Over the years that I've been doing Revisionist History, I've
done a number of episodes about music, and there's some
of my favorites, And in going back and listening to
those episodes, I realize they're all about versions of the
same thing. Well, actually, that's way too vague about the
way that specific songs burrowed into my consciousness ten, twenty thirty,

even forty years ago and have stayed there ever since,
which is odd because I'm not musical. I don't play
