Tim Wallas in his role as a former vice presidential
candidate for the Democrats. But the Trump administration says it's
served drink more FBI resources into Minnesota to investigate this,
and the Department of Health and Human Services it says
it has frozen all childcare payments to the state as

this investigation gets underway. They're looking for more verification that
the dollars are actually being spent and what they're supposed
to go to, namely these daycare programs servicing about nineteen
thousand children.

Rory the scope of the amount of fraud. You've got
medicaid according to the federal government to US attorney for
that area of nine billion, which is one out of
every two dollars for medicaid. There, you've got a half
a million for one two hundred and fifty million I
think for the feed our children or something of that nature.

guess roughly that numbers are as suspected of fraud total
I'm looking at like ten or eleven billion so far.

Possibly, yeah, possibly, I think it's tough to get that

had seventy eight people arrested in this so far, as
a handful of actually already been convicted for their roles
in different kinds of scams. What encourages me is actually

more people who are trying to copy Nick Shirley, the
YouTube content creator there. They're going to their states, they're
looking up these public documents and trying to do their
own homework to say, wait a minute, I'm in Ohio.
Are these grants matching up with some of the daycare
center's day claim are open? And look, there's some healthy
ways to do that. You don't want to be harassing people,

but you want to go out there and try to
verify that stuff that could be worthwhile. But at the
same time, you know, don't be you know, do it
with an open mind. Don't be you know, framing it out.

just insanely fascinating to me and ridiculous. You have CNN

in Minneapolis doing the same thing. New York Times tweeting
and retweeting five or six stories they've done on this before.
If that's already been done, this is old news. KSTP
Channel five television in Minneapol Saint Paul did similar reports

Well, that makes sense. I mean, it's a local story
for you know, for the most part, Hey, it's a
bad TV story, right because what happens is it's about dollars,
and you know, maybe it's a closed door, so it
makes for bad TV or it's more on the reporter today.
That's one. Two. It also reflects how we've had the
legitimate news media organizations and the way they've either that

they've turned away from doing a lot of this the
groundwork because all the news media has changed so much. Right,
it used to have investigative units at TV stations and
at newspapers. They just all have been sacrificed due to
budget cuts because of the changing media landscape. So this
is also what happens when there aren't the Fox is

there to watch the Henhouse. So that's the other problem
is that a lot of these reporters no longer exist
in these roles to track down these stories. But at
the same time you want to make sure that this

we now know that maybe he was in league with
the Republican Party there in Minnesota. The lieutenant governor, rather
the House speaker there who's running against Tim Walls, admits

to having some contact with him and directing him on
this story as well. So you know, when they call
him independent journalists, is he really Maybe he is. I
just don't know. But now that just throws more speculation,
and now we're all scratching our head saying, what's the
truth here?

What he's done is if he's right, this is we're

a national cascade. It appears and I think you're right
about whatever. Get exposed, the Mormon gets exposed and dug up.

a third term. Walls is attempting to do that right now.

I think he's going to drop out before he got
he official, like somewhere in the beginning of his third term.

You know, where do you see this play? How do
you see this playing out? From what we have information now,
I know we can't predict things.

But it's difficult to say. You know, I think wats
has been has been strong there in the state in
terms of his popularity. I don't know if this is
enough to do it in You know, he has done
some things in order to curtail this and curb this.
As I said, more than seventy people have already been
arrested as part of this. But you know how much

he was turning a blind eye to some of this
intentionally to protect the Somali community in particular. I think
unless there's more there in that relationship, I don't know.
I think it's possibly he could survive it. But if
there's absolutely obvious evidence that he was full on negligent here,
that's something else.

Delilah Coleman with critical life altering injuries from his truck
crash with her.

State Representative, Mike Quigley from Illinois, and the man who
calls himself Sarah McBride, Democrat transgender man from Delaware, and
they're all saying we need to end to eighty seven
G program.

Eighty seven G program is where ICE provides software and
trains deputies in the jail to run every person they
arrest and bring into that jail through ice so they
could put a detainer on it if the person's illegal.
There there's one heck of a story I fill him
in San Antonio regularly. In San Antonio's county is called
Bear County. The sheriff is a George sorosback guy who

was totally pro legal immigration. There was a horrific case
that just went down. A man who was barred from
going to this woman's house. There was domestic violence and stuff.
He's an illegal from El Salvador. He showed up with guns.
She fled with her kids. She called nine one one.
The deputies were called out from from Bear County, which
is San Antonio, and they were immediately shot by this guy.

Thankfully it didn't hurt them injure them enough went through
a hand. The bullet went through a hand to hit
the other officer on his hip. They returned fire, killing
the le from Mel Salvador. The sheriff came out was
preening about how awesome his deputies did and that this
was such a violent long history of a violent offender.
He was an illegal from Meal Salvador. He shouldn't have
been here. That's the sanctuary sheriff. Guess what that sanctuary

sheriff refuses to do two eighty seven G. That dangerous
man had felony violence, family violence charges against adults and children,
among many things. He's been in that jail twice in
the past year. That sheriff, because of his policies, refusing
to do to eighty seven G literally could have led
to his deputies being murdered because of his policies. That

is why two eighty seven G is beyond precious to
get criminals who are also criminal for being here illegally
out of this country.

Boy is going to rue the day because what they
did say they finally provided clarity in these matters by
saying regular forces. The terms term regular forces is what
Trump can do regarding troops.

Well, let's have John u the former Deputy Attorney General
the Bush administration, explained, because this is actually great news
for Trump. What this means is regular forces includes the Marines.

those don't work, then can call up the Guard.

He said, Look, I'm trying to enforce the laws with
ICE agents, with federal law enforcement and I can't do it,
so I need to call the National Guard. But the
statute says the president has to be unable to enforce
the law with regular forces. What does regular forces mean?

We don't know.

The Supreme Court has never decided that question before yesterday.
The Supreme Court now says regular forces means you have
to try with the regular armed forces first before you
can bring out the National Guard. So the unintended consequence
here might be that the President is going to have
to call to eighty second an Airborne, or the Marines
or the one hundred and first airboard division, as for example,

President Eisenhower did after Brown versus Board of Education in
the South to enforce de segregation. President Trump might have
to do that first in order to protect those federal buildings,
those ice agents, and then if they fail, he can
then call out the National Guard. The Supreme Court is
essentially inviting President Trump to send regular armed troops and

deploy those to Chicago and Los Angeles before he can.

Send the National Guard. I think a governor would rather.

on the illegal immigration issues. This is when the Washington
Examiner talking about how many people that are criminals beyond

it has frozen all childcare payments to the state as

this investigation gets underway. They're looking for more verification that
the dollars are actually being spent and what they're supposed
to go to, namely these daycare programs servicing about nineteen
thousand children.

Rory the scope of the amount of fraud. You've got
medicaid according to the federal government to US attorney for
that area of nine billion, which is one out of
every two dollars for medicaid. There, you've got a half
a million for one two hundred and fifty million I
think for the feed our children or something of that nature.

guess roughly that numbers are as suspected of fraud total
I'm looking at like ten or eleven billion so far.

had seventy eight people arrested in this so far, as
a handful of actually already been convicted for their roles

more people who are trying to copy Nick Shirley, the
YouTube content creator there. They're going to their states, they're
looking up these public documents and trying to do their
own homework to say, wait a minute, I'm in Ohio.
Are these grants matching up with some of the daycare
center's day claim are open? And look, there's some healthy
ways to do that. You don't want to be harassing people,

but you want to go out there and try to
verify that stuff that could be worthwhile. But at the
same time, you know, don't be you know, do it
with an open mind. Don't be you know, framing it out.

the math on this. You literally have as of lately.

is your reaction to that as a journalist.

Well, that makes sense. I mean, it's a local story
for you know, for the most part, Hey, it's a
bad TV story, right because what happens is it's about dollars,
and you know, maybe it's a closed door, so it
makes for bad TV or it's more on the reporter today.
That's one. Two. It also reflects how we've had the
legitimate news media organizations and the way they've either that

they've turned away from doing a lot of this the
groundwork because all the news media has changed so much. Right,
it used to have investigative units at TV stations and
at newspapers. They just all have been sacrificed due to
budget cuts because of the changing media landscape. So this
is also what happens when there aren't the Fox is

there to watch the Henhouse. So that's the other problem
is that a lot of these reporters no longer exist
in these roles to track down these stories. But at
the same time you want to make sure that this
Sureley is also on the up and up. You know,
we now know that maybe he was in league with
the Republican Party there in Minnesota. The lieutenant governor, rather
the House speaker there who's running against Tim Walls, admits

to having some contact with him and directing him on
this story as well. So you know, when they call
him independent journalists, is he really Maybe he is. I
just don't know. But now that just throws more speculation,
and now we're all scratching our head saying, what's the
truth here?

What he's done is if he's right, this is we're
in massive, massive trouble, right A.

So I mean this like this is this is causing
a national cascade. It appears and I think you're right
about whatever. Get exposed, the Mormon gets exposed and dug up.

I don't know if you want to comment on that.

I think he's going to drop out before he got
he official, like somewhere in the beginning of his third term.

You know, where do you see this play? How do
you see this playing out? From what we have information now,
I know we can't predict things.

But it's difficult to say. You know, I think wats
has been has been strong there in the state in
terms of his popularity. I don't know if this is
enough to do it in You know, he has done
some things in order to curtail this and curb this.
As I said, more than seventy people have already been
arrested as part of this. But you know how much

he was turning a blind eye to some of this
intentionally to protect the Somali community in particular. I think
unless there's more there in that relationship, I don't know.
I think it's possibly he could survive it. But if
there's absolutely obvious evidence that he was full on negligent here,
that's something else.

Eighty seven G program is where ICE provides software and
trains deputies in the jail to run every person they
arrest and bring into that jail through ice so they
could put a detainer on it if the person's illegal.

in San Antonio regularly. In San Antonio's county is called
Bear County. The sheriff is a George sorosback guy who

was totally pro legal immigration. There was a horrific case
that just went down. A man who was barred from
going to this woman's house. There was domestic violence and stuff.
He's an illegal from El Salvador. He showed up with guns.
She fled with her kids. She called nine one one.
The deputies were called out from from Bear County, which
is San Antonio, and they were immediately shot by this guy.

Thankfully it didn't hurt them injure them enough went through
a hand. The bullet went through a hand to hit
the other officer on his hip. They returned fire, killing
the le from Mel Salvador. The sheriff came out was
preening about how awesome his deputies did and that this
was such a violent long history of a violent offender.
He was an illegal from Meal Salvador. He shouldn't have
been here. That's the sanctuary sheriff. Guess what that sanctuary

sheriff refuses to do two eighty seven G. That dangerous
man had felony violence, family violence charges against adults and children,
among many things. He's been in that jail twice in
the past year. That sheriff, because of his policies, refusing
to do to eighty seven G literally could have led
to his deputies being murdered because of his policies. That

get criminals who are also criminal for being here illegally
out of this country.
