President Biden signed an executive order on Tuesday that aims to limit the number of illegal migrants crossing the border. The executive action would restrict migrants from seeking asylum when the average number of encounters exceeds 2,500, which is a number that has been regularly exceeded at the border in recent months. Republican lawmakers criticized the President, saying that he had the power to do this throughout his entire presidency but only chose to do so near the end of his term, coinciding with a sharp drop in the polls. Congressman Jodey Arrington (R-TX-19) joins the Rundown to share his reaction to the executive order, how it could impact his district in Texas, and what needs to change to truly secure the border. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill banning social media for kids under fourteen in March, and now New York State is looking to enact similar legislation. Governor Kathy Hochul announced this week that New York will be the first state to specifically target social media algorithms, restricting how users under 18 will see posts in their social media feeds. FOX Business correspondent Lydia Hu explains how the bill will target children's feeds, why they are choosing not to ban the apps directly, and the precedent this sets for other states to address the issue. Plus, commentary by co-host of FOX and Friends Weekend and author of “The War on Warriors,” Pete Hegseth. Photo Credit: AP Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
