fentanyl is you know, sent and then manufactured.
In some of these elevel ditries, only bombing is involved

(12:43):
in Venezuela chips coming out of Venezuela. Then you give
them an ultimatum. I thought that gives away your hand,
But other than that, this sixty second commercial by six
people encourage in the military to not accept any orders
that are illegal, even though they're they can't state any

(13:05):
illegal orders that were given, and they're now trying to
tie this.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
I think at the end of the day, here's where
it it went.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
You had the anonymous source that broke the soul story
from the Washington Post, and you have five named sources.
Is contradicted from the New York Times. It's rather nonsense,
but you'll hear more about that. It sounds the day
there was a lot of fireworks, both in the cabinet
meeting and elsewhere on that Hey, history shows that every
market fails and every currency can collapse. Today, there's no

(13:33):
question the dollar is shrinking. We're trillions of dollars in
debt thirty seven and growing record high markets to find gravity,
but stocks can't go up forever. Meanwhile, groceries, housing, transportation costs,
they're rising and your dollars buying less every day. So
if in when a crash hits or panic sets in,

(13:54):
your stocks aren't going to save you, nor will dollars.
The only thing that will save you gold. Gold has
always survived, and that's why central banks are buying gold
by the time billionaires are stocking up. Even everyday Americans
are protecting their savings in retirement with physical gold. So
only for the headlines, only for the panic that's definitely
too late. Call their Capital Today eight hundred five one,

Speaker 1 (14:44):
This is your morning show with Michael del Chrono.

Speaker 3 (14:48):
Good morning, and welcome to Wednesday, December the second, December
the third. We did December second, Wednesday, December the third.
You have our Lord twenty twenty five on the Aaron
streaming live on your iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 1 (14:58):
This is your morning show and here's what you need in.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
President Trump says the first year of his return to
office has been the most consequential in US history.

Speaker 5 (15:05):
During his final cabinet meeting of twenty twenty five at
the White House, Trump listed the work that he's done
for the American people.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
It's a tremendous thingness. Second place, we have companies moving
in from all.

Speaker 6 (15:19):
Over the world, from Mexico, from Canada, from Europe, from China.

Speaker 5 (15:24):
The President focused on economic achievements and once again said
he's made things more affordable, listing the higher price of
eggs and the gas before he got back into office.
Trump said that more Americans are working now that he's back.
I'm Mark Miefield.

Speaker 3 (15:36):
Well, the governor of Louisiana is getting exactly what he
asked for from the White House.

Speaker 7 (15:39):
President Trump says the National Guard is headed to New
Orleans soon. He did not say how many would be
deployed or when. Although Governor Jeff Landry asked the Trump
administration for up to one thousand troops to combat crime
back in September, Landry went on to say Monday he
expected troops to arrive in New Orleans before Christmas.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
I'm Jim Roup. Isn't that close after all.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
Republican Matt Van Epps is the winner of the special
election in Tennessee speaking Tuesday night, Van Apps credited the
President for his victory.

Speaker 6 (16:08):
The President Donald J. Trump, Thank you, sir, Your endorsement
made the difference and I will never forget it.

Speaker 3 (16:16):
Van epsbeat Democrat candidate Aten Ben, dashing hopes of a
large blue wave after major Democratic wins in the November elections.
The results boosts the GOP majority in the House from
two hundred and twenty to two hundred and thirteen. Wedding
bells they're ringing from Miley Cyrus.

Speaker 8 (16:37):
The couple was first linked romantically in December twenty twenty
one after they were spotted backstage during Cyrus's NBC Holiday special,
and they went public with their relationship in April twenty
twenty two. News of their engagement was fueled after they
attended the Avatar Fire and Ash World premiere in Los
Angeles on Monday, and she was seen sporting a diamond

(16:57):
ring on her left hand. Ring finger was previously married
to actor Liam Hemsworth. I'm Lisa Carton.

Speaker 2 (17:06):
I'm a Lando math in Smyrna, Tennessee.

Speaker 9 (17:09):
And my morning show, It's Your Morning Show with Michael
Dale journal.

Speaker 2 (17:18):
Hi, it's me Michael. Your Morning Show can be heard
live daily on great radio stations like News Radio six
fifty K E n I Anchorage, Alaska, Talk Radio eleven
ninety Dallas Fort Worth, and Freedom one O four seven
in Washington, d C. We'd love to have you listen
live every day and make us a part of your
morning routine. But better late than never. Enjoy the podcast.

Speaker 6 (17:38):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (17:39):
We were at Wicked the second Wicked, and of course
all the buzz was you're gonna cry, You're gonna cry,
Hey cry if it didn't end, the movie stunk. Now,
I'll give you credit. The first Wicked was great. Wicked
too awful. We were driving those times.

Speaker 8 (17:56):
Now.

Speaker 3 (17:56):
I do remember crying at the end of Brian's song
Yes a minute, that narrator coming. Brian Piccolo died at
the age of twenty seven, and I remember, I remember
crying when Frosty melted.

Speaker 1 (18:08):
Oh did you really? I did? I remember crying for that.

Speaker 3 (18:10):
And then I watched an Abraham Lincoln movie one time,
and I cried when Lincoln I killed. I was going
through three memorable cries from when I was a kid.
You didn't know it was coming out about Old Yeller.
Never saw Old Yeller, and I never saw BAMBI no
way but I would, I guarantee you when he has
to go take his dog and you know, Mama no
and shoot him. That would have been the end for me.

(18:34):
As I always say, the more I know people, the
more I love animals. Good morning, thirty six minutes after
the hourrizing shine, early bird gets the worm. Throw that
leg over the bed and start this day. Shuffle into
the kitchen and get yourself a copp of coffee. At
some point, text yourself later today five things you're grateful for,
and then the one thing you want to get done today,

(18:55):
and then the one person you've probably been meaning to call.

Speaker 1 (18:59):
Let's do something memorable today on this Wednesday? Shall we?

Speaker 3 (19:01):
Lawmakers are set to receive a classified briefing from the
Trump administration strikes on the Venezuelan boats. President Trump says
the National Guard is headed to New Orleans at the
request of Governor Landry Kremlin spokesperson says the Russian US
talks on Ukraine peace deal have ended without a breakthrough,
but they did happen, and they did last five hours,

(19:22):
and it wasn't nearly as close.

Speaker 1 (19:23):
In fact, where's Big John when I need him? I
hit this one, Big John right in the head. I
said the underwolver was between eight and ten. Ben EPs
wins by nine percent.

Speaker 3 (19:32):
But David Sanati's going to we and analyze this special
election information and see what we can glean from it
to understand the midterms and execute the midterms better next year.
We'll talk more about that in the third hour email.
This one comes from Kevin, who writes, Michael, vlad does

(19:52):
not care about conquering all of you.

Speaker 1 (19:54):
Well, first of all, he was KGB.

Speaker 3 (19:57):
I guarantee you Vladimir Putin is not excited their Russia
not the Soviet Union, but it's not the good old
fashioned Soviet Union days he's longing for. It's the Russian
Empire map. That's his ultimate goal. He will not live
to ever see that. That's why I called it a
delusion of grandeur. But what is it he's really after. Well,
Kevin writes he wants four Russian speaking outlasts plus Crimea,

(20:20):
which would give Russia a land bridge to their year
round seaport. He wants a buffer between Russia and NATO,
so he has no concern for the western portion of Ukraine.
Your experts that tell you differently are wrong, says Kevin,
and broken aerum. Roger writes, I've always wondered when there
is a meeting with a language barrier, how much time

(20:43):
does it take to say everything twice? Could it actually
have been about a two and a half hour meeting.
Those are just some of the reactions to the simple point.
Obviously there's no agreement that's been reached. That's disappointing. But
they did meet. That's more than we've had in previous months.

(21:06):
So Putin did actually have the meeting that's progressing towards something.
It did last five hours. How much of that was
taken up by interpreters?

Speaker 1 (21:14):
I don't know. Progress, yes, breakthrough?

Speaker 6 (21:18):
No?

Speaker 9 (21:19):
To what do we go on the talk back line?
You're starting to concern me. The other day you couldn't
remember the Disney movie. Now today you can't remember your
third point. That's one heck of a brain fag that's
carried over from Thanksgiving. No shame in leaning on Red

(21:39):
and Jeffrey in these moments.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
Oh look, they're laughing out loud. You know.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
I came into the studio and I said, hey, you know,
could be fun to play the clip of me, I
mean yesterday on the air. I looked at her, I
said why is everybody so worried about this race?

Speaker 1 (21:53):
Now?

Speaker 3 (21:53):
First of all, you know sometimes and you'll know when
I'm being Noster del journal is I'll lose consciousness first,
that always happens. Then you hear this music, Oh wow,
excuse me. And then somebody with a very kind of
an Old Testament English accent, because everybody spoke with an
English accent in the Old Testament. Sure absolutely will come
on and speak and call trane language. That's when I'm

(22:16):
being Noster Deel journal. Okay, this wasn't a Noster Deel journal.
You know, you guys, I said this before and I'll
say it again. I'm a very humble person, but I
am very connected.

Speaker 1 (22:28):
You know.

Speaker 3 (22:28):
It's not like I'm over here guessing. I've been in
radio forty three years. I've been around this.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
You know.

Speaker 3 (22:34):
I have very influential, high up people that I'm close to.

Speaker 1 (22:38):
Their skills I've acquieted over. Now, it's not a set
of squills. I call blank and I say, how close
is this race? Not close?

Speaker 3 (22:44):
Can be between eight and ten? Okay, so yeah, that's
the last I thought of it. That were on the air,
and I can't remember if it was read. I think
was very ansome. Why are you so worried about this race?
I got the under over it between eight and ten
because I was told it was eight and ten. Sure,
I wake up and it's nine. Course, right between eight
and ten. So but well, we'll see what we can
learn from that. The brain fog that I had was

(23:07):
a main point the Republicans.

Speaker 1 (23:10):
This is from me.

Speaker 3 (23:10):
Now, David's Natty's this is what they do it I voters,
So he'll break it down for you. But a turnout's
a big deal, and it's a special election, and a
special election the only one in the country after a
scandalous exit from the incumbent of that of the party
that won. But you have a special election right after Thanksgiving.
You got to understand turnout. And there's people trying to

(23:33):
falsely narrativize that. It did show in my mind Republicans
still having a election day voting mentality. And the Democrats
love that. They love to early vote. Why they start
every election.

Speaker 1 (23:47):
In the lead.

Speaker 3 (23:49):
And if it rains, or if you get called if
you're a doctor, you get called into surgery, or if
something happens with the kids, you got to leave work
pick them up.

Speaker 1 (23:57):
They're sick and bring them home. You can't vote.

Speaker 3 (23:59):
Something could happen on election day.

Speaker 1 (24:01):
You know, one in the hand.

Speaker 3 (24:03):
Is always better than doing doubush, even though we had
two bushes in one head. And I did see that
because this election, early voting went after Ben Big, but
the turnout of Republicans on election day flipped it upside down.

(24:27):
So Republicans still kind of being election day people versus
early voting people. That could be something of concern moving forward.
This socialist model and the suggestion that it plays in
inner city that played out even with this awful candidate.
And I think that speaks to what we talked about
yesterday in our Journey of Discovery. I'll run that by

(24:47):
David as well. How we went from a republic to
a democracy, then from a democracy to the Democrat Party,
and anybody that opposed it was an insurrection. Now we've
gone from a republic to socialism and anybody in between
is on a afordable And it plays in these inner cities,
ma'm donnie being the great example. Could that be the

(25:08):
strategy bankrupt these cities and then bankrupt the country trying
to pick up the tab for them. This is the
ideology of Envy's far left plan to destroy the country
from within. The one I was trying to think of
is and this is because she was such a bad candidate.

(25:32):
I always bring up the movie The Campaign A because
you should watch it.

Speaker 1 (25:35):
It's funny.

Speaker 3 (25:35):
Dan Ackroyd, Zach Galifanakis, Will Ferrell, Will Ferrell is the
worst candidate. It begs it's the absurd question what would
a guy have to do to be unelectable? And they
do it all and it's silly. Punch a baby in
the face, punch a dog in the face, have an

(25:58):
affair with the opponents life, film it and use it
as a commercial.

Speaker 1 (26:03):
I mean, it had every there.

Speaker 3 (26:04):
So it's absurd, right, Well that's kind of what after
Ben started feeling like, I'm running for the United States
Congress and I hate the city i'll represent. I hate
its music, I hate all these battle taverns, these brides
arowing around. All right, So she's the worst possible candidate ever.
And look at how many Democrats still voted for And

(26:28):
it's the partisan blinders. The Dems will vote for a
dem no matter what that dem is. And we're seeing
this nationally. How much of that is why socialists are
being carried.

Speaker 1 (26:44):
That party.

Speaker 3 (26:45):
Loyalty is going to get them the loss of their
party and maybe even the loss of the country and
both parties. But they're just so blindly loyal. So I
think this because of how bad of a candidate she was.
There's a uniquely interesting look at just how loyal you

(27:05):
could be a real you know what. But if you're
a Republican, I mean, I could flip the coin on
that and say, what does anybody know about Matt van Emms. Well,
it was a special election. Donald Trump endorsed, and I
saw the commercial. Okay, well, you did serve our country. Well,

(27:26):
let's hope he serves his constituents. He's promising to the
way he served his country. You really don't know anything
about him. And I just I was laying in bed
and I was thinking to myself after watching Christmas in America,
which was a lot about John Quincy Adams, who, after

(27:49):
being President of the United States, humbled himself and made
his biggest impacts and longest tenure of service as a
lowly member in the people's House of Representatives.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
And I'm thinking, what an established man, I mean.

Speaker 3 (28:12):
One of the very few with experiential ties from the
founding and Washington to his father, the second president, obviously
all the way to Lincoln. I mean, what a smart
vote that was. And then he got a bunch of

(28:32):
Democrats running around a Nashville voting for this woman.

Speaker 1 (28:34):
Who's when I'll never forget on. We played the clip
yesterday on CNN when they asked.

Speaker 3 (28:39):
Her, can you think of any issues you differed with
Kamala Harris? And she was blank. I mean, Sarah Palin blank.
Nobody ever remembers this. The worst Sarah Palin moment was
walking around with Katie Kuric and she asked the question
can you mention? Somebody asked me the question, what kind
of where do you get your information? What kind of

(29:00):
magazines and newspapers you read? And I can't name one
now if I'm walking with Katie kirk and she brings
up the periodical table, and I can't, you know, name
any of the elements. That's one thing. And Sarah Palin couldn't.
And it painfully went on for like forty five seconds.
Just name one anything, Say the Washington Post, say the
New York Times. You can't think of a newspaper. And

(29:23):
that's how it was with Afton Ben. She couldn't even
name an issue. I mean, this is one of the
worst candidates you could other short of the movie the campaign,
and look at how many Democrats still voted for Does
that say something about the partisan matrix blinders in this country.

(29:45):
Doesn't matter who the D is, whether they're having oral
sex in the White House with an intern, they still
vote D. Republicans will turn on you.

Speaker 1 (29:58):
Why.

Speaker 3 (29:59):
That's why we had an open race to begin with
yesterday and we'll continue to now. But it's not so much,
you know, for the rest of the country listening. It's
not that I'm wanting to talk about a congressional race.
It was the only congressional race in the country, so
it's worth our time.

Speaker 2 (30:14):
It's your Morning show with Michael del Chno.

Speaker 3 (30:18):
I got an email from Renee and this is for Roger.
Good morning, Michael, love your show. Believe me, I told
her we love her two. As a court reporter who
has worked with interpreters for thirty years, the best interpreters
will interpret simultaneously, which will not add as much time
to a proceeding as one might think if they were

(30:39):
not interpreted interpreting simultaneously, but waiting for each finish. It
is grueling. It stretches any proceeding out over twice the
amount of time. There's your answer, Roger, And to the
talk back line, we go with an answer to Woody
on my brain fog more mighty.

Speaker 10 (30:59):
Hey, don't worry about your brain fall. I got your back.
Call me anytime. But anyway, I was praying for you
guys yesterday. Glad that she lost, because I was going
to wonder whether or not she wanted to have a
therapist come with her to this state House.

Speaker 1 (31:15):
Well, I have one comment.

Speaker 3 (31:17):
While I am glad she's not going to Washington to
represent my district, I am fully encouraging her to continue
the therapy.

Speaker 1 (31:26):
I do want her to continue to go to that therapy.

Speaker 3 (31:28):
Hey, if you're just waking up, here's the top five
stories of the day. The President, Now, you have a
check in account, of savings account of four a one
K account, But do you have a Trump account?

Speaker 5 (31:37):
Trump says every American child born during his second term
will receive a one thousand dollars government deposit to help
start their account. Dell Technologies founder and CEO Michael Dell
and his wife Susan joined the President for the announcement
to talk about the six point five to two billion
dollar donation that.

Speaker 1 (31:52):
They are making to the program.

Speaker 5 (31:54):
Financial experts say that Trump's accounts amount basically to an
IRA for kids. The accounts were established through the passage
of Trump's Big Beautiful Bill, signed into law in July.

Speaker 3 (32:04):
I marked meview. Anybody want to compare that at birth?
So what your social security is at today, including all
they've taken out mandatorily. Pope Leo is urging President Trump
not to attempt to overthrow the Venezuelan President.

Speaker 7 (32:19):
Pop Leo says it would be better to try dialogue
or economic pressure if the Trump administration wants changed in
the South American country. This has tensions are rising between
the US and Venezuela, with Trump declaring over the weekend
that the airspace above and surrounding the nation is closed
because quote Venezuela is not a very friendly country end quote.

(32:39):
The Pope made the comments on a flight back from
his first overseas trip since being elected pontiff, where he
visited Turkey and Libanon.

Speaker 1 (32:46):
I'm Jim Roope. Well, you know what the narrative was, right.

Speaker 3 (32:48):
There's a blue wave, there's a socialist movement, A mom
Donnie movement. What you saw in New Jersey and Virginia
Elswhere's going to happen in Tennessee. This race is closer
than you think. It's within a point. She could do it.
That was the narrative. The reality Matt van EPs the
easy winner and a special election in Tennessee. Speaking Tuesday night,
he credited first the President.

Speaker 6 (33:08):
The President Donald J.

Speaker 1 (33:09):
Trump, Thank you, sir.

Speaker 6 (33:12):
Your endorsement made the difference and I will never forget it.

Speaker 3 (33:16):
In the end, he wins fifty three point nine percent
to forty five percent. What's between eight and ten percent
that I predicted nine percent, that's exactly what he won.
By A doctor who pleaded guilty for his role in
Matthew Perry's accidental overdose death in twenty twenty three faces
sentencing today.

Speaker 11 (33:34):
Doctor Salvador Placentsia admitteds applying Perry with ketamine in the
weeks leading up to his death. He's already issued a
statement accepting responsibility and said he is profoundly remorseful. Placentia
faces up to forty years in prison. I'm tammy TRIJUIOH.

Speaker 3 (33:48):
Well, there's only twenty eight days left in the year,
and in New York tradition wants your wishes to rain
down on revelers.

Speaker 1 (33:55):
More from bre Tennis.

Speaker 12 (33:56):
The New Year's Eve Wishing Wall has been a thing
in New York's two thousand. Anyone can head to Crossroads
to the World and place a wish on the wall.
Closer to New Year's Eve, all wishes will be collected, printed,
and shredded to become confetti that will be released in
Times Square on New Year's Eve. Millions of people, millions
of wishes, one is bound to come true. It's okay

(34:17):
if you can't make it to New York. You can
even submit your wish online at TSQ dot org. I'm
Bree Tennis.

Speaker 3 (34:23):
I you know, that's kind of like a part of
it is a bucket list. I think the probably the
good compromise would be to go to New York City
right before Christmas, do some Christmas shopping, you know, go
buy Rockefeller Center and the rink and see the tree.
The thought of New Year's Eve, oh never ever has
been on my bucket list. That just looks like the

(34:45):
ultimate cold human nightmare. So that's my wish. Not be
there when the confetti falls.

Speaker 1 (34:53):
We're all in this together. This is your morning Show

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
