הסופר דודו בוסי נולד בשכונת התקווה שבתל אביב בשנת 1963. ספרו הראשון ״הירח ירוק בוואדי״ יצא לאור בהוצאת עם עובד בשנת 2000 כשבוסי בן 37. הספר הפך לרב-מכר וזיכה את בוסי בתואר ״חתן פרס לסיפורת חדשה של ״עם עובד״ לשנת 2000״.
העלילה והדמויות אמנם הגיעו מתוך סיפור חייו האישי, אך את הרעיון לכתוב עליהם קיבל בוסי דווקא מתרגיל שהוא ביצע באחד השיעורים בבית הספר למשחק של יורם לוינשטיין. את הדחיפה לכתוב ספר - הוא קיבל מלוינשטיין עצמו.
בפרק זה, יספר לנו בוסי איך הגיבו האנשים הקרובים ביותר אליו לסיפורים האישיים שהוא בחר לחשוף ולכתיבתו הבועטת.. איך הוא התמודד עם הביקורת הקשה על השפה הבוטה בה הוא השתמש בספר וגם על הביקורות המחבקות והמרגשות. הוא יגלה לנו באילו תנאים הוא כותב את ספריו, מה נותן לו השראה והוא גם יתן קצת טיפים לסופרים מתחילים...
