"
ואם סוגיית הזהות היהודית עולה אי אפשר שלא לדבר על סעיף הנכד השנוי במחלוקת: "אנחנו צריכים לשמור על האיזון שבין שמירת הקשר עם האחים והאחיות שלנו בתפוצות, ובין הצורך הקיומי שלנו להגן על כך שאנחנו לא מייבאים בעיה של התבוללות לתוך מדינת ישראל".
