Duarte Costa é geógrafo e mestre em Alterações Climáticas e Políticas pela Universidade de Sussex, com carreira internacional desde 2011 na ligação entre ciência climática e políticas públicas. É comentador na SIC Notícias, embaixador do Pacto Europeu pelo Clima e comunicador em sustentabilidade. Co-presidente do Volt Portugal, foi cabeça-de-lista às eleições europeias e é candidato por Lisboa às Legislativas de 2025.
