כבר שנים נחשבת שכונת נווה שאנן למקום הכי נמוך בתל אביב. רחובות בודדים שבהם, לטענת התושבים, העירייה והמשטרה בוחרות לשמור בתור "החצר האחורית", כשהן מתעלמות מסמים, זנות, הימורים. כעת אנחנו חושפים הקלטות בלעדיות מהשיחה המתוחה והקולנית של תושבי השכונה עם משה אביטל, מפקד התחנה החדש: "אתם חייבים להבין, אנחנו אמורים להיות 150 שוטרים אבל בפועל אנחנו רק 90", הוא סיפר לתושבים.
