Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, it's Michael reminding you that your morning show can
be heard live each weekday morning five to eighth Central,
six to nine Eastern and great cities like Nashville, Tennessee, Tupelo, Mississippi,
and Sacramento, California. We'd love to be a part of
your morning routine and take the drive to work with you,
but better late than never. We're grateful you're here now.
Enjoy the podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Starting your morning off right. A new way of talk,
a new way of understanding, because we're in this together.
This is your Morning Show with Michael o'deill Jornan.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Yeah. I don't know exactly how it happened, but it's
Friday already, December the fifth. You have our Lord twenty
twenty five on the air, streaming live on your iHeartRadio app.
This is your morning show. I'm Michael del Jornam. Supreme
Court allowing Texas to use new congressional district max maps,
another victory for the Trump administration. The twenty twenty sixth
World Cup draw takes place today at the Kennedy Center

(00:56):
in Washington, d C. Lawmakers Thursday had a classified briefing
behind close doors. Unsuspected Venezuelan Narco boats and they say
no kill order was given. The US military announcey had
another strike of a suspected boat, this time in a
different notion. And the Midwest is expecting the first real

(01:17):
taste of winter. Well, we've had a few tastes already.
What's the first real test? Royan Neil's joining. US military
leaders were given congressional details of the boat attacks off
the coast of Venezuela and whether it might have violated
international law with the latest in the details. Good morning, Rory, Yeah,
good morning.

Speaker 4 (01:36):
So the senators and representatives who finished up their meetings,
as you said, and sang behind closed doors, pretty much
came down with descriptions that went down party line. So
we got a lot of red or a lot of
blue descriptions of exactly what the admiral said in some
of those conversations. And after some of these lawmakers saw
that video, now the question is will we ever get

(01:59):
to see that video? What kind of public hearings are
likely to follow?

Speaker 3 (02:03):
Yeah, we had I had this conversation with John Decker yesterday.
Where does this go in the court room of public opinion?
Because you're going to have the left describe it as
you know, young children clinging on debris for their life,
waiting for someone to rescue them. And then a second
artless kill shot to the right, telling you that they
were gathering the supplies, they were back in the boat,

(02:24):
they were contacting allies, they were going to continue their mission.
And the meanwhile, all while television is telling you this
through the matrix on CNN from one angle, Fox from
another angle, They're all showing footage of different air strikes.
So it really is kind of pathetic. And you knew
they were going to come out and just sing their
own stories. So where does it go from here? All

(02:44):
the Democrats are coming forward with an impeachment for Hegset.
I think that's what this might have been about all long, except.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
It could be you know, and I'm not sure how
much momentum there is behind that impeachment, you know, but
they're four hundred and thirty five, two hundred and plus
Democrats in there, so one of them was bound to
do that, right, It's not going to go anywhere. They
put that same impeachment forward last month probably too, for
no apparent reason. So uh yeah, I'm sure they're all
always kicking around in some regard. The question is do

(03:12):
you start to have public hearings on this, right, how
much of it do we get to see and then
form our own opinions based on some of the testimony
from this Admiral Bradley.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Well, and you never know what could be declassified and revealed,
and then if it's not declassified and revealed, then the
left will say, well, it's either hiding something. So yeah,
I would think at some point if this is going
to go anywhere, you know, the video is probably the key. Right,
you mentioned that, I can't think of anything that could
be more definitive than that unless it just ends with

(03:43):
no matter what it looked like, hexcept didn't give the
second order? Well, right, the question is what was the order?
Was the you know going into this, was it destroy
the boat?

Speaker 4 (03:52):
Was the order destroy the boat and kill everyone on it?

Speaker 3 (03:55):
Was the order?

Speaker 4 (03:56):
Okay, well that first strike didn't work, go back and
kill the people still in the world. What were the
orders that were given and by whom?

Speaker 3 (04:04):
Well, we're gonna keep an eye on that. We're's gonna
be back in the third hour. We'll talk a little
bit more about a new study that shows average price
of gasoline is at a level not seen in four years.
Is that a good level in four years a bad
level in four years? I'm guessing it's going to be good. Meanwhile,
there is a new survey out that reveals how and
where Americans will be traveling next year energy travel habits

(04:28):
that more with Rory next hour. So stay with us,
all right, we wanted to cover this. Did another Democrat
narrative just die of the truth? We talk about that often, right.
We live in a world of narratives, not news. Nobody's
seeking to inform you of what is new news. Nobody

(04:49):
is about the facts and following the evidence. Everybody is
using narratives to sell a position or a pursuit of
And it's so bad that you know, you could have
something happened at point A se Anna arrives and sees

(05:09):
something completely different. Fox arrives, see something completely different. They
go go back and tell their people all something completely different,
and the two she'll never meet. This is the matrix
we're living in now. The only thing that seems to
have effect sometimes is the truth. All narratives, if they
do die, eventually die in the cause of death is truth.

(05:36):
Democrats called the narco terrorist shipwrecked sailors. This was murder,
This was heartless. This was the most disturbing thing anyone
could ever see. Like it's Ginger and Marianne, Skipper's dead.
Gilligan is who knew. Gilligan didn't know how to swim

(05:59):
his hat. It's just floating. But Ginger and Marianne and
missus Howell, they're clinging to a piece of debris. Well,
Admiral Mitch Bradley, probably one of the most impeccable resumes
you could ever imagine, confirmed to lawnmakers that the Secretary
of War Pete Hegseth did not order all survivors of

(06:20):
counter narcotic strikes to be killed, even as they had
mixed options on opinions on whether or not so called
double tap strike was justified. An initial Washington Post report
where that was an anonymous source, had claimed that Hegseth
ordered those in charge of the counter strikes to kill

(06:40):
them all, kill them all, go for it, kill them all.
The Admiral confirmed that there had not been a kill
them all order and that there was not an order
to grant no quarter. Admiral Bradley was It's very clear
that he was given no such order not to give

(07:03):
no quarter or kill them all. Now, at some point,
that's the end of the nothing burger. Now it is
branched off already, and I'm telling you better keep your
eye on this ever changing bouncing ball. You've got Democrats

(07:24):
saying there's no such thing as narco terrorists. I got
a video of Joe Biden criticizing George H. W. Bush,
who was president, for not doing enough in the war
on drugs and literally striking them. You got to kill
these narco terrorists, and you got to hit them where
they're at. So if narco terrorists exist in nineteen eighty nine,

(07:45):
do we think they just disappeared and no longer exist? Now?
Is that how long it's taken for somebody like Donald
Trump to actually do what other people talked about? Because
Joe Biden, what left of Joe Bright? Biden was president
for four years and didn't even do what he was
saying in eighty nine. Is just how far the Democrat

(08:06):
Party is shifted. So now they're making about ridiculous arguments.
Is there such a thing as narco terrorists? Should we
be striking these? Are these innocent boats? Are these innocent people?
Is this murder? Is this legal no. At the end
of the day. This all begins with an anonymous source

(08:26):
leaking to the Washington Post staring at the video, Oh
there's a couple that survived. Kill them all. Well, that
clearly didn't happen. The nothing Burger should be over, but
it won't be because, like all the nothing burgers we have,
it's a political weapon and it will have use in

(08:50):
the matrix on their unreasonable and ridiculous sides. So much so.
Representative Shrethenadar of Michigan Thursday announced he will file articles
of impeachment against Secretary of Defense accept Now there's no

(09:11):
chance that there are the votes to do it, of course,
But this is all narrative. This is all political theater.
That's all that matters. Gays people play, all right, So

(09:33):
the nothing Burger doesn't go away. The impeachment is coming,
and everybody's getting ready for Christmas. That's the end of
that story. We do have the big World Cup soccer
draw coming up at the Kennedy Center. John Decker will
visit us on the nothing Burger as well as the
drawing today in Washington. Also, it is Friday with forty seven.

(09:54):
I know he's supposed to be falling asleep during meetings
and partially seenile like Joe Biden. But what a week
Trump accounts, not Narco Gate, Russian peace talks yesterday, the
Rwanda Congo peace signing. We're getting closer and closer with
the Russia Ukrainian peace deal. We had an MRI at
last cabinet meeting. He's even lighting the trees out on

(10:17):
the ellipse. It was a busy week for President Trump.
We'll catch up with him on all of it. Don't
forget Friday, with forty seven coming up next hour.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
This is your morning show with Michael del Chuno.

Speaker 3 (10:31):
We got two w's for you. The first W is
Woodie I hang. At the end of the day.

Speaker 5 (10:37):
The last line of defense is going to be local control,
city council, school boards.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
I just heard yesterday.

Speaker 5 (10:44):
That Mom Dommi's community activists and supporters are encouraging all
his supporters to run for any lower level office they
can to take over. These socialists and communists are like
the Islamis, infiltrate popular agitate and then they're going to
wage war.

Speaker 3 (11:02):
Yeah, I'm I'm certain that's the plan, and it can
perpetuate their agenda in very urban blue areas of a
hard time having any influence outside of that. But yeah,
that's definitely the plan. William is the other call.

Speaker 6 (11:18):
The Democrats are fine with killing babies, but they want
to cry and get all upset if you killed Morco terrorists,
people that will kill you and your entire family, people
that will decapitate you, people that will burn you alive.
I don't get it. I just don't get it. Yeah,
you know it's Trump arrangement.

Speaker 3 (11:38):
Obviously, Joe Biden in nineteen eighty nine was calling for
these strikes. Sure, the party shifted a lot over the years,
but the fact that it was Donald Trump's idea makes
a public enemy number one. But we talked about earlier
is far worse. It's not the partisan dysfunctional campaigning. It's
the partisan dysfunction in governing. There is no right and wrong.

(12:04):
There's just us versus them. Hey, if you just waking
up twenty five minutes after the hour, here are the
things you need to know. Top five stories of the day.
The US military is announcing another strike on another suspected
NARCO vote.

Speaker 7 (12:21):
Thursdays came in the Eastern Pacific and killed four people
on board. US Southern Command posted video of the strike
on social media, saying intelligence confirmed that the vote was
carrying illicit narcotics. The blowing up of alleged drug boats
has come under increased scrutiny after the military confirmed US
second strike against a vote in September that killed survivors,
and Navy admiralle brief members of Congress on that strike Thursday.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
I'm Mark Mayfield. Lawmakers in a classified briefing Thursday on
US strikes and suspected Venezuela Narco boats say there was
no kill order given by heck Sath.

Speaker 8 (12:53):
The Democratic Congressman Jim Himes of Connecticut says he's disturbed
by the video he saw of the September second incident.

Speaker 9 (13:00):
To individuals in clear distress without any means of locomotion
with a destroyed vessel who were killed by the United States.

Speaker 8 (13:09):
The controversy began after the Washington Post claim Secretary of
War Pete Hegseth ordered a second strike on the boat
so there would be no survivors him, says. Navy Admiral
Frank Mitch Bradley said there were no such orders, and
Bradley quote defended the decisions taken. I'm Tammy Trichio.

Speaker 10 (13:25):
So is everybody ready to light the beautiful Christmas fee?
Are you ready?

Speaker 11 (13:31):
So?

Speaker 10 (13:31):
The first lady is going to do the honors.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
President Trump speaking of the National Tree lighting ceremony in Washington,
d C. The event took place south of the White
House at the Ellipse. The tradition began back in nineteen
twenty three.

Speaker 10 (13:43):
Tonight, this beautiful evergreen tree low is bright on the
dark and cold winter night and reminds us of the
words of Gospel of John. In him was life, and
that life was the light of all mankind.

Speaker 3 (13:57):
Beautiful words. President Trump wins an appeal over the National
Guard deployment Jim rupaz More.

Speaker 12 (14:02):
An appeals court is allowing the Trump Administration's National Guard
deployment in Washington, DC to continue. The court lifting an
injunction Thursday mandating the troops leave by December eleventh. The
order is temporary and did not address the merits of
the case. Over two thousand soldiers have been deployed to
Washington amid the administration's crackdown on crime and illegal immigration.

Speaker 3 (14:24):
I'm Jim Roop. We interrupt this newscast for me to
talk directly to my producer, Jeffrey Jeffrey. Is it pronounced
Meghan or Megan Maroni or Maroney? Megan Moroni, Meghan Maroni, Yeah,
Megan Maroney as in Macaroni Ninday. Yeah, all right, I'm ready.
Rising country music star Megan Moroni has got a head

(14:47):
out on her first ever arena tour next year. She'll
kick off the Cloud nine Tour on May twenty ninth
in Columbus, Ohio for all my Ohio listeners listing. The
tour will hit more than thirty cities across North America,
including Chicago, Boston, New York, Los Angeles, even Nashville, Tennessee.
She was nominated for six CMA Awards this year. She'll
release her third album on February twentieth, and fans can

(15:09):
sign up now for pre sale tickets starting on December eleventh.
General on sale tickets are set for December the twelfth.
Well more Americans are turning to artificial intelligence to help
with holiday shopping. With AI's help, it really is the
most wonderful time of the year.

Speaker 9 (15:28):
At twenty twenty five, survey from Talk Desk found seventy
five percent of shoppers planned to use artificial intelligence to
find deals and sixty seven percent to get gift ideas.
The information comes from product pages, reviews, prices, and a
user's previous interaction with the chatbot. What's the takeaway? Fifty

(15:48):
six percent of shoppers say they felt happier and less
anxious about their holiday shopping.

Speaker 3 (15:53):
I'm Sarah WALTERSHNI. How did you know? This is what
I wanted? I didn't AI? They did.

Speaker 13 (16:05):
This is Eric from East Liverpool, Howe in My Morning Show?

Speaker 3 (16:09):
Is your Morning Show with Michael del Jerald. Hey, it's
me Michael.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
Your Morning Show is heard live from five to eight
am Central, six to nine am Eastern, three to six
am Pacific on great radio stations like News Radio eleven
ninety k EX in Portland, News Talk five point fifty
k f YI and Phoenix, Arizona Freedom one oh four
seven in Washington, d C. We'd love to have you
join us live in the morning, even take us along
on the drive to work, but better late than never.

Speaker 3 (16:40):
Enjoy the podcast. Can you believe people are using AI
for gift ideas for their loved ones? I'll up that.
You know what the hardest part about all this is
we are a society that buys what we want when
we want, so when I want to go buy a present. Yeah,
they's already got it. Yeah, that's how I am too.
All right, thirty six minutes after the hour, twenty four
minutes to be to work on time if you're in

(17:00):
the Eastern time zone. And thanks for bringing us along
on your drive. This is your morning show. I'm Michael
honored to serve you. Jeffrey's serving up those sounds, and
Red's keeping an eye on the content. We're gonna talk
to John Decker moments from now about the big World
Cup draw. The President's going to be there at the
Kennedy Center today in Washington, d C. First, can't have
your morning show without your voice to Iowa we go

(17:21):
and Blaine. Yeah, it's time to cut and rip.

Speaker 14 (17:23):
I say, meet them all, take them to the yard
arm and hang them all. But Shrie Tanadar had a
biomedical testing lab and a warehouse full of beagles and monkeys.
I believe in southern Michigan that he let somewhere and
die or almost let them all die because it was
going into bankruptcy.

Speaker 3 (17:41):
And who left him in there and did not feed them?
He just lottened them up. Now he wants to yeh
of the left he wants to impeach except now to
Jim we Go. I believe Jim is Memphis, Tennessee, and
w r C.

Speaker 11 (17:55):
Let's carry your analogy of thirty thousand feet with no pilot,
find someone in the back who's willing to try, and
then they put Donald J. Trump in the air traffic
control tower and talked them down and they land safely.
I think that's where we are today.

Speaker 3 (18:12):
Yeah, Brian had called in and said he misses the
old Joe Biden drops and stuff, and my response was,
this is nothing I miss. In fact, I, like high school,
have kind of repressed how awful the whole experience was.
I don't miss him. I don't think about him. What
I do think about is you know how dangerous it was.
I feel like we were in a very turbulent flight

(18:34):
at a very difficult time, and we find out there's
nobody in the cockpit flying this plane. Now, to your point, no,
that isn't the case. They had the guy that knew
how to fly the plane arrested, handcuffed in the back
while people from first class are looking back and shooting
at him. That was probably more of what tragically was happening.

(18:55):
We have Midwest getting ready to taste winter in full blast. Today.
The Lions needed to win and got it over the
Cowboys last night forty four to thirty. Now we have
championship Saturday tomorrow for college football the Bigie Ohio State
in Indiana, and the World Cup draw is today at
the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. Our White House correspondent
John Decker, you're going to be there covering that with

(19:15):
the President.

Speaker 15 (19:17):
I will be absolutely This is something the President, as
you know, big sports fan, one of his other passions,
so he's very much looking forward to this today. And
of course it's three countries that are hosting the World
Cup in twenty twenty six, the United States, Canada and Mexico,
and the leaders of all three countries will be on

(19:38):
hand for this draw ceremony.

Speaker 3 (19:40):
And there'll be no tennis discussed, just soccer.

Speaker 15 (19:45):
That's fine. I'm a sports fan. I love sports. I
love soccer.

Speaker 3 (19:49):
Did you play There's no way a tennis play. I
can tell you this from high school. This is why
Joe like, okay, I played football, basketball and baseball. Now, okay,
I was very good at baseball. I liked football, but
I was really small and basketball I was point guard
and could shoot nets about it, and I was always
on the bench. My best friend was the star of
the team. Right, So I'm not glorifying myself. But you know,

(20:11):
you go from football season right to basketball season, right
to baseball season. The ones we never saw were the
tennis players. You guys were in your own little world.
You left school trained somewhere. There's no way you were
around and ever seen it in soccer season. Well, I
love I told you I love sports.

Speaker 15 (20:28):
In fact, last weekend, my wife and I attended a
soccer match that involved Georgetown. If they win this evening,
Georgetown will make it to the final four of the NCAA.
So don't tell me I'm not a soccer fan.

Speaker 10 (20:41):
That's well.

Speaker 3 (20:41):
And you teach there too, right George, I do, absolutely, yes,
I do. I went out one time. I'll never forget
the coach came to us and I can't remember soccer.
It wasn't soccer. When is soccer season? Does anybody know?
Like in high school?

Speaker 15 (20:55):
I think it really depends upon where you live, But
you know where I'm where I grew up, it was
always in the in the full.

Speaker 3 (21:01):
Yeah, ours too, That's how ours was during football season.
So they came to the football team as if we
need three of you guys to play. My brother played,
I played, I went out there. This is this is
a true story. I got kicked in the shin at
the beginning of the game and that was it. I
never played again. I mean football, you got equipment on
it hand. This guy kicked me in the ship. I

(21:22):
was like, ah, I never played again. So these are
there's a big deal of these drawings. How much this
is not just ceremonial, right, This is setting up the matchups.
It's setting up the matchups, it's setting up the draw.

Speaker 15 (21:32):
So there are four teams in each of the bands
that play in the World Cup, and those four teams
represent four countries, so they have ping pong balls to
determine what the draw is and that will also determine
in effect, who is playing where because there are sites
at the very beginning of the tournament all over the country,

(21:52):
including all over three countries, leading up to the World
Cup Finals which will take.

Speaker 3 (21:57):
Place next summer. President really good day. Yesterday lawmakers Appeals
Court backed him up on use of National Guard. Then
the Supreme Court was very favorable on the redrawing of
the map in Texas and then we had the big
behind closed door meeting. This kind of went just the

(22:19):
way we said. They went behind closed doors, finally saw
the footage, they come out saying two completely different things
based on their party. But the reality is, if this
was all about hag Seth giving the kill order, that
was made clear that did not happen. Does this go away? Now?
I think I know the answer, But like Phil Donahue,

(22:39):
I hand the microphone to you and say.

Speaker 15 (22:41):
What, well, I think it generally goes away for the
most part. You're talking about a very highly decorated former
Navy feel who is a Navy admiral, who is well respected,
who gave his version of events. And not only did
he give his version of events, as you just mentioned,
he showed the video.

Speaker 3 (22:58):
So, as you.

Speaker 15 (23:00):
Point out, that video has led to different reactions depending
upon which party lawmakers are from, I would much prefer
to see Hegseth and Admiral Bradley testify publicly, you know,
in front of the cameras, show that video publicly, and
then we can make our own determination as to whether
or not that was the proper use of the military.

Speaker 3 (23:22):
Back on September the second but I think.

Speaker 15 (23:24):
For the most part, this story, based upon how quickly
the news cycle moves, largely goes away from your.

Speaker 3 (23:30):
Lips to God's is you can hear more. The White
House Briefing Room is John Decker's podcast. It'll be up
at nine Eastern eighth Central later this morning. I believe
that's about what an hour and twenty minutes from now, John,
every weekend, enjoy the driving Mifel you too. You got
it all right, don't forget it's Friday Friday with forty
seven coming up as well. We'll talk more about that.

(23:51):
I want to just play two things, and this is
kind of stealing the thunder from Sounds of the Day
next hour. But while we're on the topic, Jeffrey Red
dug this up. This is Joe Biden in nineteen eighty nine.
I believe this was a response to a George H. W.

(24:12):
Bush presidential Joint Session of Congress. Speed So this was
the Democrat response, and he talked about narco terrorism, something
Democrats are saying doesn't exist today. Well, it existed in
nineteen eighty nine. And the same man who was calling
for air strikes on narco terrorists in eighty nine was
President for four years and never had an air strike,

(24:34):
and now his party says not only are the airstrikes
immoral and murder, but that narco terrorists don't exist.

Speaker 13 (24:41):
Listen, the trouble is that the president's proposals are not
big enough to deal with the problem.

Speaker 3 (24:46):
We think we should do.

Speaker 13 (24:47):
More to stem the flow of drugs across our borders,
and we think we should go one step further. Let's
go after the drug lords where they live with an.

Speaker 3 (24:58):
International strike force.

Speaker 13 (25:00):
There must be no safe haven for these narco terrorists
and they must know it. We have to lock up
the dealers for a long long time, and we have
to attack the source from which the drugs come. And
we have to do that not a piece of a time,
but all at once, and we have.

Speaker 3 (25:19):
To do it now. Imagine if Joe Biden. He couldn't
be president back in these days, because back then, if
you plagiarized, if you lied, it was scandalous and you
lost your credibility and you lost your chance to ever lead.
Now that's a daily occurrence. Now it could get you elected.

(25:43):
So it is a shame the one guy who wanted
to be president all of his life finally becomes president.
Through an arranged deal. He didn't earn it. Gotta have COVID,
you got to weaponize COVID, you got to change election laws,
you got to cut a deal in South Carolina. You
got to hide him in a basement. And then by
then he's cognitively impaired. He probably doesn't even remember being president.

(26:10):
But in nineteen eighty nine, what kind of a president
would have been the exact same president Donald Trump as
being the kind that secures the border, the kind that
prioritizes American lives. Now, three thousand people died on nine

(26:30):
to eleven, and because you saw the planes hitting, because
you saw the people jumping, it justified two wars. Eighty
thousand or more die every year in this drug, this
unfought drug war. And then Donald Trump not saying what

(26:54):
Joe Biden said in nineteen eighty nine, saying and doing
what he said in nineteen eighty nine, seals the border
zero crossing six straight months, and starts striking these boats. Now,
I think mixed in is a little regime change in Venezuela. Now,
because you didn't sit and watch every single person who

(27:17):
thinks they're going to take a little pill and be
high for a little while start convulging and dying, or
see their parents crying and collapsing over their bodies. Maybe
you don't feel it, but it's eighty thousand Americans that
are dying of this drug war every year, and the
President's finally doing with the Democrat Party wanted them America

(27:38):
to do in nineteen eighty nine. Only they've changed so much.
Now they're in support of the terrorists, narco terrorists, and
they're against the country trying to stop them. We're worried
about their lives and not the lives of our children dying.
I mean, what a fascinating glimpse of how things have changed.

(28:04):
And you've been here before, right, clips of Bill Clinton
talking about you can't just enter the country. And I
don't know how much of this is how far left
the Democrat Party has gone and taken America with it,
or how dysfunctional partisan dysfunctional partisan politics has become added
with the social dilemma, added with the matrix. I don't know,

(28:26):
but I can tell you this failed dying and you're
watching it die. Dysfunctional two party system right now looks
more likely to be replaced by a two oligarchy system.
Tragically further and further away of the government of the
people as intended. It's not that we have out of

(28:49):
control partisan campaigning. We have dysfunctional, out of control partisan governing.
There's nothing more tragic I can report to you today
than they go behind closed doors, hear from an admiral,
get the truth, watch the video for themselves, and come
out saying two different things. That's far worse than whatever

(29:12):
was on that video that we'll never see.

Speaker 2 (29:15):
It's your Morning Show with Michael Delchno.

Speaker 3 (29:20):
We do have breaking news holiday news this morning. Jackie Vernon,
the voice actor behind Frosty the snow Man, reportedly had
multiple families before settling down with his wife until he died.
What David Vernon, one of the couple's three kids, revealed

(29:41):
the surprising news while remembering his late dad during a
Nostalgia Tonight radio show. According to David, he learned that
his famous father had at least three secret families. How
do you imagine try that today with life three sixty,
Happy birthday, seppy birthday. That's just like that, But he

(30:03):
doesn't have a corn cob pipe. I can tell you
this as somebody who has a wife and three children.
One's enough for me three families that were teenagers. No,
thank you. Hey, if you're just waking up, President Trump

(30:25):
says he's settling a war that's been going on for decades,
and they sat down and settled it on paper.

Speaker 7 (30:30):
Trump made the comment before overseeing a US broker peace
deal between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda in Washington,
DC on Thursday.

Speaker 3 (30:38):
For more than thirty years.

Speaker 16 (30:39):
One of the worst conflicts on Earth has been raging
in Eastern Congo, Midians and Midians. That people have been
tragically killed, went on forever. Then countless more have been
displaced from their homes.

Speaker 7 (30:53):
The leaders of both countries joined Trump to signed the deal.
The Democratic Republic of Congo is also expected to sign
a minute rules and Infrastructure partnership with the Trump administration.

Speaker 3 (31:03):
I'm Mark Neefield. I'm o we're all hoping the Narco
terrorism dispute is a nothing burger that will go away.
Here's a previous nothing burger that has gone away. And
President Trump wins an appeal over the National Guard deployment.

Speaker 12 (31:17):
An appeals court is allowing the Trump administration's National Guard
deployment in Washington, d C.

Speaker 3 (31:22):
To continue.

Speaker 12 (31:23):
The court lifting an injunction Thursday, mandating the troops leave
by December eleventh. The order is temporary and did not
address the merits of the case. Over two thousand soldiers
have been deployed to Washington amid the administration's crackdown on
crime and illegal immigration.

Speaker 3 (31:39):
I'm Jim Roop.

Speaker 10 (31:40):
So is everybody ready to light the beautiful Christmas?

Speaker 3 (31:43):
Three?

Speaker 8 (31:44):
Are you ready?

Speaker 3 (31:46):
So?

Speaker 10 (31:46):
The first lady is going to do the honors.

Speaker 3 (31:50):
President Trump wishing the nation a Merry Christmas at the
National Tree Lighting Ceremony in Washington, d C. Last night.
The event took place south of the White House at
the Ellipse, a tradition that began in nineteen twenty three.

Speaker 10 (32:01):
Tonight, this beautiful evergreen tree low is bright on the
dark and cold winter night and reminds us of the
words of Gospel of John. In him was life, and
that life was the light of all mankind. Beautiful words.

Speaker 3 (32:16):
Disney World is officially removing Aerosmith's brand from its Rock
and Roll roller coaster at the Hollywood Studios Park in Orlando, Florida.

Speaker 7 (32:32):
This comes after the theme park announced last year that
the ride was going to be flipped to a Muppets theme.

Speaker 3 (32:37):
The Irock and roller.

Speaker 7 (32:38):
Coaster starring the Muppets is expected to launch in the
summer of twenty twenty six.

Speaker 3 (32:42):
The ride will focus.

Speaker 7 (32:43):
On the fictional band The Electric Mayhem, featuring Animal on drums.
It will continue to run as construction continues on the
new Muppets theme.

Speaker 3 (32:52):
Mark Neefield, Well, the rapt looks like a drastic one.
Basically the only thing you know, well, they're it'd probably
be freshened, all right, because I wrote that roller coaster
on my honeymoon, so it's at least twenty five years old.
And the only thing that's really aerosmith is when you're
waiting in line, you're walking by them, you know, in studio,
all these images and then the music blaring while you're playing.

(33:14):
But same great roller coaster, just a different theme. For
those of you that aren't quite in the Christmas spirit,
unfortunately you're not alone.

Speaker 17 (33:23):
Say hang in there. January is days one excuse me.
Psychology today says nearly half of us really don't like
the holiday season at all, the cost family dynamics, parties,
tacking the halls, gifts you don't want, gifts for people
you don't like, or maybe you're one of the twenty
three percent of us who hate holiday music. All that
doesn't mean you're grinched, just that you don't need the

(33:44):
holiday to spread your personal kind of joy. Psychologists say,
hang in there. January is days away, I'm free tennis.

Speaker 2 (33:52):
We're all in this together. This is your Morning Show

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today.
