סמ"ר הלל שמואל סעדון ז"ל, בן 21 ממעלה מכמש, היה לוחם סיירת נח"ל ונפל בשבת השחורה במוצב סופה. אימו דבורה משתפת: "הלל היה האח הבכור בבית מלא אנרגיות והיה הילד המוביל. הוא היה תמיד אנרגטי, משתולל ושמח. הלל הגיע לתיכון 'נווה שריה' בבקעה, שהקימו בו חוות סוסים. הוא נכנס לזה בכל הכוח והיה מעורב בבנייה שלה. הוא הגיע לרמות מאוד גבוהות והיה רוכב מקצועי בתחרויות. התהליך שהוא עבר עם זה העצים אותו מאוד. החלום שלו היה ללכת אחרי הצבא לחווה בטקסס ולהתמקצע בלהיות בוקר. הוא היה קאובוי בנשמה". היא מספרת על נפילת בנה: "היה קרב מאוד מאסיבי. באיזשהו שלב כולם התכנסו לחדר האוכל כי הבינו שהם לא יכולים להיות בחוץ, אבל הלל ועוד שני חברים החליטו שהם לא נכנסים. הם נשארו ונלחמו בחוץ להגן על פתח חדר האוכל, כשהלל היה הכי קדמי, עד שהוא נהרג".
