Hey, there's Brian Sebastian movie reviews and more. And if
it's Tuesday, Hey, always support the arts, Support your favorite charities,
dream Miver, Artist Ranch, Dream River Arts, better Vision for children.
I'm stealing Carol's little line. There, all kinds of things. Hey,
it's always about artists. And I've been looking forward to
the show because I love this movie and I can't
wait for the LATREA sisters coming in. Here comes one

(01:29):
popping in. He's got her sister's coming in pretty soon too.
But the thing about this when on the show one
hundred and sixty seven live shows in a row. That's right,
one hundred and sixty seven live shows in a row
and counting. And so with that, we're live on Talk
for Media, Talk for tv K, for HD radio and
streaming live on over one hundred outlets right now around
the world and out of a worldwide TV network. I

(01:51):
t for seven out of Franklin, Tennessee and Woman on
TV dot TV. So the great thing about this is
I love this film that davidide has, you know, directed,
and I'm so honored to have him on because we've
not talked before, and sometimes I don't get a chance
to talk to people. And then you know, you have
the La tra sisters. So I can't wait to see

(02:13):
Martha and then the other troublemaker because I can't wait
to talk to these three women. I want to know
which one is the trouble maker because I've seen you
guys dance and I was like, oh my god, tequila.
Whatever they're drinking. I can just see it wouldn't be good.
I might be dancing on a table with nothing on.
That's why I see. The good thing about this is,

(02:34):
you know, oh and obviously Tash is rolling around in
a circle in Miami, coming on late as usual. Yeah, talk,
I'm talking about you. So the good thing about this,
this show is going to be packed and NonStop. Terry
is here, So let's start with this, Rachel. Let's start
with you Houston, Texas because Rachel and I are always
the first one's on. We're on our early, just waiting

(02:55):
for things to happen, aren't we, Rachel, Yeah, we do,
we do.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
We shut up early to everything. So my name is
Rachel Ane.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
Robert said.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
I'm a little i mean chef, but I do so
much more.

Speaker 5 (03:04):
I do acting, and I have a.

Speaker 4 (03:06):
Little morning show called Coffee Talk, and I do a
lot of TikTok promotions. Somehow it's got slipped into you
want to send them to that loophole where you like,
I'm making constant videos for for TikTok. But yeah, and
I've been with Brian for for several years, co hosting
movie reviews and more, and it's it's always fun. And

(03:26):
you know people that start as a co host, they
don't leave, like right.

Speaker 6 (03:30):
Terry, Terry, you think you can you can vouch that,
like we just stay.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
You don't know forever. Speaking of Terry, Terry, tell them
who you are, where you're coming from.

Speaker 7 (03:40):
Hi, Roun, I'm Terry Marie. I'm here in southern California,
and I've been with Brian since twenty fourteen. I'm a
fitness fanatic. I've done several I've placed in several fitness competitions.
I've been Bikini La, I've done Muscle Beach. I placed
second overall first place in my division. That was first

(04:01):
show I did in twenty fourteen. I've been acting all
my life. I like to I like art. I do
red carpet hosting for Brian all the celebrities. I love
doing that. That's kind of you know where I started
with Brian.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
What else I don't know.

Speaker 7 (04:18):
They call me not soup because I'm continuously going. I'm
also on TikTok shop selling products as well as as
rachel is I have. I'm in the process of putting
together a future book is Brian has always said, because
I have last two years have been taking care of
an elderly parent.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
So I have a big.

Speaker 7 (04:36):
Story to tell to hopefully help other people that go
through a certain go through dealing with a parent with dementia.
So it's kind of I've kind of been quiet, but
everything is Brian knows, is coming to a close. So
I'm looking forward to the next chapter of my life,
if that makes any sense. But anyway, it's good to

(04:58):
see everybody here today and that's me.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
And so with that so vpefully Tash. This is the
second week she's in here in a row, and that's
a great thing. So I know Tosh comes on, that
means it's gonna be a good show, all right, Tosh,
tell do you want where you're coming from?

Speaker 8 (05:12):
Hi?

Speaker 9 (05:13):
Well, it's super nice to be here again. I had
a little hiatus for now we're back back in Rolin.
My name is Natasha Rumbos or vocally Tosh, as everybody
knows me on Instagram. I'm a Latin pop singer songwriter,
but I also do a little bit of everything. I'm
diving a lot into social media right now, so I've
been focusing on digital marketing and learning how basically how

(05:37):
to grow my brand and teach other people how to
do the same and feel empowered at the same time,
you know, empowered, and also learning how to make money
with your brand. So this past weekend I had a
great event, my first event ever to do, and it
was very nerve wracking. And it's crazy to think that,
you know, I can perform in front of a stage

(05:57):
of hundreds of people and not be nervous, But I
was nervous for this type of event talking to people about.

Speaker 6 (06:03):
What I do and it was really exciting.

Speaker 10 (06:05):
It was a success and now we're back on our
group and Carol love it.

Speaker 8 (06:10):
I am a neuro wealth coach, so I take a
great stand for women being able to have the wealth
that they absolutely deserve and take women at six figures
to seven seven plus. I also work with those who
are wealthy and miserable because we deserve to have wealth

(06:32):
and be happy eat our cake too, right, So that's
my favorite thing. I also run retreats down at my
boutique hotel in southern Chile. So if you're interested, DM
me and welcome everybody.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
And Howard Wiggins is it anytime we get That's a
great Tennessee.

Speaker 11 (06:50):
I've got one of the top thirty five worlds leading
into your designers, I have my own look postacked and layered.
I'm going into a different segment of my life.

Speaker 12 (07:01):
I'm working with Paul.

Speaker 11 (07:02):
Smith and some others and I'm going for a photo shoot,
not this Friday, but next Friday, to have some pretty
interesting photos made green screen. So i won't tell you
what it's about, but you'll see them later. But if
you're following me on Facebook, you'll see a lot of
things happening so Howard Wiggins, Facebook and of course movies

(07:25):
reviewing more with Brian.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
Now, the great thing about this is that I've been
waiting for these sisters. I don't call them the traces
that I call them the Troublemaker sisters. And the reason
for that is I've seen you three together doing things.
I've seen you like dancing and stuff like that. Tash,
you know how you were dancing and falling down. I
serve Virginia doing that. I'm like, she's the troublemaker. She
has to be. And then I started rallily doing something. Well,

(07:47):
maybe it's her. I knew it wasn't Martha because she's
been on the show and she kept her composure. But
then again, I saw all three of them together. I'm like,
I don't know which one it is. So Martha, since
you've been on the force, introduce your sisters and tell
us where you're coming from.

Speaker 5 (08:00):
Him Martha mende Cross, I'm sorry.

Speaker 13 (08:02):
In my car the world gets to see it because
my kids are running crazy in the house, and I
thought it would be high for the show. But the sisters,
Virginia Novello, Valeria Mardy not very used to it. We
wrote for ten years We wrote, produced our feature Leftist
Sisters for ten years, and now we're bringing it to

(08:24):
the world. We went theatrically to over one hundred and
eighty six theaters nationwide, and now we're streaming on Stars
and we're available for vod renter By on Apple, Amazon,
wherever you buy.

Speaker 5 (08:37):
But I do everything with.

Speaker 13 (08:38):
Them like we we're also like sisters in real life.
My kids call them tias, which is anti's in Spanish.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
I like that, all right. So, Virginia, I think you're
the troublemaker one because you seem to be the wildest one.
You might be calm, but I've seen you on the
little red carpet things here and there, so tell us
who are where you're coming from?

Speaker 10 (08:58):
You, well, thank you. I acknowledge. I accept it to
be the wild one. My name is virgin Mexico. My
whole family is still there. I came to La nineteen.
I'm an active producer with these other two amazing women
writer and I'm also a counter coach and I have

(09:19):
a podcast called as Mika and I teach about sexuality
mainly in Spanish. Also the retreats Carolso let's definitely talk
about that. Yes, I just like love, expressing like just
free and sexuality in many different forms, which also can
be from the screen or outside of the screen, and

(09:40):
all the things.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
Ah, and then that leads the last one. I can tell,
going by energy what they're like once they start speaking.
I always tell us who you are, where you coming from.

Speaker 6 (09:50):
Oh, I love this.

Speaker 14 (09:51):
I'm so curious to know what you think about my
energy because I am Valeria Madonaldo, another actress, writer, producer
of Last's Sisters, and and I was dancing in those
videos that you saw, Brian, I know, but I will
say that my crazy side comes out dancing, and Virginia's
wildside is kind of more their constantly. I tend the

(10:15):
type A and and I love, you know, being a
writer producer. I've also recently started to do production designs,
So Howard, I am a fan. I love in Tiar design,
I love in Tiar decorating, and I love anything aesthetic really,
So yes, that is who I am in this in
the show.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
And then we have the director of this great film
I can't wait to talk about, and I'm terrible with names,
so all right, all I know is he's going to
be my new friend when we go to Italy. I'm
telling you that right now, I'm putting it on record.
Once I put it on tape, that's it. So if
you guys know what I'm talking about it, and I'm

(10:56):
not letting any but the audience know, because some of
you guys know are about Italy. Let's talk about your film.
This is one of the best films that I've seen
this year, called a Little Fellow. I fell in love
with this film. I found out that dances with films
in Hollywood, and I was like, why why didn't I
know about this? If you think of San Francisco, anybody

(11:17):
who's been to San Francisco and the audience, or if
you haven't been to San Francisco, this film that he
did all this research on. This guy is responsible for
creating what we know of now Bank of America. But
before then it was called you know, talk about this
film a little bit. We're gonna show a little trail

(11:38):
on a little bit, and then we're gonna get into
the Three Troublemakers, I mean the three systems.

Speaker 15 (11:43):
Yes, and so I'm glad to be here. I'm so
glad that you liked the movie. I was when I
started eighty years ago. I didn't know, you know, I
didn't want to make something that was boring, something about
his three something about.

Speaker 12 (11:59):
A bank care.

Speaker 15 (12:00):
And then the story was like literally the life of
this guy Janini was like an holy good script. I
couldn't make a fictional story about him more oligoody than
he was in real life. And it's incredible because I

(12:21):
can see right now a lot of women in this call.
And if we go back a hundred years ago, bank
was not banking wasn't allowed to women.

Speaker 12 (12:33):
Women weren't allowed to have a bank account. But this guy.

Speaker 15 (12:38):
Janini was considered anti anti American, opened the banking system
to the.

Speaker 12 (12:45):
Women, not only for the women, but run by women.

Speaker 15 (12:50):
And so you know, this is one of the revolutions
that he made in the United States and.

Speaker 12 (12:56):
One of the reasons why we don't remember him. Why
I it's not a great person to remember.

Speaker 15 (13:05):
Vote the system, uh, starting with immigrants, to be fair,
with Italians, with Polish, with Mexicans, with you know, any
with Chinese, uh you know, uh, but then moving inother
side of the society, like women, like you know, everybody

(13:25):
that was marginalized was a centerpiece of his policy, and
he vote for them and uh, you know, and a
hundred years after, we don't study him. One of the
things that my producer kept saying to me when I
wrote a movie to them, they were like, we study

(13:46):
California history, we study American history, and we never heard
his name.

Speaker 12 (13:52):
There are no.

Speaker 15 (13:52):
Squares, no streets, no statues about this guy, and really
is the guy behind Berkeley, behind Stanford, behind Oliwood. All
the companies, all the main production companies born in Olliwood
were born.

Speaker 12 (14:12):
Because of him.

Speaker 15 (14:13):
Because nobody believed in the movie industries in the twenties,
and it was the only one to loan to.

Speaker 12 (14:19):
The movie industry.

Speaker 15 (14:20):
Nobody believed in Disney when it was his time, and
it was the only one to loan to loan money
to Disney. He is behind the Golden gate Bridge. He
is behind you know, a lot of things that we
give us. Is behind the branch banking.

Speaker 12 (14:38):
Guys. There was no branch banking in the United States
before him. It was considerably legal.

Speaker 15 (14:44):
It was considered something that Canadian do, or you know
Canadians do or Europeans that do. So it was a
very revolutionary man, and I wanted to tell the story.

Speaker 12 (14:56):
I had to fight.

Speaker 15 (14:57):
It took me eight years not only because it was
hard to find money, but also.

Speaker 12 (15:02):
Because not everybody wanted the story.

Speaker 14 (15:05):
To be out.

Speaker 15 (15:06):
So and it took me a while, but I'm happy
that it took me eighty years in the making because
I was able to meet some great people. I was
able to do the archive research in the best way.

Speaker 2 (15:22):
So yeah, and with that, I want to show this
trailer because I forgot the part. I mean, because I've
seen somebody movies since them, but I forgot he was
He's probably the first to help champion women and women's rights.
Take a look at this trip.

Speaker 16 (15:38):
Long before banks had a branch at every corner, they
were a service almost exclusively for the wealthy.

Speaker 12 (15:48):
There was an old saying, never loan money on anything
that eats.

Speaker 16 (15:53):
But at the turn of the twentieth century, i'm Adeo
Peter Geniini revolutionized the industry with his small bank.

Speaker 8 (16:01):
He was saying, you need to give immigrants a chance,
we need to give farmers a chance, we need to
get women a chance.

Speaker 14 (16:06):
Back in the nineteen twenties, I don't think there were
a lot of men doing that.

Speaker 15 (16:10):
He understood the importance of including women in the economy.

Speaker 17 (16:16):
His idea was to give banking services to the people
who were denied it. And he felt that ranks purpose
was to help people and to help people help themselves
and make themselves better.

Speaker 16 (16:29):
By building trust and giving loans on just a handshake,
he created one of the largest banks in the country,
Bank of America.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
What Jenenni gave was a new dream, a new hope.
He said, this is the bank of the people.

Speaker 11 (16:48):
Who took capital that had been held in the hands
of the privileged few and put it into the hands
of all of these people.

Speaker 5 (16:55):
Janina kicked the top hat off the banker.

Speaker 18 (16:57):
Jennini met resistance by the bank establishment in New York.

Speaker 17 (17:02):
JP Morgan structure stood in his way.

Speaker 13 (17:08):
He didn't belong to the same clubs, he didn't follow
the same move and he kept the opposition.

Speaker 18 (17:15):
Yes, his vision for America is the America that many
of us are still agitating for.

Speaker 2 (17:23):
He didn't care what the color of skin was. All
he cared was that you were a human being.

Speaker 16 (17:29):
This is ap Geniie story, with the struggles and the
loves that shaped him, and the industries and the communities
he shaped himself.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
The little fellow to him was an individual who made
it himself.

Speaker 5 (17:46):
And did it honestly.

Speaker 2 (17:54):
Now, the thing about this is champion women's rights. Yeah,
like I said, you know in that movie, he didn't
care who you were, and I you know, I didn't
know anything about this. And you know, Dream River is
going to be headed up there and you know, in
Lake County. So to hear this, to hear this story,
this is what it's all about. And you three young
ladies know what it's like to raise money, you know,

(18:14):
for your your project. Tasha was, well, I's like to
do these things.

Speaker 15 (18:19):
You know.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
Rachel's getting into getting these products. And so if he
was around today, he's the type of person that we
all need to help give everybody a chance to give
a leg up, as they would say, because it didn't
matter where you came from. He believed in that little
fellow giving a leg up to everybody. You know, Martha,
let's talk about you and your your ladies. We're gonna

(18:40):
go back to this film and talk about the rest
of this. But this is a purpose perfect segue to
go into what you three ladies created, because it wasn't
easy to what you three did either, did was it? Martha?

Speaker 5 (18:50):
Hi, can you hear me? Okay?

Speaker 2 (18:52):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (18:53):
Okay, good, good, Just making sure.

Speaker 13 (18:56):
You know, it was a long journey because one of
the reasons being is that nobody wanted to take a
chance on three actresses who weren't known names around Hollywood.
Working actresses had worked on many TV series that everyone's
familiar with, but we weren't, you know, a listers, and
so it was a longer journey to be able to
find somebody who would invest in new actresses per se.

(19:20):
And we finally were able to find an investor in Mexico,
actually through our partner Gonzalo Ruis Velasco, who's the fourth
partner with us, or one of our other partners, and
he gave our script to a company, a private investor
who was going to make a film. He gave him
six scripts and he chose ours, and so it was

(19:41):
really you know, I would say, thank god we had
been writing for that many years, for six years, because
it was the script that went out and it was
ready to go.

Speaker 2 (19:50):
And Virginia your taken away. You how you com into
this because I haven't met you, but I've been following
the three of you because I find you got your
three fascinating.

Speaker 10 (20:00):
Thank you so much? Did that mean so much? Well,
actually started as a short film. This whole thing started
as a short film. Me and Valeria wrote it, and
I had written a couple of shorts by then. Valeria
I was just really focused on acting, and when we met,
we started really connecting as friends, and so she was like, oh,
I really wish I could write, and I was like, yeah,

(20:21):
you can, Like, let's write something for our reels. That's
how it all started, just a scene in our reels.
And Marta, by then bus eight months pregnant and I
had I had created with Marta too before, we have
been creative partners. And then I knew she was really
starting to direct something while she was pregnant, and so

(20:41):
I just invited her.

Speaker 3 (20:42):
I was like, you want to direct this, and so
she did.

Speaker 10 (20:45):
And then Gonzello came into the picture, and he's the
one that was like, this is a feature. You guys
need to make it into a feature. And it started
like a long journey of many ups and many downs.
You know, you never think that a film is going
to take that long. Same as that, you know, you're
always like pushing for the next year and pushing to
the same thing. But one of the things about being

(21:06):
three and what's wonderful about having created a sisterhood among us,
and also Denis Brieto, who's our producer, is that you know,
in the ways that you let.

Speaker 3 (21:17):
In this industry also can knock you down.

Speaker 10 (21:19):
It can also you have the other two to support you,
right and to be like, hey, don't give up, it's okay.
We got this, and one can rest and one can
go down, and the other ones keep the ship going
and the movement happening. And that is always a wonderful
thing of being three. Marta had two children where we
were writing this, you know, so a lot of our
writing was around her schedule as a mom, and so

(21:41):
we were right like in the middle of the night,
like at twelve, she would fall asleep.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
And we're like, wake up, you're not falling a sleeve.

Speaker 10 (21:48):
I know you have slept for two hours.

Speaker 3 (21:50):
It doesn't matter.

Speaker 10 (21:53):
And you know, as Valeria was cooking dinner, and we
were just like all created this beautiful sisterhood that actually
fit the script. And that's one of the beautiful things
about writing something for so long. I'm sure that we'd
had I guess similar experiences like you grow with the project,
and so it's really beautiful that, you know, we were
very different the girls that started the script to the

(22:15):
girls that ended this project, and a lot of things
happen in our personal life that we were able to
put in the movie, and so the movie got more grounded,
it got more spiritual, it got deeper because we got Dipper,
we got more you know, we grew up, and so
the movie got better. And so that is a good
thing of you know, sometimes we want the immedia thing.

(22:36):
We want the script to be quick, we want the
movie to go fast, but there is a certain kind
of magic of writing something for a long time.

Speaker 2 (22:43):
And so the next trouble maker, I mean, when I
see you guys in person, I'm coming to Los Angeles
this weekend, I want to hook up with you guys.
Don't get me drunk, because I'll do weird things, but
I just want to have with you guys. Talk about that.
Did you guys know each other ahead of time or
you guys just the friendship developed. And the reason why
I asked because I see Tash kind of hooking up

(23:06):
with you guys in a different way on the music side.
That's why I'm asking.

Speaker 15 (23:10):
Yes.

Speaker 14 (23:10):
Yes, Well, we're always open to collaboration, and we you know,
we always say that this movie has picked its people.
We I will tell the story of how we got together,
but we've definitely had a lot of people join the team,
and it's almost like the movie has its own entity
and it just kind of picks, you know, whoever's right.
So we're always like looking for other matches to create
with and to you know, to like uplift each other. So,

(23:34):
as Virgina said a little bit, Virginia and Marta were
friends before and they had started.

Speaker 6 (23:38):
To create things together.

Speaker 14 (23:39):
They would just you know, like get together and write
and like be super creative. Virginia and I were friends separately,
but we weren't getting creative at first.

Speaker 6 (23:47):
We were just getting drunk.

Speaker 2 (23:49):
See I knew it.

Speaker 5 (23:51):
That's true.

Speaker 6 (23:52):
We would get together, that's how it starts.

Speaker 14 (23:56):
We would, but it was it wasn't like just like
fun drunk. It was like, I'm going to share what's
happening in my heart. I'm going to tell you, like
my deepest secret. We'd have cigarettes, like we'd have this
whole like thing, and from there this like need to
talk about forgiveness came. And so we were both in
our lives like dealing with forgiveness on different sides of
it and we were like, we want to talk about forgiveness,

(24:17):
and that's what started the first monologue. So the first
monologue of the short film back then was about you know,
if somebody would just give me like the tools and
the steps to forgive, like I would do it. And
that was like, well, so who are they? Oh, I
think they're sisters, Well, where are they in a kitchen?
And that made it into like this thing that then Mata,
who had been collaborating with Virginia, came on board. As

(24:38):
Virginia said, when she was eight months pregnant, she was
huge and she was still like everything, and we were like,
you know, picking up the catering ourselves, and something magic
just happened. Back then, we had no idea that we
were going to spend the next Now it's almost going
to be ten years together we had and we just
we became friends. We gelled in a way that is

(25:00):
it's just like the addibility, this like trilogy that happens.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
We even have a tattoo, a triangle.

Speaker 14 (25:05):
Tattoos and yeah, and it just evolved into a feature
film and we had to learn we had to learn
how to write.

Speaker 8 (25:13):
A feature film.

Speaker 14 (25:14):
We had to learn how to produce a bit, how
to do post production and how to do that as
the three of us were growing and having obviously so
much stuff happening in our lives. So yes, it has
been an adventure, and I think I always think it's
amazing that after now almost ten years, we're still at it,
we're still together, and we still really really enjoy each other,
which is really really.

Speaker 8 (25:33):
You know, Brian, one of the interesting things about what
she said is, and especially in light of the movie,
forgiveness is a key factor in closing wealth gap. It's
actually very important in that process. Super interesting that you
brought that up, and with your permission, Brian, I'd like

(25:54):
to ask David Day another question that I wanted to know.
You said there were some people that didn't want the
film to be made or to be shown. Can you
touch on that a little bit? That's very interesting. You
can't get a bank account, at least when I moved
there eleven years ago. The only bank available is a

(26:18):
state bank. In order to get any other kind of
a bank account, you have to know somebody, you have
to have a connection, and you have to be invited
to have an account there. So I can definitely relate
to what the movie touches on in regard to women.
But I'd love to know why there was a struggle and.

Speaker 2 (26:39):
Before you into that that was the case in the US,
I believe in until sixty five sixty six, any woman
they could, they weren't allowed to have a bank account,
only the man. And that's what made it unique. And
I'm like, this is fascinating because I love seeing all
these documentaries and they talk about these things and they're
all coming together now. Way on I seeing I get

(27:01):
answered that question with l because I just want to
do it ended because a lot of women didn't know
you want to It wasn't that long ago that you
were allowed to have one.

Speaker 15 (27:09):
So I cannot really say who try to stop me
and my producer. What I can say is that my
movie looks like a branded documentary.

Speaker 12 (27:22):
Okay, but.

Speaker 15 (27:25):
Exactly the brand didn't want the movie to be made.
So I cannot say the name of the We tried
to stop us.

Speaker 12 (27:32):
But let's put it this way.

Speaker 15 (27:36):
It's not it's just something that banks wants to have out.
And when I started, I had a bank account with
Bank of America. When I started the bank of my
movie LST was Bank of.

Speaker 12 (27:52):
America, and let's put it this way.

Speaker 15 (27:55):
Five years later, I reopened a Credit Union bank account
and moved it from because I know, I cannot say
it who said not to make the movie, but you
know someone didn't want the.

Speaker 12 (28:09):
Movie to be made.

Speaker 15 (28:10):
And it's so weird because now we are attacked even
on social media, because they say that we are promoting
that bank, and I'm like, no, we are not promoting
that bank.

Speaker 12 (28:26):
This movie was made entirely by us.

Speaker 15 (28:28):
I'm shaking w I'm saying that because we have, thank
thankfully to my producers, we were able to do it properly,
and thanks to a lot of people in the.

Speaker 12 (28:43):
Corporation ward that are not aligned with.

Speaker 15 (28:47):
The evil, we were able to pull the movie together.

Speaker 19 (28:53):
Again.

Speaker 12 (28:54):
The order was not to.

Speaker 15 (28:56):
Make this movie, and I can tell you I don't
know why, because this is a very awful movie. When
you come out after you watch it, you are pumped,
you want to do more, You feel you want.

Speaker 12 (29:09):
To help each other.

Speaker 15 (29:10):
One of the things that we love about the movie
is that, even though it was Italian American, we had
a huge delegation from the Chinese community.

Speaker 12 (29:20):
Showing up to every screening in.

Speaker 15 (29:22):
San Francisco just to pay tribute to this guy.

Speaker 5 (29:27):
We have.

Speaker 15 (29:28):
We had five hundred people in San Jose showing up
and more than two hundred people couldn't I get access
to the theater because we were totally full, and a
lot of people came from Sacramento, from Los Angeles to
pay tribute to these men.

Speaker 12 (29:49):
One hundred years after.

Speaker 15 (29:53):
And we have two screenings in all Aio coming up.

Speaker 12 (29:59):
And it's incredible because it was.

Speaker 15 (30:01):
Like, out can this story and because this story wasn't
just a California.

Speaker 8 (30:06):
Story, it is anacond story.

Speaker 15 (30:09):
And still we have some resistance in Wall Street, of course,
especially when you know the story came out that we
weren't funded by the bank. We weren't funded by any
private let's say producers or penalty founds or whatever.

Speaker 12 (30:32):
But we founded the movie through the stock market.

Speaker 2 (30:36):
So don't don't say anymore. I won't want you take
the hit. I'll take the hit on this and I'll
say why because everybody knows it's tough to raise money
when you need to go and find it. Howard knows
how long it takes to make a film. Rachel's experience
that having a director die while making a you know
these things. Nobody makes these things up. It does take

(30:58):
a long time, and getting funding it's not easy, which
is why Carol talks about what she does and you know,
coming up to why she offers what she has in Chile.
But it's also one of those things where you've got
to see this movie. I understand why Walls he would
be upset because he went against Wall Street and beat them.
I'm saying this for you. You can't say it, but
I can. But also he helped run Disney. If you

(31:22):
watch it, you know, I was talking about Disney last week,
how Disney built America. His first films came from this
little fellow, and I was like, there you go. They
didn't mention it. They just said it came from San
money came from San Francisco. And I started laughing my
ass off when I heard that, because certain things they
don't want to get out and not get it. But
when you see this movie, it is one of the

(31:44):
best movies I've ever seen. And on my list I
have a list of the top twenty people that have
inspired me, He's number two on that list. Eleanor Roosevelt
is number one, But it's because of what he did.
I'm not surprised the Chinese came it came out. I
want to do something for him, for us, and that's
why I asked where you are. I'm so thankful and
we've never talked before, we've never met, but we were

(32:06):
there on the red carpet kind of together. So I'm
telling you, when we do something in Italy after the
Oscars and next year, you're involved with it, and everybody's
heard it. All right, if I say something, that means
it's going to happen. So let's take a look at
this trailer. And yes, women weren't allowed to have a
checking account until nineteen seventy four. I was giving credit
in the late sixty I was off nineteen seventy four. YEP.

Speaker 3 (32:33):
In Mexico, where we live in.

Speaker 19 (32:35):
Miracles and in our family, when we need a miracle,
we walk up for six days and five nights. You mess,
nnius are my miracles?

Speaker 5 (32:48):
I am in Mexico with my sisters.

Speaker 13 (32:51):
That okay, my sisters, you said, just yes, I needed
you both here to walk out well as pilgrimage. Yeah no,
I'm sorry, I need a miracle him having marital issues
with my husband?

Speaker 5 (33:09):
What wait?

Speaker 8 (33:10):
What we have six days to get to talk about.

Speaker 5 (33:13):
It and we start tomorrow.

Speaker 14 (33:14):
Good luck walking one hundred and thirty five miles through Mexico.

Speaker 10 (33:18):
If I can party for three days straight, I'm sure
I can handle it, Damn Pilgriman.

Speaker 14 (33:21):
No, okay, that's for everybody.

Speaker 8 (33:25):
You're marriage better be worth saving that you're sleeping with us.

Speaker 5 (33:33):
No, okay, grouchy.

Speaker 13 (33:41):
See why you us Mexican American were sisters?

Speaker 12 (33:46):
Sisters?

Speaker 5 (33:47):
I know?

Speaker 2 (33:48):
Oh you see?

Speaker 20 (33:49):
Is me being just a waste of space?

Speaker 5 (33:52):
I'm sorry, I was.

Speaker 3 (33:53):
Just my wife is a mess.

Speaker 13 (33:57):
Okay, you're not as adventurous ass.

Speaker 5 (34:02):
I am so adventurous.

Speaker 3 (34:05):
No, noney, what's wrong?

Speaker 5 (34:10):
My lay hurt? I'm not auxious. I almost got shot
by a rent chirry.

Speaker 18 (34:16):
You almost got shot by a way.

Speaker 9 (34:21):
No, no, I have sixty more kilometers ago before I
can get.

Speaker 8 (34:24):
My miracle, and I don't know what sixty kilometers is
in mile. I know this is really important to you.

Speaker 14 (34:32):
I'm done.

Speaker 3 (34:33):
You don't really believe like a hole is going to
open up.

Speaker 12 (34:36):
In this guy?

Speaker 5 (34:36):
If the problems are going to get solved.

Speaker 20 (34:38):
Miracles happen all the time, why not for us?

Speaker 5 (35:00):
This is my husband, Harold.

Speaker 2 (35:11):
That's an excellent trailer all right, so I'm gonna go
to first Tosh Rachel, followed by Howard, Harold and Terry.
Tell me what you thought of that trailer?

Speaker 9 (35:23):
Oh my god, Literally the whole time I was smiling.
And this is like, I love these types of movies.

Speaker 6 (35:28):
I don't know why.

Speaker 9 (35:29):
The first thing I remembered was the sisterhood of the
Traveling Pants. I don't know why that came into my
mind when I saw your and and and I honestly,
I though, it's crazy how to see you guys here
in front of me and then see you in your
work on the trailer, and it's so exciting and I
loved it.

Speaker 6 (35:48):
I want to see this. So you said this is
in Stars.

Speaker 10 (35:53):
Yeah, thank you so much for that, And that means
so so much. You know, your comments and your thoughts
and what a s The Traveling Pants one of my
fight movies.

Speaker 3 (36:02):
So yes, yes, you can stream it on Stars.

Speaker 10 (36:05):
And also we still are on BOD so if you
don't have Stars, you can still rent it or buy
it on Amazon. I think it's four box on Amazon
or Apple TV plus.

Speaker 12 (36:14):
Oh that's it.

Speaker 6 (36:15):
I already know what I'm seeing tonight.

Speaker 2 (36:18):
Hey, Raca, what did you think.

Speaker 3 (36:20):
I loved it.

Speaker 13 (36:20):
I can't.

Speaker 4 (36:21):
Yeah, I wanted to watch it too. You guys are
beautiful and y'all have watchability and you know it's Yeah,
I kept thinking malagros like you know those little you know,
miracle things that you put on the boxes in Mexico.

Speaker 3 (36:34):
Yeah, you guys are gorgeous.

Speaker 2 (36:35):
Wait to watch Howard. Once I start her hat, I'm like,
that's a hot I would hear.

Speaker 20 (36:40):
What I saw.

Speaker 11 (36:40):
It was a chemistry between the three of you. Uh,
it's just like you know how girls have their little
packs and I can feel that in that.

Speaker 12 (36:48):
And then the two of you in the bed with
the one man. I don't know about that.

Speaker 8 (36:55):
It wasn't a man. It was the three sisters together.

Speaker 5 (36:58):
Just to clarify, not have.

Speaker 13 (37:02):
Not that type of movie, Howard, I just had a haircut.

Speaker 5 (37:07):
It was just a really short haircut.

Speaker 12 (37:09):
That's all.

Speaker 2 (37:12):
That funny.

Speaker 8 (37:16):
I loved it. I love the storytelling, and I love
the adventure, and you know what happens to us when
we go through adventure, and I can definitely relate with
my own experience having moved to Chile and finding myself
alone there. So yeah, I think it's just brilliant. I
love it.

Speaker 7 (37:35):
I was looking for something lighthearted to watch tonight, and
I think I'll be watching this. What I like about
it is I don't have any sisters, but I have
friends that are like sisters, and we all pretty much
have gone through our own issues. And my friends are
always trying to do boofy things or go on a
trip or do something. So that kind of reminded me
of some of my relations I have with my girlfriends

(37:57):
that I consit her family, you know, like you know,
just kind of like pushing you in the right way,
but telling you what you're doing wrong, you know what
I mean? Like I like, I just like gooping around,
Like I can relate to a lot of like the
scenes of that.

Speaker 2 (38:11):
So you three sisters, you you wore test Man dresses? Right?
Was that correct? Okay? So Terry interviewed Sophia in one
of Testa's red dresses. So that that short clip is
that eight hundred and thirty and eighty seven views, So

(38:33):
within the next month it should reach a million views
for Terry, which I'm very very happy about. And then
the show that we did with was test on that Oh,
Sophia was on the show. Is that one hundred thousand,
nine and twenty three views right now and counting. That's
the one that Carol Howard and I think Rachel was

(38:53):
on that too, So yeah, and Terry. So the thing
about this is why I'm saying this is I want
to put this show on itube also because I've been
waiting for this. So and by the way, I'm leaving
tonight for Little Rock, Arkansas. I guess who I'm going
to see. Her name starts with the m Meredith. So
they're taking me out to a state that her tomorrow night.

(39:16):
And I know Meret is probably listening. I know she's
getting everything ready. So and I decided to use heres
my publishers. I'm out and letting that out now. So
the reason why I stay these days is because I
like what she did with you sisters, and I like
what she's done with test Man, and I see the
connection where how Tash can fit it in something like that,
where Carol fits in and Rachel I see these days,

(39:38):
and with Terry doing the interviews for these things, I
see how everything's fitting in. And then when we talked
to mister Italy over there, you know there's a reason
why he shot for Volgue Italy, I get it. Now
that I know that he's been to where I want
to go, he is going to be involved with us.
So since he's been there and he vaccasions there, what
does that say to you people that know what I'm
talking about?

Speaker 10 (39:58):
Right, it's a the world that's all, that's all well connected.

Speaker 3 (40:05):
We're all connected in some beautiful way.

Speaker 2 (40:07):
Hey, let's talk about this, talk about test Man's dresses.
How did you women get that? First of all? And
you know, I know she's got she's lining something up
for next year which will be fun.

Speaker 3 (40:16):
Oh my god. Test is so wonderful and amazing. We
just love her so much.

Speaker 10 (40:21):
And I'm going to get this to mark topic because
she's the first one who actually wore a test Man
Peith and then she and then we just got it
all involved into the test Man world.

Speaker 3 (40:31):
Who's like, it's just fantastic.

Speaker 13 (40:33):
I said a lot when we were on Last Time
with test Man because I just I can't but I
can always say more because she is empowering is the word.
It's empowering when you're around her. She's empowering when she
designs a dress for a woman, when you put it on.
I wore her in Indira, which is a beautiful silk

(40:55):
pantsuit to my premiere for a short that I direct did,
and it just made me feel like I could do
anything on the carpet in the Q and A's. It
just made me feel ready to shine. And that's what
she wanted for all of us. And so whenever the
other sisters came, I love that. I'm calling you my

(41:16):
other sisters, just so you guys know we're soul sisters. Terry,
we understand like I have two sisters, but Virginia Valeria
are my soul sisters. And so you'll hear me say,
like my sisters. When the sisters came in, we did
a photo shoot. Well, first let me say Valeria was
the one that picked the outfit for me, so she

(41:37):
was like, you have to wear this will be perfect.

Speaker 5 (41:39):
I was like a pants suit and then it worked
out to be perfect.

Speaker 8 (41:43):
But then we.

Speaker 13 (41:43):
Decided to do a photo shoot for press for the
release of the film, and tests that she would love
to dress us, and we're like, are you sure we
would love it, and so.

Speaker 5 (41:51):
She gave us several gowns.

Speaker 13 (41:54):
There's so many pictures out there on People Espanol and
other different publications where we're able to give back to
test and feature her gowns, and then we're about to
do something really special with her.

Speaker 5 (42:05):
We allowed to talk about it.

Speaker 2 (42:07):
Is this the one that's coming up in April?

Speaker 5 (42:09):
No?

Speaker 2 (42:10):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (42:12):
No in September?

Speaker 2 (42:13):
Yeah, we should say yeah, I think no, I think
you should say it because I'm.

Speaker 5 (42:20):
You're like, now, I want to know, So you think
you want to tell them?

Speaker 2 (42:25):
Sure?

Speaker 14 (42:26):
Well, hopefully we're not, you know, leaking news. We're not
supposed to leak. But Tess is so incredible. You know
when we had lunch with her a couple of months
ago and we kept on just imagining because of her
whole background and how you know, how she she's literally
like a badass. We were imagining having dresses where you
could like hold your knife, like in the middle before combat,

(42:47):
in the middle of like gorgeous gown and we could
imagine ourselves, you know, shooting an action movie wearing her dresses.

Speaker 10 (42:53):
Uh.

Speaker 14 (42:53):
And so Tess got really inspired and we're super honored
that she She's gonna design a dress for.

Speaker 5 (42:58):
Each of us.

Speaker 14 (42:59):
So which is going to talk to us, figure out,
you know, our personalities and you know what we want
to showcase, and she's going to design her own dresses,
which is the most beautiful, you know, and generous artistic thing.

Speaker 3 (43:11):
And so that's coming up.

Speaker 14 (43:12):
That's going to be in a couple of weeks.

Speaker 2 (43:13):
We're very very for you, lady. It's good for you.
I love that she was an FBI agent too. Yes,
her story is amazing, all right, And so what I'm
going to be pushing up. We're letting out a lot
of things a little early. But that's okay because I'm
seeing them married tomorrow. So so and I know she's
probably listening in Arkansas. So Tash and Rachel and Carol

(43:37):
and Kerry to be bad for me and Howard, I'm gonna
I'm going to get her to get you ladies some dresses.
I'm just gonna say that.

Speaker 6 (43:45):
All right.

Speaker 2 (43:46):
So I'm letting that out because I'm just going to
work on that. So then here's the other thing. We
only got a couple of minutes left, Harold, tell them
why they should reach out to you, and tell them
about your Beta and Chile.

Speaker 8 (43:58):
Yeah, so we do amazing retreats. They're both done for
you and done with you, and so you can have
your own agenda, your own people there. If you want,
just reach out to me. I'd be happy to fill
you in. And I've got a little special going on
right now for an Emmy's Gifting suite that I'm doing
with Heather Marianna. Shout out Heather, and if you're interested,

(44:24):
reach out and I'll be happy to work something special
for you too. And Lisa Unstoppable and Unleisia Unstoppable is
the other podcast that I co host or the other
show that I co host. We talk all about the
neuroscience of leadership, health and wealth. And if you'd love
to be on, just reach out to me. I know

(44:44):
couple love you coming on soon and so I'd love that.
And then I also have a book club, a free
book club every Friday. It's called the Worthy book Club.
And right now we're just starting Louise Hayes Heal Your Life.

Speaker 2 (45:00):
Howard Wiggins and talk about the room that you in.

Speaker 11 (45:03):
I'm just in the entry way.

Speaker 2 (45:05):
Uh.

Speaker 11 (45:05):
And then, like I said, my main thing is what
I'm going to do with Paul Smith and his wife
and the next photo shoot. But we're connecting with some
pretty powerful people and they got big plans for us. So, uh,
just watch my Facebook and and follow me there.

Speaker 8 (45:23):
I love your shirt Howard. I was feeling in a
gold mud tonight. I love your shirt.

Speaker 11 (45:29):
Oh okay, yeah, all right.

Speaker 2 (45:31):
Yeah, I'm digging. I'm digging that Terry right on.

Speaker 7 (45:37):
Terry Marine on top of all platforms at tryeffisa dot com.

Speaker 2 (45:41):
And Tash tell them what you guy coming up? Because
I love that. I love that little clip of you
dancing your shuffling and falling down. That's just hilarious.

Speaker 6 (45:49):
Here's all, buddy.

Speaker 9 (45:50):
Well, you know, I am building my brand like musically
and also emotionally, trying to match, you know, the person
I am. So when it comes into my profile, they
know they can kind of get a glimpse of who
Natasha is.

Speaker 6 (46:04):
So shuffling is one of the things that I love
to do.

Speaker 9 (46:07):
So I've been trying to incorporate what I do personally
and also what I do as a passion, which obviously
is music, but also now it's a passion of creating.
So I've been loving challenges of creating content for brands companies.
Now I'm diving into like my beauty influencer era and
helping other women also reach that that.

Speaker 6 (46:28):
New entrance of using social media. So I've been doing.

Speaker 9 (46:31):
Lots of work on that and you know, helping myself
become a better mentor and a better person for myself
in this.

Speaker 6 (46:40):
Community and music wise, we still.

Speaker 9 (46:43):
Have my latest single called which is a fun BATA
old school type so yes, you ladies will definitely love it.
I invite you guys to take a listen in and
we've been doing it's some cool behind the scenes with that,
so that'll be coming out soon on my Instagram. But yeah,

(47:05):
we're continuing working and growing and becoming the best version
that I could possibly be for myself.

Speaker 21 (47:11):
So yeah, Rachel, uh, you can find me Rachel Anne
Roberts and Rachel Roberts recipes and coffee talk in the mornings,
and I do have guests on coffee Talk, So if
anybody wants to be on coffee Talk, just send me

Speaker 5 (47:51):
And then I'm at Marta m Cross.

Speaker 2 (47:54):

Speaker 10 (48:01):

podcast for Nika whoever wants to also be a guest,
open to guests over here.

Speaker 20 (48:13):
All of that.

Speaker 10 (48:13):
It's a bilingual podcast, so I have one episode in
Spanish and then the following in English because that's my audience.
My audience is bilingual, and then you can follow me anything.
