ביולי 2024 הוגשה תביעת סיעוד לחברת הראל. התביעה התקבלה והחלו לשלם לה קצבת סיעוד. באוקטובר 2024 התקבל מכתב מהחברה שתביעתה נדחית בגלל שלטענתם היא צולמה הולכת עם הליכון.
למרות הניסיון לערער על הדחייה, חברת הראל לא קיבלה את הערעורים.
