Speaker 2 (01:06):
Hey, there it's Brian Sebastian, movie reviews and morned if
it's Tuesday. Obviously, you always have to support the arts,
your favorite charities, no matter what they may be. Ours
is dream Over Arts, Dreamover Artists, Ranch Para will talk
about whatever everything else that's coming up with that. So
for Mary and Vera, I want you to put your
socials in there so we can have at school at
the bottom, because we want people to follow, like and

(01:27):
subscribe you and if you want the great things you
guys are doing. And obviously this is this one hundred
and sixty four live shows in a row in counting
still and streaming worldwide, Talk for TV, Talk for Me
at kf HD Radio and streaming on over one hundred
outlets right now around the world, and Women on TV
Dot TV and I two four seven with forty million

(01:48):
plus views in counting. So the good thing about this
show was I've been looking forward to it because of
these two young ladies. I felt like I kind of
picked them up, even though they were just like on
red carpets. Mary I saw coming with a blue dress.
I saw, I'm like, here's this woman to come on
with the blue dress. She stands out. I'm like, I
got to know who she is. So I interviewed her
at the Diablo Lion Skate screening room before I left
the take off on the East coast Vera. I saw

(02:10):
her just sitting there with her What are these puppets?
What are these things?

Speaker 3 (02:14):
What?

Speaker 2 (02:15):
And I love what she created. I'm like, what is
this all about? I got to talk to her. Little
did I know that she would be following me up
into my private screening room in the back of the theater,
watching movies just like I did.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
And I'm looking over.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
There, who's this blonde chick in my row? It's Vera
watching movies like I am. At the end of the aisle.
I look over to her. I felt like I was
in a horror movie. She waves to me and like,
who's this sick.

Speaker 3 (02:39):
Oh it's Vera.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
I thought it was one of her puppets that you
kind of freaked me out in the way because I'm
used to be in the back of theater by myself,
so I can screen all these things.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
But the great thing about Vera she's you know, she's that.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
She's a classical Pianist's very talented.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
She may not want people to know that, but she is.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
I like to find these things out, you know, so
when you can play that guitar, you can play that
you're a drummer. We all are like drummers, where drummers
bang harder, don't we And it's one of those things
where you are that one of those world famous child
hand puppeteers and a model and a bodybuilder and all
of these things, and you have this great film called

(03:16):
a populust Love that I just found fascinating, and I'm like,
I gotta have her on anytime you can see something
like that. And you know, Rachel and Terry and Howard
and Carol, you'll remember if you saw a thunderbird Ard
go those puppets like that. It reminded me of that.
But her film was better, and I said, oh, we
got to have you on a show. Unfortunately you got
to wait a little bit, was her four months book.

(03:36):
She said, that's okay. And as I watched her on
the Red Carpet that dances with Films, I was fascinated
by her friends there all the work that she put
into making this film, which is a great film, and
designing and picking out the music.

Speaker 3 (03:49):
It's not easy to do all this stuff. And then
so your name is vera vanguard.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
And then when it comes to let's see Mary, little
miss jolly thing about her was she's been to all
fifty states. I've been to forty three states. She doesn't
even live in the United States. Well she does now,
but she didn't really. She was just traveling around and
she decided to go to all fifty states.

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Who does that?

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Good for people who don't live in the United States usually,
So the good thing about that is I had to
have her on because there was something there and I
didn't know anything about her, but she was so nice
and she came up on the red carpet and what
she was wearing with her friend said, I got to
take a picture of her, and I want to have
you on our show, and she luckily agreed. Luckily, I
haven't had any women or any guy say no, who
are you get away from me?

Speaker 3 (04:35):
Black Eye.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
I can't be bothered. So luckily you get them on
the show and you go for it and go from there. So, Rachel,
let's introduce yourself first, because you got done doing your TikTok.
You were wearing your your revealing thing that you were wearing.
But you know your fans are going nuts. Tell everybody
who you are, where you're coming from.

Speaker 4 (04:57):
Oh, okay, So I'm My name is Rachel Roberts, and
I have a little more show called Coffee Talk and so,
but I do other stuff too, And my god, I was, yeah,
I like to go live on TikTok before we do
our live show on Tuesdays.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
And they always kick me off.

Speaker 6 (05:13):
I don't know what is the deal with them that
they It's.

Speaker 4 (05:16):
Like, you get knocked off and I have to appeal it. Anyway,
I've become one of the slaves to to the to
the products that they send you, and so I do
all these videos like for them.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
And one of my friends asked me.

Speaker 7 (05:28):
They were like, do you get paid for this? I'm like, I.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
Don't think so.

Speaker 8 (05:34):
I don't know why I'm doing this, I'm saying, like
a lot of times, making these little videos for them,
but I get products because as women, y'all know, it's
like Christmas every time they you know, you get the
doorbell rings and you get.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
Something in the mail.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
How exciting.

Speaker 4 (05:48):
So I was telling Brian, yeah, I love doing it.
Not quite sure if they're paying me, but I do
enjoy it.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
You're gonna get there. You're gonna get there. But I
do other stuff too.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
I do like acting, and I've been doing, you know,
been with Brian for.

Speaker 3 (06:03):
Years doing movie reviews and more. I really like that.

Speaker 4 (06:06):
But yeah, every morning you can find me on Coffee Talk.

Speaker 9 (06:10):
Well Carol, I'm Carol Register. It's so lovely to meet
you guys. And just to shout out for give back
Tuesdays to dream Weaver Arts that Brian mentioned supporting artists
in all the things that they do such an important organization.
I'm also a part of Better Vision for Children. Most importantly, though,

(06:35):
I absolutely love taking female leaders from six to seven
figures and doing it so that they have aligned, heart
centered wealth that is fulfilling and satisfying. And it's one
of my favorite things in the world because great women
like us to serve great wealth for great impact, and

(06:57):
Brian is one of the most important people as far.

Speaker 3 (07:01):
I don't know about that.

Speaker 5 (07:03):
Empowering women, empowering women.

Speaker 9 (07:05):
You are you empower women all the time, Brian, and
I know that that is an important part of your message. Mary,
I saw that, and uh so, I'm really excited to
be here with you, guys, Vera and Mary and Vera
Oh shred and metal on the guitar.

Speaker 5 (07:24):
Hello, I'm in really lovely to meet you, guys.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
Howard.

Speaker 10 (07:30):
I'm Howard Wiggins, Howard Wiggins Interior Design. I've got a
lot of good things happening for me. Uh some I'll
talk about a little later. But all of a sudden,
everything my stars are lining up and things and I
can't wait.

Speaker 11 (07:47):
To share it. I want to tell you now, but
I guess I can.

Speaker 3 (07:49):
I will, you will, you will, and he deserves it too.

Speaker 11 (07:53):
Just watch me. Yea, thank you.

Speaker 12 (07:58):
I wanted to give Rachel some advice about TikTok once
i because I'm also on TikTok. But you do get
if you if you apply for TikTok shop, you do
get paid by the people.

Speaker 7 (08:10):
Said, you know, I'm not Yeah, no, I'm all over
the shop.

Speaker 12 (08:13):
Okay, Yeah, So I took a break from TikTok shop
because my mom passed away in January, and so I've
been dealing with family stuff which is coming to a closure,
which Brian knows all about, which I will be writing
a book about, because when a parent dies and you
go through family stuff, it's not it's it's a shock
for with a shock for me, and I just I

(08:35):
want to help other people go through this experience because
it's probably family changes once you have a death in
the family.

Speaker 7 (08:41):
I don't know. I mean, I'll leave it at that.
You guys can wait for the book. But I've been
with Brian for fourteen years.

Speaker 12 (08:48):
I do the red carpet red red carpet hosting for Brian,
so I do the celebrity interviews. I've been acting off
and on since i was a kid. I did commercials
as a kid. I am a fitness competitor, kind of
retired fitness competitor, but I'd like to go back into it.
I was Miss Bikini La Masters and I started competing

(09:09):
I was forty six years old. I've won several fitness
I've been in NPC. I never went pro, but I
have got a lot of a lot of knowledge and
health and uh fitness. I just had my fifty eighth birthday,
which which Jos and I do, and.

Speaker 7 (09:27):
My girlfriends took me to the Madonna In.

Speaker 12 (09:29):
Well, I took myself and my friend and a friend
Kel who's a publicist for rock band. She's been on
the show before. I worked with her with other events.
Brian knows her really well. But we went to the
Madonna Inn, went horseback riding and if anybody knows about
the Madonna in and this is a place that Howard
needs to go to because the architecture there is crazy.

(09:52):
In the dining room Hurts for the Hurts Castle. That
staircase is from Hurst Castle. Each room is an individual
room from it has a different theme. So we were
in the horse room, but they have a cave room,
they have an Irish room, they have a Swiss room, they.

Speaker 7 (10:06):
Have a spaw, they have a pool.

Speaker 12 (10:10):
So I have to say I had an amazing birthday
and so it was a really good start to my
new life because I'm gonna be moving, I'm gonna be
I'm gonna be starting fresh, and I'm actually kind of
excited now Brian and Brian has actually been great helping
me get through maybe the toughest.

Speaker 3 (10:30):
It's been.

Speaker 5 (10:32):
The toughest uriod in.

Speaker 7 (10:33):
My life, but I made it to the other side.
That's the point, you.

Speaker 5 (10:37):
Know, it looks fantastic.

Speaker 7 (10:38):
I like your hair like this.

Speaker 13 (10:40):
I couldn't.

Speaker 7 (10:41):
I don't know, it really looks good like that. And
then I can feel your energy is different, like you're really.

Speaker 14 (10:49):
Yeah like it.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
Thank you. I appreciate that.

Speaker 15 (10:53):
You're gonna.

Speaker 9 (10:54):
You're gonna wanna connect to We're gonna when we hear
from Vera here because she all so is a fitness expert,
body miil here and natural Olympian tea time natural Olympian,
But I want to know what does natural Olympian mean?

Speaker 5 (11:11):
What is that? What is that?

Speaker 6 (11:13):
Parah well well as as our lovely friend here was
talking about NPC, They're not a natural federation, Like you
could literally walk out on stage with the needle hanging
out of your arm and you're fine.

Speaker 15 (11:26):
Uh cration.

Speaker 6 (11:32):
I'm part of a natural bodybuilding Federation, not inn PC.
And they had their own Olympian I was twice in it.
I won the first place in the first one, in
like fourth place in the second one. But in my defense,
the fourth place was because it was in twenty twenty
during COVID and I wasn't able to get to the gym.

Speaker 15 (11:50):
But that's okay. Fourth place is great. Yeah.

Speaker 16 (11:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (11:55):
The fact it's natural without you know, drugs and doing
it with your her own system organically, how I love that.

Speaker 5 (12:03):
Yes, powerful you.

Speaker 12 (12:05):
Can know and you probably know about this because like
Fitness Universe. I did Fitness Universe, and that's a natural
show that you can you were drug tested for that.

Speaker 17 (12:12):
So I've done both.

Speaker 7 (12:13):
I've done both both types of shows.

Speaker 12 (12:15):
And it's really really interesting because there's a big phenomenon
right now of bodybuilders dying because of the series, and
even in Bikini those girls are on some type of
starewriters some growth hormone and stuff, and it's really not
That's one of the reasons I stopped competing because I
was like, to get to that level on a lot
of those shows, you do have to take Sarah. It's
just really hard to get that level without it.

Speaker 7 (12:37):
But it's our picture show.

Speaker 15 (12:39):
I want to be friends with you.

Speaker 2 (12:40):
Yes, and we've had both people on, we've had the
documentaries on the shows. But the thing about or that
I liked is I don't think there's anything that she
doesn't do, and that's what I found fascinating. But the
thing about that is what she was also just nice
and friendly, and she came back to the film festival.
Are the films to support the arts that I liked,

(13:03):
And you don't see that. You see people will come
out and they'll support their film, they'll meet some people,
but they might not come back. She kept coming back,
and I was very impressed by that. Not only was
she watching films, but she was just always promoting. We'll
talk about why your film Apopulous Love is nascinated. I
did send it out to a couple of people and

(13:24):
we'll see if they saw it or not, or I
liked it. I watched it again because I thought it
was great talk about that.

Speaker 15 (13:30):
Well, I have this this thing.

Speaker 6 (13:34):
This was at Dances with Film's Film Festival and me
and Brian met up with and I have this thing
where like, if you come support my project, I will
come support your project. And I made sure everyone came
to see mine. I went to stairs and I wanted
to participate as much as I can and meet as
much people, because you know, a film festival is like
right where you need to be and as a filmmaker,

(13:54):
I can't feel like like bodybuilding and all these things
are like how I pay my bills and how I
you know, just just hobbies. But what I really do
is I'm a child sized hand model and puppeteer. Apocalypse
Love is this all puppet movie about zombies and aliens
and emo and goth Here I have my little emo

(14:17):
Gothic puppet and you can see them like puppeteered with
the hand in the movie. So no one's ever done
a puppet movie where you see the hands actually moving
the dolls around, and you see it in this movie.
It's called playmotion animation. And I wanted to make something
that's an ip that we could possibly merchandise the living

(14:40):
f out of at hot topic.

Speaker 15 (14:42):
That's my goal in life.

Speaker 6 (14:43):
And it's a really funny little horror comedy sci fi school.

Speaker 15 (14:49):
Life.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
And I'm going to show that a clip with that
trailer in a minute. Someone wanted to know where can
you get your dolls? Because what do you do with
your dolls? VERA, you make them, don't you.

Speaker 17 (15:01):
Uh.

Speaker 6 (15:01):
These were made for me in Slovenia by an amazing.

Speaker 15 (15:06):
And this was also.

Speaker 6 (15:08):
Project, so I had to wait three months for each
individuals all to ship from Slovenia.

Speaker 18 (15:13):
It was wow, and we're gonna go after that.

Speaker 5 (15:19):
Oh sorry, Right, you were born in Russia, right, Barah, Yes.

Speaker 6 (15:23):
Yes, I was born in Russia, but I came here
when I was four years old, so I do not
look like.

Speaker 15 (15:29):
I speak of Russian like you wouldn't know that.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
I wasn't like, there was no inclination at all that
you know, Specia.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
Thank you for being nice to me.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
So everyone gonna come back to you in a minute,
can show a clip of that your movie that I
really like. Uh, Mary, talk about who you are, where
you come from, because you've got a fascinating background to you,
whether it's your stand up you that writer, that producer
and the shorts that you have done. And you know,
I was fascinated by that one woman stage stand up
that you did.

Speaker 3 (16:03):
I really like that.

Speaker 13 (16:05):
Oh thank you.

Speaker 7 (16:07):
Well.

Speaker 13 (16:07):
I grew up in England and then I moved to
New York to go to drama school.

Speaker 14 (16:13):
And then after drama school, I really wanted to find
out a bit more about things on the other side
of the camera, so I got involved in production for
a bit, and then I wanted to move.

Speaker 13 (16:24):
More into theater.

Speaker 14 (16:26):
So I wrote a show right before I left New
York and then moved to Atlanta teaching and then got
to LA So I've sort of done a lot of
different things, always stayed in the vein of I want
to do something that tells stories that otherwise wouldn't get told.
So the short I don't know if I sent you,

(16:49):
did I send you Spaghetti?

Speaker 3 (16:50):
The one that was, oh, yeah.

Speaker 13 (16:53):
That's something that I'm super proud of.

Speaker 14 (16:56):
I wanted to do something in response to the conversation
around consent and me too, and maybe come at it
from a slightly different angle and one that was really
educational for both sides. And I managed to make a
short film with twenty three are the women and the
majority of us on the project, it all experience some
form of sexual assault.

Speaker 13 (17:16):
It's at some point in our lives.

Speaker 14 (17:18):
So it was quite a caxatic thing to get to
work on on step with that many women all supporting
each other. Yeah, an incredible thing to get to do.

Speaker 2 (17:28):
And we can't leave out your friend because we met
Lions Skates screening room. It was nice to go there.
It's nice to meet new people because I'm you know,
I'm not I wasn't there to cover for the red carpet,
but they always want me to cover, but I don't
want to do that.

Speaker 3 (17:41):
I like the room around freely.

Speaker 2 (17:42):
I like to see who stands out, who I think
needs help. And when you walk into that room with
that blue dress, I saw you come in, I'm like,
who is this woman? I've never seen it before, but
you stood out. And anybody who stands out when you
walk in the room, you should go meet them because
you never know who we are fascinating when you get
talked to them, because they're out there to supporting. And

(18:04):
that was for the Oblo and it was a great
film with Scott Atkins, who I like martial artists who
have known for years. But you know, you met some
more of the Latino helping them because they were really
there to support Latino influences, which I thought was great.
So now we talk about why you were there because
your friend was there too.

Speaker 17 (18:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 14 (18:22):
So I haven't seen Blanca in quite a while, but
Blanca Blanco and I were in acting class together. So
when I very first got to LA I was taking
Gordon Hunt Hunt's acting Class Acting Workshop, which is now
taught by his daughter, Helen Hunt but we were part
of that for many years, and that class became like

(18:43):
a real family for a long time.

Speaker 13 (18:45):
So Blanco was in that. Blanco is amazing.

Speaker 14 (18:49):
I mean she she is such again, such a strong
voice for women, and she's written her book and has
done a book tour and it's been in a number
of different films.

Speaker 13 (19:00):
But we we just sort of kept missing each other over.

Speaker 14 (19:02):
The years, and so we got back in touch and
she said that she was going to so we should
go and get to finally catch up and see each other.

Speaker 13 (19:10):
So that was great.

Speaker 2 (19:11):
So these are a couple of photos of you that
you sent that I thought were great because you had
different looks and I just like your smile and it's
your eyes and I could see why if I'm casting,
I'm looking at these things like that because I keep
running into these evil I am not that actor, but
I'm always looking at those things for my friends, if
that makes sense of what stands out. And when you're
seeing a lot of these movies, they are fascinating with

(19:32):
all the stuff to do. They hold that photo right there.
So vera talk about these these because you get a
better look of what they are. And you were so
proud to have those that. I was happy for you
because everybody started taking pictures of you and your crew.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
I had the.

Speaker 6 (19:49):
Whole crew of voice actors with me that day. It
was amazing because these are all one of them.

Speaker 3 (19:55):
Yeah, them right there, Yeah.

Speaker 15 (19:58):
Those are around with the crowns.

Speaker 6 (20:01):
I had my other two puppeteers wore crowns because we
were a puppet queens, so I made.

Speaker 15 (20:07):
Sure we were all wearing crowns. And also, you know, queens.

Speaker 6 (20:11):
Adjust each other's crowns, and you know, we don't knock
them over.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
We're down in this photo right here. I love this
because I just found it fascinating. I thought it was
one of the best films that I saw at the festival.

Speaker 6 (20:24):
Oh thank you, thank you, thank you for anyone wondering.
It's an emo, gothic love story set in the zombie
alien apocalypse, all done with puppets.

Speaker 15 (20:34):
There's no people in it, just the hands. You see
the hands.

Speaker 2 (20:39):
And so when that's that photo was when she was competing.
I mean she could still compete as far as I'm concerned.

Speaker 15 (20:45):
No gorgeous, thank you, thank you, Hey.

Speaker 3 (20:48):
I want to show you a trailer of you too.

Speaker 2 (20:51):
And then we got Sapphire blue in an audio all
we'll get to you in a minute. I want to
show this trailer and we'll give her shout out of
what she's doing.

Speaker 3 (21:00):
She's at her job, so that's why.

Speaker 2 (21:03):
Uh Rebel's gonna show us this when she gets ready,
and then we'll go to Sapphire after that.

Speaker 19 (21:11):
Have you ever been sewing of? You would do the
unthinkable to be with the one you loved when you
take your dying brown.

Speaker 17 (21:28):
Here she is.

Speaker 12 (21:39):
You been here right round, right around like a record, baby,
right around, real.

Speaker 19 (21:48):
Because you can't push yourself beyond any limit.

Speaker 17 (21:51):
Please, you took everything from us.

Speaker 7 (21:54):
I have nothing left.

Speaker 17 (21:56):
At least let you die without holding her in my arms.
Someone has to stop this thing right now. That's someone.

Speaker 4 (22:12):
They're here, They're real there, you're dead, Grammys your brains.

Speaker 6 (22:23):
They be ready about now?

Speaker 17 (22:25):
Is this is gonna be the worst place speak right now?

Speaker 15 (22:37):
It really is.

Speaker 17 (22:40):
Now take my hand. I am y. Yeah.

Speaker 13 (23:06):
Well we pretty much hte ourselves too.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
So when I saw this movie, I didn't know what
I was seeing because I don't watch the trailers or anything.
I walked right into it and movie, so I want
to be pleasantly surprised, and I was pleasantly surprised by this.
I was like wow, and then I'm like, this is
this is fascinating because I loved don Be you know,
you know, prepper movies and things like that. But when
I saw this, I'm like, first of all, it's the voiceovers,

(23:45):
the talent of the puppeteeria, it's how they were made,
and the story was fantastic, and I just thought it
was great. You know, not to give away anything, but
when you see a puppet get in and drive a
car stick shift, you had me right there.

Speaker 3 (23:59):
That was it.

Speaker 15 (24:00):
And it's a mini.

Speaker 3 (24:02):
Yeah, it was a mini coop. I was like, this
is great. Yeah, talk about that real quickly.

Speaker 6 (24:09):
And when ahead, oh yeah, the dolls actually live in
our world.

Speaker 15 (24:16):
They don't live in a miniature world.

Speaker 6 (24:17):
So everything was life size except the things that went
into their little pause.

Speaker 15 (24:21):
So it was like like, like.

Speaker 6 (24:24):
This was our Harvard educated street thug simply because he
that's the only way for him to like pay for
his bills. He has to, like he takes the life
of the street. It's to pay for his college tuition.
But he uses like really big words anyway.

Speaker 18 (24:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (24:39):
Here, it's like the only things.

Speaker 6 (24:41):
That are like life are smaller has in his hand
and he uses this funny and he's so funny. Oh,
Danny ar Roya did a great job with this poicing spencer.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
You know, Hey, we're gonna come back to you, Sapphire.

Speaker 3 (24:58):
Do we have you an audio?

Speaker 16 (25:00):
Yes? Hi? How are you guys good?

Speaker 2 (25:03):
I know you were busy with stuff, so I just
want to have you introduce yourself. And I know you
were You've been playing around clubs. I know you were
running around doing stuff. So talk about who you are,
where you're coming from, for the audience and for our hosts.

Speaker 16 (25:14):
Yes, hi everyone, I'm sat Pire Blue. I'm a country
soul singer songwriter. I'm based here in Los Angeles, California.
I'm traveling all around the states nationwide, just you know,
spreading the joy of my sound country soul. It's a
fusion of traditional country rock, southern gospel, and soul music.

Speaker 5 (25:39):
So yeah, that's basically.

Speaker 16 (25:44):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (25:45):
I'd love this look that you have.

Speaker 2 (25:46):
Talk about burn Me and you have a you have
a couple of singles too, right, Yeah.

Speaker 16 (25:50):
Burn Me is my latest single. What that's about is
just being in the situationship and.

Speaker 15 (25:57):
Really wanting more and just not being afraid.

Speaker 16 (26:00):
Express that because I feel like today society is just
really about nonchalantness, right. You don't want to let no
one know how you really and truly feel unless it's
in a negative type of way. And I just really
like the focus my music talking about, you know, life
and love and you know how that feels to be

(26:21):
vulnerable and powerful in the same time.

Speaker 3 (26:25):
That's important.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
Mary, you talk about, you know, using your voice for
a female empowerment in the industry, isn't that's very important
especially now, always has been, oh very much.

Speaker 14 (26:36):
And I think also the idea of think there's a
lot of thought that as women we pitch against each other,
but actually I think it's really important to highlight the
ways that we can lift each other up and work together.

Speaker 13 (26:49):
I think now more than ever, we need to hear
our voices and really speak up for the stories that
we want to tell. And it's interesting too thinking about that.

Speaker 14 (26:58):
You know, a lot of times it's easier to talk
about the negative side of things positive, I think, and
in dating well too, you.

Speaker 13 (27:05):
Often exactly yeah, and I'm with you.

Speaker 16 (27:08):
It's all about I'm all about empowerment, female empowerment as
well as just empowerment all together.

Speaker 3 (27:15):
As people.

Speaker 16 (27:16):
You know, I'm all for just going for what you
really love to do, and a lot of my music
is also encouraging people to just really step into their power,
as you know, their true authentic selves.

Speaker 3 (27:29):
Where are you performing next? Coming up?

Speaker 2 (27:32):
Yeah, I'm going to.

Speaker 16 (27:32):
Be playing at Black on the Block. It's a huge
platform out here in LA and a few other cities.
They travel around states and it's just highlighting you know,
a lot of black vendors, artists, and just the culture altogether.
I'm really excited about that. It's going to be August seventeenth.

Speaker 3 (27:53):
That'll be good.

Speaker 2 (27:53):
I gotta thank Donna Caldwell from Tennessee Women in Film
and Television there for having you on because that's important,
and she goes line, you need to know her, you
need to deal with them. I said, I will. That's
why I followed you today. And I don't just follow anybody.
And the ladies here movie reviews and more will tell
you that I just don't. You have to have something
going on for me to do it, because or else
we be following everybody, right, And no, I'm not like that. No,

(28:17):
there's got to be something just like what Mary has
and what Vera has you got to you gotta have
something else because we we all have so many people
reaching out to us, not Rachel uh that you know,
these strange people and mental health is real out there
on things, so I'm always very cautious of making sure
that we don't have future stalkers or anything like that.

Speaker 16 (28:39):
If that, Yeah, well, I really appreciate you guys for
having me, and yeah, it's great. She's definitely always a
big supporter. So shout out to Donna and yeah, thank
you guys so much. I really love what I'm hearing today.
And Vera, I also really love what you're doing as well.

Speaker 7 (29:00):
I have to check that out.

Speaker 6 (29:02):
I'm definitely checking me out as soon as this is done.

Speaker 9 (29:06):
Nice to meet you, Sapphire, and it's super nice to
meet you.

Speaker 2 (29:10):
Absolutely again, the women's voices are very very important. I
always say that me and Howard were just like kind
of eavesdropping. It's it's your shows, really, you know about
empowering you guys. Hey, Rachael, talk about what you've been
working on, because you were away for a little bit
having some fun, okay, and you look like you look
like you're de aging, not aging, like, yeah.

Speaker 8 (29:33):
I've been fifty two in a week.

Speaker 5 (29:40):
Thank you, thank you.

Speaker 4 (29:41):
So what have I been doing? I you know, I
had a movie not too long ago that I was
part of which was exciting, and I was on another
one and then the director died, so that was I know,
it was like it was a horror film and then
it turned into like a he got hurt on set

(30:02):
making them movie and he died.

Speaker 16 (30:06):
Yeah, that was the.

Speaker 4 (30:07):
Wildest thing anyway. So looking forward to you know, more
films coming up. You know that I really can't even
talk about because you know, you're not supposed to do that,
but yeah, hoping that that comes to play. Some Westerns
and you know some I think when you get into
like a certain you know, genre of films, you know,

(30:27):
they come at you.

Speaker 13 (30:29):
Like, oh I saw you were into the horror thing.

Speaker 4 (30:31):
So we know, no, no, no, But yeah, some exciting stuff happening.
And you know there's always when when it gets dull,
there's always the TikTok.

Speaker 2 (30:44):
And Carol, you've been doing stuff on your Friday book club,
even whether you're there or not, Hey, Howard, and come.

Speaker 3 (30:49):
To you next be ready? Uh talk about that? That's important.

Speaker 5 (30:53):
The Yeah, the book club.

Speaker 15 (30:54):
I love it.

Speaker 9 (30:54):
It's amazing it's just a book where I mean, it's
completely free. We come together, there's no promotion, and we
literally just support each other as female leaders, filling each
other's cups and you know, just leaning into our worthiness
and Brian, I also want to mention the retreats that
I do at my bout Hotel in southern Chile, if

(31:18):
you're interested in a retreat, if you're interested in film
location down there in the in these mountains, it's spectacular,
just DM me.

Speaker 5 (31:28):
I'd love to share.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
Yeah, since Mary likes to travel very you never now
your puppets could make a road country trip. Who knows. Yeah, Howard,
let's take you off mute. Let's see if Howard has sound.
We just never know how to talk about your room
where you are, because that one looks beautiful.

Speaker 10 (31:46):
I'm in the the Oriental bathroom, which the oriental master bedroom.

Speaker 20 (31:52):
But I have a look called stacked and layered. So
I have no black walls anywhere. I don't want them,
you know. But h And that's part of what's coming around.

Speaker 10 (32:02):
I'm gonna kind of merge my dancing, my collecting of antiques,
my collecting of art, my love of music. Uh, and
I'm gonna pull it all together in kind of one venue.
When I moved to Chattanooga. That's been the people that
are helping me or breaking. They really come on to

(32:23):
their help and I.

Speaker 11 (32:25):
Just want to go. I want to get going.

Speaker 10 (32:26):
I want to go to my next phase in life
and just see what it takes me.

Speaker 5 (32:32):
Are you still selling art, Howard?

Speaker 11 (32:34):
That's it.

Speaker 10 (32:36):
I've just got two pieces I'm giving up, that's all.
And they'll bring hopefully a lot and then and then
I might let my black and Moores go, which are
the rock crystal pieces that you see in the living
room down there.

Speaker 11 (32:50):
But nobody knows what they're going to go for.

Speaker 10 (32:52):
And it's like they better go for a certain amount
or I'm not letting them go.

Speaker 11 (32:56):
I'll be so heartbroken if it didn't bring a certain amount.

Speaker 10 (33:00):
So because they've been a part of my life for
a long time, so I can't help it.

Speaker 11 (33:05):
I'm materialistic and I always have been. But I do
it because I love it. I love it for myself.
I love beautiful things.

Speaker 10 (33:12):
I'm not doing it to show all for I hardly
have anybody over.

Speaker 11 (33:16):
It's just like it's for me and that's my job.

Speaker 10 (33:21):
So I love great beauty and you don't create it,
you don't use it, you lose it.

Speaker 11 (33:26):
I'm using it.

Speaker 2 (33:27):
And just some of the audience notes because people forget
that we have the audio version, and you know K
four HD radio is that he's been collecting arts since
age sixteen and he has some very let's say expensive
pieces there, and you know he's wanting to let certain
things go. He's got some great things going on with that.
So I couldn't be happy for him, you know, And

(33:50):
that's a good thing. And Mary talk about this. Oh,
go ahead, dorek ahead.

Speaker 10 (33:54):
I was going to say, I've always lived in my
small house and my wife's always a bigger house, and
so at this age.

Speaker 11 (34:03):
I want to give her what she wants. So that's it.
I'm doing it a little bit for her too, because
that's her dream.

Speaker 2 (34:10):
And women in power grin right, I'm there to talk
about this. What was it like for you to go
to Tennessee, that's where Howard is? What was it like
when you went to Florida and in Texas? Since she
had off fifty states.

Speaker 14 (34:23):
I loved Chattanooga. I liked going on the Chattanooga Chichi.

Speaker 3 (34:27):
He's going to move.

Speaker 14 (34:28):
It's beautiful, it's so lovely. And then Florida I've been
to a few times as well.

Speaker 13 (34:34):
Loved it. Again.

Speaker 14 (34:36):
It seemed to rain a couple of times and I
was there pretty heavily, which, yeah, was beautiful and great
people that I got.

Speaker 13 (34:43):
I mean there was great people in every state that
I've been to.

Speaker 14 (34:46):
In Texas, I spent a lot of time just outside
of Houston, and then San Antonio and Austin.

Speaker 13 (34:52):
I still haven't made it to Dallas, hopefully soon. Yeah,
what have.

Speaker 2 (34:57):
You noticed about people when you're traveling to the states, Well,
I mean what stands up for me because it was
your experience was interesting to me.

Speaker 13 (35:05):
Well, I think the big it's re going. Okay, they go,
I think a lot of them.

Speaker 14 (35:11):
I traveled to solo, so I really liked traveling on
my own. I love doing long road trips by myself,
and you know, I just think that's there's so many
good people in every single state, every state, so welcoming,
so kind. You know, it's just it's a different experience,
especially you know, traveling as a woman alone sometimes is

(35:33):
a bit strange. I love the daytimes, but then the
evenings can always be a bit a bit weird. But yeah,
I've just always met people who are really encouraging. And
I think people were quite interested in why is this
random British girl trying to get to every state in America?

Speaker 13 (35:48):
But I just really like Americas.

Speaker 2 (35:51):
We'll tell the audience what the reason was, why you
chose to do that, and software's got a question too.

Speaker 14 (35:56):
Well, I I guess at the beginning, it was just
sort of a curiosity. And I had been living in Atlanta,
and then I worked in La a couple of times,
so I drove from Atlanta and back, and then I
also drove up and down the East Coast when I
moved from New York to Atlanta. And then I realized,
oh my, I'm these numbers of the states are going up.

Speaker 13 (36:16):
I'll just keep going.

Speaker 14 (36:17):
And then I had been working on a script and
the script was taking place as a road trip. It's
like a coming of age story where three young people
drive from New York to Seattle. I figured I should
do that route, and so randomly ended up manifesting a
car that needed to be delivered from New York to

(36:39):
Seattle right when I wanted to do the road trip.
So I delivered the car, and then after that I
only had eleven states to go.

Speaker 13 (36:46):
So I finished it last.

Speaker 2 (36:48):
Year, so I got a challenge with it. So next
time you go to Texas, you're going to go see
you know, you're gonna go do coffee talk in person
at Rachel South And yes, a great cook, great cook.
She will make you fabulous stuff out.

Speaker 3 (37:02):
Of her garden.

Speaker 13 (37:03):
Oh I love that.

Speaker 3 (37:05):
Yes, yes, yes.

Speaker 2 (37:07):
And then not only will you go to Florida, but
you can you know, if Carol likes you, she'll invite
you chilling to what she has over there, so you
can start going to work in near other countries. And
then you definitely have to go back to the Nashville, Tennessee.
And you know, see the house that dad, you know,
Howard's dad built, the grand Ole Operate. Have Howard give

(37:28):
you a tour of what's going on there since he's
country royalty and there you.

Speaker 3 (37:34):
Go at that point, right, that's just three things.

Speaker 13 (37:37):
There you go, that's it.

Speaker 5 (37:39):
You go catch Howard's viral dance videos. They are absolutely I.

Speaker 2 (37:43):
Would would love to dance with you too. You better
be prepared. He could a long time.

Speaker 3 (37:49):
We're talking hours so far. Are you still there?

Speaker 9 (37:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 16 (37:52):
I'm still here, guys.

Speaker 2 (37:53):
Oh, let's talk about some h what do you What
were your influences on singing?

Speaker 3 (37:58):
Because I haven't heard your stuff yet. I fascinated by
that doll.

Speaker 16 (38:01):
Yeah, my influences were Garthbrooks, Dolly Parton, reading a mcantyre
in Turner, and also I Christapleton as well. So it's
just an influence of all those songs kind of blended
and my nique.

Speaker 15 (38:22):
I just brought there.

Speaker 2 (38:23):
All right, So we have to have Howard tell a story?
All right, Howard, what's the story you would like to
tell today? You haven't told one in a long time.
Is it a Dolly story or is it Brenda Lee
story or whoever?

Speaker 10 (38:35):
Oh, you got me off guard. Let me think about it. Oh,
I know the reason I'm an interior designer. That's one
of my favorites.

Speaker 9 (38:41):
Uh.

Speaker 11 (38:41):
Of course.

Speaker 10 (38:42):
My dad was on the Offrey and traveled the road,
and when he was gone, my mother went and redid
the whole house completely new art, new furniture, new TV,
knew everything. He comes in off the road, he sits
in a recliner, he goes turns on a brand new TV.
Said and didn't say one thing, And she said, don't
you notice anything?

Speaker 11 (39:02):
He said, did you get your hair? Done today.

Speaker 10 (39:06):
I mean, I think it's funny because I mean we're
always no telling how much she spent. I mean, I'm
sure it was a lot for that time, wouldn't be
a lot for this time.

Speaker 11 (39:15):
But uh uh. And he just didn't notice.

Speaker 2 (39:19):
You know, that's not that's not good for a guy.
That definitely not Women don't like that. You better say
something nice, you know, speaking of that day. Oh thank you,
I'm saying something nice, right, But I mean it, you
do look nice, all right, Terry?

Speaker 3 (39:34):
Talk about your birthday?

Speaker 11 (39:34):
He had it.

Speaker 3 (39:35):
You had fun just going out and with your friends.

Speaker 12 (39:37):
Right, well, no, I told I talked about that when
we first started that. I went to the We went
to Standleis Bisball and went horseback riding, and I went
with Raquel, who was our friend who's a publicist.

Speaker 7 (39:47):
She does, you know, does publicity for rock band. We
just had a blast. We went we went to lunch
tis Will Beach on the water.

Speaker 12 (39:56):
Then that night we went to dinner at the Madonna
and has a fabulous steakhouse. Then we got up, we
went horseback riding, then we went and got with the
spa laid out by the pool. We met some really
interesting people, but The thing about the Madonna Inn is
that they have one hundred and ten rooms in each
one of the rooms is individually.

Speaker 7 (40:15):
Decorated as a different theme.

Speaker 12 (40:17):
And I have to send Brian some of the pictures
because I'm going back. We stay in the tack room,
which was an equestrian based room, but they have kave room,
and I guess like everybody talks about the men's bathroom there.
It's famous because you go in there and it's like
a rock. The urinal is a rock waterfall. It's crazy.
But what's so neat about the Madonna In though, is

(40:38):
that everything is pink. It's really it's pretty gaudy, but
it's really neat architecture. Mentioned before that the staircase in
the restaurant from Hertz Castle. They had this huge tree there.
They has all these angels coming down. It's just it's
a fabulous place. It's just somewhere that you want to
go for, you know, a retreat. It's a great place
to have a birthday. And I think, yeah, I came

(41:01):
back like refreshed, and then I came back into my
friends with me to another dinner.

Speaker 7 (41:04):
Like last alurday, we went to Specie here too, but
I just I.

Speaker 12 (41:08):
Can't talk enough about that place. And I will be
uploading a TikTok video in the.

Speaker 15 (41:13):
Next two days.

Speaker 7 (41:14):
I just have to edit it. I haven't had time
to do it.

Speaker 12 (41:16):
Which is the room, the horseback riding and kind of
gives you kind of an overview of the property.

Speaker 3 (41:21):
How are you going to say something?

Speaker 6 (41:23):
Yeah?

Speaker 11 (41:23):
Yeah. Speaking of hotels, Dolly Pardon is building a new
hotel in Nashville.

Speaker 10 (41:27):
It's towards so she's gonna have like bridemaid's rooms where
it's like six women all together in the same room.

Speaker 11 (41:35):
So when you had the broader.

Speaker 10 (41:37):
Party, because Nashville has become the place to get married,
I mean you go downtown, you have all these ladies
dancing around in the thing and yelling and screaming and
wearing the cowboy hut, had some.

Speaker 11 (41:48):
Of the Daisy dukes. You can hardly go anywhere.

Speaker 10 (41:51):
It's just a bunch of girls everywhere.

Speaker 7 (41:54):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (41:55):
So as Terry was talking, I could see Mary's eyes
lighting up. Maybe I'll go to that place. Look at
the men's journals, I saw your face. You can't hide that.

Speaker 17 (42:05):
I know.

Speaker 13 (42:06):
Well, I was just looking at the pictures as well.

Speaker 17 (42:08):
It was fun. I told you.

Speaker 7 (42:10):
Yeah, if you google, like you can see some of
the rooms. I want to go back and I want
to stay in one of the cave rooms. But my
girlfriends stayed one of the cave rooms. He said, there's
kind of a weird smell, like we didn't get into it.

Speaker 12 (42:22):
But what's interesting about what's interesting about the cave rooms though,
because when we have first back riding, they actually took
rocks from the property to build those caves.

Speaker 7 (42:32):
I mean there's a lot of history.

Speaker 12 (42:33):
It was built in the fifties, like John Wayne stayed there,
and then also the Madonna family because that's their real
last fame, they breed horses there, so there was about
thirty horses on the property than when we were there.
I mean, like if you go just to google Madonna
and scandals Obispo and you can get an idea of
how gorgeous it is. But I am going to be

(42:54):
hosting that video either tomorrow the next day, so if
you have to look out for Terry Marie NonStop on
take that.

Speaker 2 (43:01):
We had a couple of minutes. But hey, vera talk
about this. You've done probably over five hundred commercials you've
worked with Mattel Hasboll Apple, you name it. Is there
a couple of commercials that stand out for you with
your hands that you really like? And the reason I
say that because we're going to show something ahead.

Speaker 6 (43:20):
Oh no, I've probably done thousands of commercials. I've been
doing child size hand modeling for about fifteen years.

Speaker 15 (43:28):
And I've done it all.

Speaker 6 (43:32):
But the one that stands out is actually.

Speaker 15 (43:35):
Job my Life.

Speaker 18 (43:37):
Eric, hold on all, that's there. Okay, Reber, that's good.

Speaker 4 (44:56):
That was so cool, Brian, thank you for like showing that.

Speaker 7 (45:02):
Oh my god, I was hoping we could see that.

Speaker 3 (45:05):
Well, you know, I want to tell you I was.

Speaker 5 (45:09):
Hearing us about that.

Speaker 2 (45:11):
That's you got to pay homage to that, because again,
it's like voiceovers.

Speaker 3 (45:14):
You have hand models, you have foot models.

Speaker 17 (45:17):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (45:17):
Anne McDaniel's Terry was a foot model. She did things
like that too. So I find things like that fascinating
because it's you know, we've got.

Speaker 3 (45:26):
A couple of minutes left. Rachel give you social media
links for everybody.

Speaker 4 (45:29):
So Rachel Roberts Recipes or Rachel an Roberts on Facebook,
but most places Rachel Roberts Recipes.

Speaker 5 (45:35):
Carol reached me on I d at Neurow Coach.

Speaker 9 (45:40):
Carol or Carol register also on Facebook and in LinkedIn,
So Terry.

Speaker 7 (45:46):
Terry Marine stop on all platforms.

Speaker 3 (45:49):
Howard, Oh he's from.

Speaker 11 (45:52):
I'm also going to open up another Facebook page.

Speaker 3 (45:55):
Coming and Sapphire. Do we still have you?

Speaker 11 (45:59):
That's it?

Speaker 9 (45:59):
Yes?

Speaker 16 (46:00):
Yeah, that power Blue music.

Speaker 3 (46:04):
And where are you performing next?

Speaker 16 (46:06):
