Speaker 1 (00:00):
AFL Today's Around fourteen rap is here, Lats, what do
we talk about?
Speaker 2 (00:03):
I think the dogs are a serious chance to make.
Speaker 1 (00:06):
Top four and all I'm loving the tul forward was
kicking the loads back.
Speaker 3 (00:09):
I absolutely love that.
Speaker 1 (00:10):
Check out AFL Today right now. Round fourteen is done
and dusted and welcome back to the AFL Today Show,
brought to you by Stocket. I'm your host, Lea McKellen,
also know as the stats Guy. He's got a fresh hootie,
a fresh hat, Leo in the corner.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
A going, mate, I'm going great. My team won and
we all won this weekend, right guys.
Speaker 3 (00:30):
Yeah, well we have the buyer, so yeah, that's right.
Speaker 1 (00:34):
Zonon definitely didn't have the buyer in North didn' win.
Got Marcus Barzano. Yeah, he doesn't want to talk about Essendon,
but we will have to cover that game here you
gon markets looked it out my memory, but I don't
have to talk about it.
Speaker 3 (00:43):
That's fine.
Speaker 4 (00:44):
I'm just going to sit here and listen to you
guys say how good the green shoots are.
Speaker 3 (00:48):
Maybe it's not in my run, so.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
Yeah, I don't know about that one. I wish we could,
but maybe that's next week. Make sure you subscribe to
AFL today as well. On YouTube, seventy two percent across
the last twenty eight days. I still not subscribe, so
stas guy with the staff, But do we need people
to subscribe? It goes a long way up to seven
point two two case subscribers, so we need to get
it up. Follow us on x, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
for more footy content all season long league some comments.
Speaker 3 (01:12):
We actually read out some comments during the weekloter, Yes
we did.
Speaker 2 (01:14):
It's on the socials right now, so if you want
to leave a comment, you might find yourself on our
social Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:18):
My favorite comment was stat's go look short, which is no,
but there's no fact there at all.
Speaker 3 (01:25):
Look out tollway on it. It's just great.
Speaker 1 (01:26):
Anyway, Let's get into the Round fourteen results. Round fourteen
rap Lads Thursday Night footy at Marvel Stadium were starting
with Saint Kilda Western Bulldogs. Well St kildup eight goals
twelve sixty Western Bulldogs twenty goals twelve, one hundred and
thirty two. Liar, you one of your second favorite teams?
Speaker 3 (01:43):
What happened?
Speaker 2 (01:43):
Yes, my second favorite team the Western Bulldogs as well.
Look last time these two sides played, it was what
two months ago, and it was seventy one point win
to the dogs. So the dog said, we'll do one better,
literally seventy two point wins this time.
Speaker 3 (01:56):
So that just came out. Honestly, if you just show.
Speaker 2 (01:59):
Me the game from two months ago and put that
on Thursday night, I would have thought it was exact
the same game.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
It was. It was just the same game. We should
take our wrap from that and put it in miss
because it was the exact same game. But Saan Darcy
didn't get injured the least this time.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
He didn't get injured, but he just reminded everyone how
scary he was.
Speaker 3 (02:18):
He wrot nineteen disposals, three goals too. He's kicking, you know,
like he probably needs a little bit of improvement for
a goal.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
He used to get a lot of brain power from
all the way out there in the clouds to his
high altitudes altitudes.
Speaker 3 (02:29):
Can that's a long bull drop as well, it.
Speaker 2 (02:32):
Is speaking of our tall players and high altitude Rory Long.
Speaker 3 (02:36):
He was really good.
Speaker 2 (02:37):
Seventeen disposals, six intercept possessions, nine marks, and I reckon
he's been quite underrated for them, you know, Jones has
gone out and going into the season, everyone think Jones
is like the big number one guy, which he was,
but Bob has definitely taken over that mantle, so he
was really good. And just in general, the Dogs were
just a well oiled machine. Everyone was playing their role.
They had thirteen different.
Speaker 3 (02:59):
Thirteen goals, thirty goal scorers. Yeah, there we go. Score involvements,
goalscore involvements.
Speaker 2 (03:05):
I actually want to chat though, and I'll throw a
question out here, but about their run home. So it
includes six bottom half teams, three of them are in
the bottom four and they play Adelaide, Frio and GWS
all at Marvel.
Speaker 3 (03:18):
The hardest game is probably Brisbane at the Gabba.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
But as we can see, that's winnable Giants and they're
currently seven and six.
Speaker 3 (03:25):
Lads, can they make the top four? They're out of
the eight by the way. Can they make the top four?
They don't think they can? Yes, absolutely all the doggie
train is that's guy's not looking convinced. He's thinking.
Speaker 1 (03:35):
He's mulling over the likes of Adelaide Free j WS
winning the most random games.
Speaker 3 (03:40):
They could lose two or three of them like Marvel.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
I know, but they think GWS and Freo could beat
the Dogs.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
At Marvel this season. I got I've got absolutely no clue.
We can talk about some of the tips later. They could,
but I agree with you they probably should push for
at least the top six, but top four might be
pushing it.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
There's seven and six, and like those games.
Speaker 1 (03:59):
Are even even with Darcy back, that just helps their
team the cog, their shape.
Speaker 3 (04:04):
It works even Oh I'm glad to see.
Speaker 4 (04:08):
Yeah, in case you didn't hear anything else, No what
you want to hear, It just works differently. And then
that midfield is so talented, and they've just got so
many not great players, but top level b great players.
Are a lot of big great players as well, likes
of Ed Richards Liver Bonn. Yeah, Kennedy has been unreal.
Speaker 1 (04:28):
He was great on the week on the weekend last
Thursday night.
Speaker 2 (04:31):
Yeah, you're not wrong on the Saints. So we've got
to touch on the Saints. Unfortunately, terrible performance. But I
really really loved Marcus win Hager's game tagged the Bond
kept into fourteen disposals, but I really really enjoyed the
play where he did the chase down tackle in the
second quarter that he stayed involved, he won the free
state involved with the play because it was advantage and
(04:53):
then he got on the end of a lovely running goal.
So you know wind Hager has won that. As a
Saints fan, you can go, yes, we've got one here.
Speaker 3 (04:59):
Should he be tagging every single week? What do you reckon? Well,
he is, he's been doing it, yeah, but.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
Like I don't know if he's been doing the full
on tag that he did against Bond.
Speaker 3 (05:07):
I feel like that was a bit more intense. Done
it on a case and he jumps in and out.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
I think he should be doing that every week because
I know it's They still got smashed, but again some
of the other teams, they could have got a few
more wins.
Speaker 4 (05:16):
I reckon he finished with early double digits in me
and a lot of those were one two players, more receivers,
was a free kick in the ruckman and just bringing
it a long a lot of the time didn't play off.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
It's interesting you bring that up about wind Hag. I
think they do need to do that more. But he's
got like a great bill.
Speaker 3 (05:32):
I think he'll turn into an A grade midfielder.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
I definitely think so. Like he's just he's strong and
is powerful, probably just needs to work when he's I
guess his polish as Clark, I would say he's Polish polish.
But overall I think that was a good sign for
the Saints. But the young players are all right. I
don't mind them. I think they're.
Speaker 3 (05:51):
Coming through all right. But at the end of the day,
there just isn't enough elite talent for the Saint Yeah.
Speaker 1 (05:55):
Not enough goalkickers as well. I think that's the big
mo because Higgins is going to keep a couple of
goals every week and you're.
Speaker 3 (06:00):
Like, yeah, you can't if you have a down defender. No,
so yeah, fair cool. They were playing in the final
series three.
Speaker 4 (06:05):
Years ago, two, three years twenty three three, and you
just have a look. Those players are getting they were
getting more experienced, but they're also declining in a sense
where like sant Kilda have gone downhill from two three
years ago auly and you sort of have to question why. Yeah, no,
not wrong, absolutely all right.
Speaker 1 (06:24):
The dog's huge when on Thursday night, let's get into
a Friday night footy at UTAZ Stadium, Hawthorne at Versus
Adelaide the Bird Bowl, Hawthorne at six goals eleven forty
seven one against Adelaide five goals fourteen forty four. Marcus,
what another crazy result, Leo. I was crapping his pants
on Friday night.
Speaker 3 (06:40):
Yeah, how do you know? And then he was the
footy too easy.
Speaker 4 (06:46):
It was just a low scoring Tasmanian scrappy, Yeah, wasn't it.
Speaker 3 (06:49):
I think it's just that night footy in Tazi in June. Yeah,
when it was like minus two or something at one point.
Speaker 4 (06:55):
It just shows that you have to have the roof
in Tasmania if they want to build that new stadium,
because that's the difference between what a game with a
roof like on Thursday night and one without on Friday.
But it's supposed to be in the winter, it's supposed
to be cold.
Speaker 3 (07:10):
You don't need a roof. They did. They play a
full AFLD game and they everyone was fine.
Speaker 1 (07:13):
I guess the viewership viewership people don't want to watch
forty to forty, especially these two teams.
Speaker 4 (07:19):
So were the troubably the teams with the most flair
in the competition. You'd say, like inside forward fifty, but
it wasn't like that because they only kicked eleven goals
combined from one hundred and eleven inside fifty.
Speaker 3 (07:32):
It is wild.
Speaker 1 (07:33):
So both teams Adelie were going about eight percent and
Hawthorne about eleven, so.
Speaker 3 (07:38):
You never see those numbers.
Speaker 4 (07:40):
There was a stage during the second and the third
quarter where there were thirteen consecutive behind kicking sides.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
Yeah that's not good. That is just that's a bit
sad it.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
Yeah, it was sort of both sides trying their best
impersonation to not win the game.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
But it is.
Speaker 4 (07:55):
It is a massive win for the Hawks heading into
the buy. We had that, we posed the question a
few weeks ago. We're like, look, Hawthorne have to win
at least one of those last two games. They've gone
and done that, so that leaves them in a great
position post by. But Geez Adelaide will be kicking their
teeth because they were made to roof for miss chances.
Speaker 1 (08:17):
Well, this year they've won a couple of close games.
You go, oh, because like in the Black cupis they
always lose the close games. They won a couple of
close games, they've got the confidence, and then another close
loss when now they're trying to go for top four,
not even top eight. I think this year is not
too bad because they look like they go right for finals.
But if it was a bit closer down the bottom
of the top eight, then they'd be a bit worried.
But they'll still be right though, because they arguably they
should have lost to Brisbane. But then then they got
(08:38):
the taste of their own medicine by they kicked one
goal seven in that second half and geez. We talked
about the Hawthorne recruits and the Brisbane tall forwards and
how they'd cope would win that matchup. The tall forwards
can Born for zero seven and zerus seven. That's fogger.
Speaker 3 (08:57):
He kicked one.
Speaker 4 (08:58):
Behind and then kick th Bill Thil kicked three and
Text kicked three behind. So you'd say that the hawthornmchist
did their job thet.
Speaker 3 (09:05):
Yeah, they did. I think.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
Look, they Adelaide forwards had their chances to get on
the scoreboard, which was evident with zero seven, but there
were times where they were going inside fifty and in
a one on one where you know, Phil Forp and
these guys foggery of monstered opponents this season. You know
it was as a Hawks fan watching I felt a
bit reassured that Barrass and Battle were handling it because
they did really well in the one on one contest,
I thought absolute.
Speaker 4 (09:27):
Undred percent but a positive sign for Adelaide in particular
a player that is having a stend our year. And
I was saying, well, I think we've talked about this before,
but he's just proving his claim, Ben Keys, this is
as a sneaky all Australian shower.
Speaker 3 (09:40):
In that forward line.
Speaker 1 (09:42):
He had eighteen and two goals in a game where
goals were hard to come by. I think the Crows
only kicked five goals in the end, maybe four or
four goals.
Speaker 3 (09:51):
That guy said it at the start still there, I.
Speaker 5 (09:54):
Couldn't even remember, if I'm being honest, And that takes
Ben keys Talley the twenty four for the season and
the only small fours that he's behind is Damie Elliott
Ye who's on track for a record small forward campaign
and Jack Kickins.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
And you never leave your house without your wallet, your
phone and your never make an all Australian team. With
the same thinking as well.
Speaker 3 (10:19):
Where's about austra Leon and some hope core that okay,
get some, get.
Speaker 1 (10:28):
Some on the social so maybe check out him himself.
Speaker 4 (10:32):
Probably, but uh sem Bury, I thought the Sea and
Bury matchup with John Newcomb was a real interesting one.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
Sembury actually did a really good job. He's a good
tackle of Sam Berry.
Speaker 4 (10:43):
He kept he kept Nucom to was it five in
the first half? Had and you you Comb had fifteen disposals.
But the difference was he did have one chance and
he took it with both hands and he stood up.
That's what good players do, and that was the difference
in the end. Both had fifteen disposals, but new can
kick the goal very kicked a point and at the.
Speaker 1 (11:02):
End of the day you win by three points. They
hit the front for.
Speaker 4 (11:05):
The first time with their biggest lead halfway, which was
three points a winning margin half just over halfway through
that last quarter. And it's players like that that step
up and get.
Speaker 3 (11:14):
Them a very good point man.
Speaker 4 (11:16):
Yeah, the meetings between these two they've always been close,
and they have been again.
Speaker 1 (11:20):
So it was Friday the thirteenth, and freaky things do
happen on Friday the thirteenth. The last three meetings at
Launceston between these sides, I mean exactly three points.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
Yeah, that is a bit weird.
Speaker 1 (11:30):
So maybe next time they play against each other we
get on the exact margin three points.
Speaker 2 (11:35):
This game is all it came down at which side
could stand up and take their chance.
Speaker 3 (11:39):
And in the end it was new can wasn't it. Yeah,
at the end of the day they got over the line.
But it's night.
Speaker 1 (11:44):
Yeah, it's all right, but they got the job done
the Hawks. So happy days for the Hawks fans and Leo.
All right, let's get into Saturday and now at the
gap up Brisbane JWS Brisbane at thirteen goals eighteen ninety six,
JWS seventeen goals five much MORECA at one hundred and seven.
Speaker 3 (11:59):
Lads, this was an old fashion shootout.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
There was ping pong and it was goals goalaw, it
was big forwards kicking bags.
Speaker 3 (12:05):
I felt like it was the nineties. Was beautiful playing
in the basketball court, it was playing on a basketball court.
It was absolutely beautiful.
Speaker 1 (12:10):
You had Hogan with six, Cadmen with five, Morris with five,
just goals goal and it was a really really fun game.
Speaker 3 (12:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (12:17):
I love that Cadmen and Morris kick bags because it
just shows that these are going to be two future
stars in the game. Logan Morris, I think he's probably
been a bit more consistent than cad Men, but Cadmen
sort of breakout game.
Speaker 3 (12:28):
I Reckon, he's probably best player on the ground. Cadmen
was the best player. I think had nine indisposals.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
I think Marx, yeah, Hogan and Cadman can mine for
eleven goals and thirty five disposals, which is unbelievable.
Speaker 2 (12:39):
I would like to know how many marks as well,
because it feels like they were just everywhere, like patrolling
the airways.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
On Cadman and Morris actually, because they both kicked five
to two young guns, who is gonna have a better career?
Speaker 3 (12:48):
Just oh, I love that. Yeah, all of the I
think Cadmen.
Speaker 1 (12:53):
Home more quietly.
Speaker 3 (12:54):
Go Morris.
Speaker 1 (12:55):
Yeah, I think Cadmen has just go loud, mate, go
Loudgan All right, that's good.
Speaker 3 (13:01):
Sorry, apologies and advanced, but I just think Cadmen has
a greater ceiling.
Speaker 4 (13:08):
He does, and it's good that he did have a
good game and kicked the back in against.
Speaker 3 (13:12):
A very good, very good side. Absolutely.
Speaker 4 (13:14):
Yeah, there's a lot of people, a lot of people
have questioned Aaron Cadman because he hasn't delivered what we'd
all hope so far. But we're showing glimpses were selling
signs and it's.
Speaker 1 (13:23):
Great on that they kicked a lot of goals after
Jack Payne went down. I don't know if you saw this,
So Jack Payin is serious knee injury. They had to
put Eric Kipwood back. That's just not ideal, but they did.
Speaker 3 (13:32):
Yeah, they did.
Speaker 1 (13:32):
So not ideal at all for the Lions having to
do that because obviously want Hip would kicking goals and
they didn't kick a couple of goals before that, but
they kicked a lot more when hippod was playing down.
Army got rolling because obviously Jack Payn is a really
good solid defender, so that did help a bit. And
that's brutal for Paw. I'm pretty sure he had a
few bad He came back this year from a big
one as well, didn't you last year?
Speaker 3 (13:51):
I think his last year, Yeah, I quite remember.
Speaker 1 (13:53):
Because he's a really good player for them. But the
Giants Orange teun Army looked back. I think one of
you guys talked about during the week. Their offense hasn't
been clear. They should actually should be scoring one hundred points.
They've got one hundred and seven and the quick ball
movement was absolutely awesome. They started the game with eight
goals zero so the accurate kicking and Brisbane had what
do they have thirteen goals eighteen That's been the difference
in a few Brisbane games, a few.
Speaker 3 (14:13):
Melbourne games, the difference in a lot of games this season. Yeah,
efficiency yeap.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
And then we talk about all the time back in
the day it was a more accurate kicking. It's it's
literally so important because if they didn't kick straight in
no way they were going to win that game. Because
they got one hundred and seven points seven een goals
five absolutely beautiful. Mclaggige. I thought he was one of
the best for Brisbane. Twenty five disposal and a goal.
Is he in the Australians? Well, lads, yeah, he's a
lock for me, yes, yeap. Whitfield I thought was like
a Rolls Royce. He was awesome in Super Coach thirty
(14:38):
street disposals. But on a bit more of a negative note,
the forwards for Brisbane gotta lift Charlie Cameron zero goals,
one and five disposals and I feel like we've had
that exact stat line for him about four or five
times this year. I know he's getting older, but you
just got to kick at least one goal. That's his
that's his job. I think as more forwards, you got
to kick at least one goal help your team out.
(14:59):
And then we got Zach ba one goal to thirteen.
Dispose of Marcus. You called him on the Thursday show
to lift and.
Speaker 3 (15:05):
He didn't, and he didn't.
Speaker 4 (15:07):
And one thing that I majorly did call out about
Zach Bailey was his his pressures going down. He's one
percent down. His tackles are down, and I think you
said before the show he only laid three tackles as well,
which is three tackles thirty indisposals. Yes, one goal too.
If he's more accurate, maybe we'll be saying something different.
But still, Zach Bailey, he's such a talented player. We
(15:30):
just want to see the best out of him.
Speaker 1 (15:31):
Yeah, I think that's they've got the depth, but that
type of guy that's sort of in their middle sort
of range.
Speaker 3 (15:36):
If he plays well, then they win this game. So
it's a bit of a worry.
Speaker 1 (15:38):
For Zach Bailey and that don't want to finish on
this one. And you can say, if I'm going too far, Brisbane,
I think of frauds, I'm putting him in. You can
check it out on the Socials and the power rankings
for around fourteen. I was gonna put him in fraud
Watch or someone around that. But they're frauds. I'm going
all in. Why I don't usually do that. So they've
only won two of their last six games. They had
draw with North in there. I can't remember that men
(15:59):
lost in Malbourne at the Gaba. They lost to j
Stid the Gaba, who were in poor form. Do you
agree they find agree?
Speaker 3 (16:05):
Mate?
Speaker 2 (16:05):
Oh, I mean they're super They were very good against Hawthorne.
That was their best performance of the season, so we'll
give them credit there. But you know they got bombers,
got really close to them at the Gabba and yeah,
we like they're just the Gabba isn't the Fortress the
last week?
Speaker 3 (16:20):
So I think it's just something that WI they're gonna.
They're gonna they need a big back half of the season.
Speaker 1 (16:27):
Well sort of because they're still top four, which is weird,
but like in terms of consistency, they're.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
Playing like this and their top four at the end
of the season, I still don't think they'll.
Speaker 1 (16:38):
Look genuine treat the straight set chance.
Speaker 2 (16:40):
Straight sets is a chance of going out in a
pre limb.
Speaker 3 (16:45):
They just gotta, they gotta. It's the eye test. It's
the it is the IT Test. Saturday at the MCG
is the next one.
Speaker 1 (16:50):
We were all thereon eight goals, eight fifty six, twenty
three goals thirteen one hundred and fifty one. Yes, they
scored one hundred and fifty one points. Now Leo Thursday Night,
Thursday Show, we're actually talking about the Cats forwards kicking
a big score. We're laughing at them possibly kicking twenty
or more goals. They kicked twenty three goals.
Speaker 2 (17:06):
They just have so many options, don't they when they
go inside fifty. If it's not Jez, it's Neil. If
it's not even it's Dempsey, it's Stingle. They had eleven
different goal scorers, so it just they shared the load
and Jesus.
Speaker 3 (17:18):
Snags six of them. He was superb. What do we
think he could get to this season?
Speaker 1 (17:22):
While he's on track? Leo for eighty goals this season,
which would be the first time since nine that anyone's
kicked eighty plus?
Speaker 3 (17:27):
Who is that?
Speaker 1 (17:29):
The fevolution of the fev He kicked eighty six in
ninety six, so which surprised me a bit. I thought
in between that time we would have had an eighty
plus obviously, we haven't had one hundred in a long time,
but yeah, there's been a few, seventy eight to seventy nine.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
I was surprised by that one.
Speaker 2 (17:44):
Yeah, yeah, he was. He was superb Jezz Neil got four.
I think he's been building nicely, Shannon Neil. He has
just a sort of under Jess's wing. I wonder if
desertates him out of the farm and goes Jannon. It's
the kicks the guys, mate.
Speaker 3 (17:57):
I just don't know if he's felt that it worked.
I didn't know that. I don't know if that was all.
I didn't know if that Leo had a just impression anymo.
I don't know if that was good.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
It was It was the perfect perfect game for him
to do it in good conditions against the undersized Essendon
defense and against.
Speaker 3 (18:14):
To do it, didn't you.
Speaker 1 (18:15):
Yeah, this is a perfect game for him and he
delivered in.
Speaker 3 (18:17):
The midfield for Geelong.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
I thought bas and Holmes were just way too much
for the Bomber's mids just around the ground. So Bad's
got forty one disposal, So he saw Max Holmes forty
last week.
Speaker 3 (18:26):
He's watching on the sidelines and says, I'm gonna I'm
gonna do it. I'm gonna get forty one Max. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (18:31):
Max Homes said in an interview that Bas was on
the bench and he's like, get me back on, get
it back he wanted. He was thinking about Max Holmes
as forty last week, so that means next week a
lock is Maxims Toms two.
Speaker 3 (18:42):
No just Tom, Max Holmes forty tackles Tom Akins.
Speaker 2 (18:46):
Holmes got thirty six himself, so that was no disgrace
that he was superb. And the Bombers like their midfield
and it has been for the whole season, has been
really good at clearance and getting first use. It's a
real strength of theirs. But their issue is they just
can't convert that into scores. And they really struggled at
either end of the ground to sort of put something
solid together.
Speaker 3 (19:07):
And I just thought that.
Speaker 2 (19:09):
Like around the ground, the run of Bailey Smith, the
run of Max Holmes, you know, you know, got Humphreys
out there, you can name a million guys Myers close
on the outside, it was just way too much for
the Bombers around the ground where.
Speaker 3 (19:23):
Yeah, they were just getting outworked and out run all
day and it ends up being one hundred points.
Speaker 1 (19:28):
Yeah, well not quite ninety five, but that's all right.
Speaker 3 (19:30):
That's that's a win. We didn't lose by a thousand,
that's fine.
Speaker 4 (19:35):
Yeah, no, but you're right, particularly post quarter time, I
thought the kicking from the from the Bombers just around
the ground was atrocious.
Speaker 3 (19:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (19:46):
It was a lot of the times where they were
just hidding up Gelong players.
Speaker 3 (19:50):
There were no Essen players within five meters. Yeah, and
it was just kind of like what did you see
with that?
Speaker 4 (19:57):
Yeah, it was really it was really disappointing because they
started well, the Bombers, but all as an SMON fan,
all we want to see is a bit of effort,
a bit of fight, and just show us something. Unfortunately,
some players showed us some signs, some youngsters, but there
were others that that just didn't and we want to
see efforts like we did against Brisbane and just.
Speaker 2 (20:17):
One of those youngsters. Just to end on shout out.
I thought Zach Johnson was was really good for you.
I think you had what twenty nine disposals, nice accumulator
and he was going it.
Speaker 3 (20:26):
Was going about eighty three percent.
Speaker 1 (20:27):
Yeah, that was a huge win by the Cats at
the MCG. Now let's have a quick break with stock it. Hey, Leo,
quick question, do you know what the ASEX means?
Speaker 3 (20:36):
Do you mean afl X?
Speaker 1 (20:38):
No?
Speaker 3 (20:38):
Mate, the AX the Australian Stock Exchange.
Speaker 2 (20:41):
Oh man, I'm absolutely clueless for that stuff.
Speaker 3 (20:44):
Wow, Lucky for you.
Speaker 1 (20:45):
Stock it It is a free website that gives you
everything you need to know about punting stocks on the AX.
Speaker 3 (20:49):
Damn, that sounds pretty good. Where do I check them out?
Speaker 1 (20:52):
Check it out via stock are dot com, dot you
and it's even easy for your little p brain to understand.
Speaker 3 (20:57):
Damn. Saturday Night Adopters Stadium is the next one.
Speaker 1 (21:00):
Melbourne ten goals seven sixty seven, agonizingly close for me
as an North fan Freemantle ten goals thirteen seventy three.
We were at the pub watching this lads, everyone in
the pub except for a few Bombers fans but going
for the ruse.
Speaker 3 (21:12):
It just couldn't come back. But yeah, fair of by
Afrio to just hold on.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
Did it?
Speaker 3 (21:16):
You nearly did it again?
Speaker 1 (21:18):
So close, so close, but again just couldn't quite get
over the line.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
But how good of a game of it? Was actually fun?
Speaker 4 (21:24):
That was That was a great game of footy When
a lot of people thought free men were just going
to run over the top of the ruse. But the
rules were very good, especially without Charlie Common as well.
Although although we were talking about Josh Tracy who had
the Josh Tracy Watch again, he didn't kick a goal
again after we were on Tross Tracy wash watch.
Speaker 2 (21:43):
Should we just like get on him when he's like
playing on like Sam Taylor or something, maybe he plays
better against like when he's playing like a like on
Tom Brass or something.
Speaker 3 (21:50):
You kicked like eight, you know, like it's a weird dude.
Weird dude.
Speaker 4 (21:54):
But someone who relished that was Pavos with no Common,
the big man, the stiff Man, kicked three goals.
Speaker 3 (22:02):
He's got aura he does. He does a little bit
of Pat Voss.
Speaker 1 (22:05):
What's going on up there, but it's a bit of
co Palmer vibes, just a little wit I reckon.
Speaker 4 (22:10):
He could loves a few chippy chips, tip chips. But
we talked it North Melbourne's effort and it was it
was really promising.
Speaker 3 (22:16):
It was really good. They actually were.
Speaker 4 (22:18):
On topping a lot of the key metrics in the stats.
They had plus twelve inside fifties, plus four clearances and
plus three contested possessions and I thought someone who hasn't
had a great year and in Ldu was superb. I
thought Shecheesel was unreal. We had thirty two and a goal.
Speaker 3 (22:33):
In the midfield. The corn was right, the corn.
Speaker 4 (22:36):
Was wrong and similarly on the other end of the stick,
Caleb Sarong it was great as well.
Speaker 3 (22:40):
We had thirty six in a goal.
Speaker 4 (22:42):
But Frederick who you wanted to keep an eye on
Frederick watch throughout the game?
Speaker 3 (22:47):
How do you go?
Speaker 1 (22:47):
Liam?
Speaker 3 (22:48):
Well?
Speaker 1 (22:48):
As a North fan, I wasn't. I was alright because
he only had zero sorry one zero. He had one tackle,
one and eight dispose was no goals and I thought
he was going to kick at least three. My big
call was four.
Speaker 3 (23:00):
He's actually had a pretty good season, but he was
nowhere to be seen on the weekend. That was very strange.
North got the match up right, I reckon.
Speaker 1 (23:06):
Yeah, well, they the whole defensive North. The last sort
of couple of months has been really strong. We started
the season, I don't reckon one hundred and twenty was
just on our heads every single week and lately it's
been eighty points or less. I think about five last six,
So yeah, pretty good effort. But one of the most
important metrics is the pressure and the pressure inside fifty
and Liam, you notice that we all noticed that when
we were out the pub watch in the game it
(23:28):
was raat. You gotta see that consistently. Now there were
so many holding the balls, especially inside fifty. So North
led the tackles inside fifty twenty nine to seven.
Speaker 3 (23:35):
That's twenty nine tackles inside a game.
Speaker 4 (23:38):
Yeah, Hawthorne laid thirty six tackles a couple of weeks
ago in the whole game and this was just inside
forward fifty.
Speaker 3 (23:44):
That shows how that's okay. We still on you one.
Speaker 1 (23:48):
Yeah, your team, your team at least SAD can get
the job done, but definitely.
Speaker 3 (23:52):
My team.
Speaker 2 (23:57):
Over there.
Speaker 1 (23:58):
So I functioning. I didn't rock up today. This is
just a hologram.
Speaker 3 (24:02):
We need to like oil.
Speaker 1 (24:03):
You my USB charging back in.
Speaker 4 (24:10):
The Rock matchup was and the Rock battle was one
that we wanted to keep it close on because Luke
Jackson has been one of the best in that rock
forward sort of roles, although Darcy obviously played as well.
But they can bind for thirty hitouts, twenty two disposals
and a goal that was largely Jackson.
Speaker 1 (24:25):
I think he had fifteen in a goal, but Jerry
held his own didn't quite hit the heights that he
has this season, so I'd probably just edge it to
the Frio duo in this one. And Jackson also got
the CLA. That was a really nice guy. It was
he is his fitness to run out a game like
a ruck. Obviously you gotta be fit as a ruck,
but he's a.
Speaker 4 (24:45):
Leap yeah, and it was like he collected the handball
and he's just so good on ground and in air.
Speaker 3 (24:50):
It was fantastic.
Speaker 4 (24:51):
But in the air it was something that North Melbourne
struggled with a little bit in terms of comparing that
to the West Coast game. They only had I think
four contested marks, very low for North Melbourne, whereas Freeman
or were in the early double digits. So when you
just needed a big mark to slow the game down,
Freeman Will had that and it was Josh Tracy at
the end of the day who saved them in defense.
Speaker 3 (25:12):
He kicked it out on the full.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
After that then he could he did take a nice mark,
he did, so Freeman Will get over the lorn and
that one. Yeah, that are we a bit worried about
Freo like they shouldn't be getting this close to North Melbourne.
Speaker 4 (25:23):
No, but there's something about North Melbourne and off the
stadium and Trio.
Speaker 3 (25:26):
I think North have been in good form for other
than the West.
Speaker 2 (25:30):
They normally produced him. You know the way they came back.
I think they can hold their heads up high.
Speaker 3 (25:35):
Yep, No, I agree on that.
Speaker 1 (25:36):
One Sunday is the next one at the Adelaide Oval
Port Adelaide fourteen goals nine ninety three, Melbourne nine goals
fourteen sixty eight.
Speaker 3 (25:43):
And we got to talk about one man lads.
Speaker 1 (25:44):
Georgie Argi's Mitch, George Hardy's seven goals four career high.
I think his career high before that was five. I believe, yeah,
seven goals four he could have kicked ten. He was unbelievable,
a marking master class. He was agile, It was great
on the lead. It's playing on Stephen May.
Speaker 3 (25:57):
Maybe that's got to get back into Stevie.
Speaker 2 (26:00):
I think Stephen Mays made to look like a right
full hasn't he.
Speaker 3 (26:05):
It should be local. You do the old look at
the school board, look at.
Speaker 2 (26:09):
If I was Georgiyardi's I would have been getting into
him the whole game as well, saying I kicked seven
on your head mate, why don't you worry about your
performance in the team.
Speaker 5 (26:17):
I agree.
Speaker 1 (26:18):
We're talking to producer Olivia before the show. I didn't
think George Yard has had a seven in him.
Speaker 3 (26:23):
I did.
Speaker 1 (26:23):
I think he's a very good player, but he's I
reckon he's four or five was his max, which before
this game it was he could have kicked ten. He
missed a few easy ones. There was a few hard
ones as well, but seven goals four I did not
think he had that in him.
Speaker 3 (26:34):
On Stephen May, I rate him.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
I think he's a I think he's good quality football line.
I backed him for a seven one days.
Speaker 4 (26:41):
I honestly thought he'd struggle being the number one tool forward,
like it's always going to Hi.
Speaker 3 (26:45):
Yeah that's what I thought.
Speaker 1 (26:46):
But he's proved us wrong and he's quite some player.
Speaker 3 (26:49):
So that's a massive radigalier who was really good. He's been.
He stepped up the last sort of three or.
Speaker 1 (26:54):
Four weeks from Love We Love because he cops a
lot of hate eight intercept marks, which was just awesome.
That's exactly what he's been recruited there for. And he's
really stepped up the actual game was a really fun game,
insanely fast paced. You could see it in the last quay.
The feet they were so tired in the last quarter.
There were so many chased down tackles, there was running bounces.
Cozy was kicking him from everywhere. Early Cozy against Jason
(27:18):
or Francis was such a fun match up. Jason Francis
bursting out of the packs, Cozy running down forward.
Speaker 3 (27:22):
But Cozy you got to lift. In the second half.
Speaker 1 (27:25):
He only had two disposers in the second half after
having ford end disposed in the first and I think
that was a major reason why Melbourne lost this, because
they were in the game when Cosey was playing well
and then he dropped off and they got smashed. Maybe
his contract ends after half half half time and his
nine years he only plays half time.
Speaker 4 (27:43):
They gave him a pay increase actually from what he's
already on after the first half and he's like, yep, done,
Oh that's very funny.
Speaker 3 (27:50):
We got Maxi Gorne as well.
Speaker 1 (27:51):
He was He was solid, I thought Byzantini and Sweet
actually did a really good job on him because his
best career matchup across his career has been against Port
and Byzantini. Young obviously sweet, not like the best ruckman
in the comp but they both actually think did really
well on him. Yeah, but because Gorney had to work
for it, as these stats suggest, he had twenty condested
possessions Maxicon, that's unbelievable. Thought.
Speaker 3 (28:12):
Yeah, Gordon was good.
Speaker 2 (28:13):
But I like the idea of double teaming because I think, yeah,
just sort of it means when you your main ruckman
has to rest the I guess the pressure doesn't let
up and the combative nature of rough Craft doesn't let up.
Speaker 1 (28:25):
Yeah, and I really like some of the fitness of
the guys, like Bergham was really solid.
Speaker 3 (28:29):
Bergman was really solid.
Speaker 1 (28:31):
Again the Bergman he had like twenty three in a goal,
which is perfect. He's added to me he ended up
with twenty three when he wasn't on fifteen.
Speaker 3 (28:37):
He had a lot late. So that's why some of
those guys they get a lot of touches.
Speaker 1 (28:40):
Like Maxi homes very fit, I think right out of
the games. Other players, Yeah, they're a bit tired.
Speaker 3 (28:45):
We were cozy.
Speaker 1 (28:46):
Cosey was very tired in the second half. But I thought,
awesome win for Port. Do they have to resign Ken
because well, I don't know what.
Speaker 4 (28:53):
Ken did throughout that bigeriod because then they went to
GiB West. There was a plan and they nailed that
to perfection that game with a win, and they obviously
had a plan against Melbourne and Max Gorn and the
locks of Stephen May So I don't know what he's doing.
Speaker 2 (29:08):
But do we think Josh Carr's just sneakly take took
over already and Ken's actually not behind the wheel? Well,
Bernie situation.
Speaker 3 (29:19):
Just like sleeping the coaches, but can't wait do your
reckon I don't know, go to Josh and then Josh
is the Barbie to his Ken. Oh, I love that.
This is why you're hired for everything. Great, thank you.
Speaker 1 (29:33):
Cooky's Well, I say, what about Melbourne.
Speaker 3 (29:39):
That's a really bad loss for them? Come on, yeah they.
Speaker 4 (29:42):
Should be wouldn't say it's a really bad like fourteenth
fifteenth was fourteenth verst fifteenth going into the game. Yeah,
but they are coming off the back of beating JB
West put Adelaide at home as well. I think put
Adelaide Adelaide ovals from beast to playing them in like
a way, but they playing good footed.
Speaker 2 (30:00):
I think it's just this It's more just a disappointing
result because they get so close to Collingwood. They've been
playing some good football, like one of the form teams,
and then you know the sort of the way they fought,
they fell away in that last quarter against the side
like you know. Now their their finals hopes are back
on Port. Realistically, I don't think they'll make it, but
(30:22):
look like they can. They genuinely can make the eight.
They could have done better Melbourne.
Speaker 1 (30:27):
I think, yeah, I agree they should have done better,
but a great way for Port and Ken will be laughing. Sunday,
Opta Stadium, the final game of the round A West
Coast Carlton and West Coast seven goals ten at fifty
two Carlton twelve goals fourteen eighty six. Now we talked
about on the Thursday show, you specifically about West Coast
being up for it.
Speaker 3 (30:43):
What are your thoughts? It wasn't us smashing, but were
they up for it? I don't think so, No, they weren't.
They had two weeks obviously competitive.
Speaker 2 (30:49):
Against Geelong but that got a bit carried away towards
the end, and then agonizing loss to North Melbourne last
week when they did so much hard work. We questioned
whether they could be up for it, and they just weren't.
The Blues blitz them from the get go. It was
set up by George Hewitt in the midfield, who's been
fantastic this season. Thirty five disposals, seven clearances. Look, I
(31:09):
don't know what you're eating. The meters gain. He didn't
have a lot of meters game, but I don't think
that's his role.
Speaker 3 (31:13):
In the team.
Speaker 1 (31:14):
His role is to give it to the guys who
give the meters game. I'm still going that's the most
overt agree with that.
Speaker 3 (31:19):
Oh you, I don't know. If we've talked about care
too much meter game, who cares?
Speaker 2 (31:24):
I would say hewittt in that game had the most
assisted meters gained.
Speaker 1 (31:29):
A gift. He's going to go back to champion dating
assisted meeters game, assisted meters gain and fogging it up forward.
Speaker 2 (31:38):
You know, we had him on the show at the
start of the season. He kicked three goals in the
first term, so he was very good. And they did
have an injury though, Carlton Charlie going down what was.
Speaker 3 (31:48):
A calf titan? As did they say?
Speaker 2 (31:51):
So he's got subged out at halftime and they McGovern's
been paying a little bit more for but he had
to step up and he did a kick three goals,
which is good to see.
Speaker 1 (32:00):
That's going to be roaring because and McKay, Yeah, both
out now for Carleton, that's not They do have some young.
Speaker 3 (32:07):
Kids showing sides.
Speaker 4 (32:08):
Yeah, signs like the young Blok who played against the
Bombers mcmarn McMahon.
Speaker 1 (32:13):
McMahon's I think he got injured as well.
Speaker 3 (32:16):
Actually, but they got that.
Speaker 2 (32:20):
But Jackson, Jackson was really one of those younger guys
who did who did play really well. And I think McGovern. Look,
he was drafted and forward. He's paid forward, so he's no,
he's no slouch up front, so I think he'll be.
Speaker 3 (32:31):
He's a good paying forward.
Speaker 1 (32:33):
When he started his career the Crows as well, Yeah,
it was really good like back then, but the forward.
Speaker 3 (32:37):
But I don't know if they can't light him every week, he.
Speaker 2 (32:40):
Can maybe against North next week, potentially, we'll see. We'll see,
we'll see. For the Eagles though, they just got outworks
around the ground. Look, the clearance numbers and contested possession
numbers don't look too bad on paper, but overall, if
you watch the eye test, as I mentioned earlier on
the show, they just they weren't passing that.
Speaker 3 (32:59):
I will give a big shout out Tom McCarthy. I
don't know much about him.
Speaker 2 (33:05):
I didn't know much about him going into this game,
but he was picked one in the mid season draft
from the Richmond VFL thirty one disposals. If you don't
mind on debut, how many debutantes get thirty disposals?
Speaker 3 (33:15):
That guy, I think of a stat. Well, we were
talking before that, Harry.
Speaker 1 (33:18):
She's got thirty thirty four, I think, yeah, but I
think that may have been against the Eagles. Actually it was,
it was, but that that's huge from like to have
a guy that's just come in from the middle of
the season, doesn't even know your game planning. He was
playing mainly in the back line, but he was clinical.
He genuinely just tore it up. He took some intercept marks,
he was giving good quick hands. He was a really
(33:39):
good accurate kick loving it. What are they doing in
the Richmond VFL because they lose a lot of good players. Davidson, Yes,
Mass Yeah, Sam Durham was playing Richmond VFL.
Speaker 3 (33:52):
Nelton.
Speaker 1 (33:53):
It's the new footy factory. Richmond VFL that.
Speaker 3 (33:59):
And lastly, I just to give a shout out to
Harley Reed.
Speaker 2 (34:02):
He had a nice performance twenty eight disposals and five clearances.
So look, Eagles fans would be absolutely like head and
hands again.
Speaker 1 (34:10):
Another terrible loss. But was it a smashing though they
came back and said it.
Speaker 2 (34:14):
Came back, but it meant nothing realistically.
Speaker 1 (34:16):
It was that more just because Charlie went down and
then maybe put off the sek. I love it, yeah
as usual, but yeah, Carlton, I'll take that win there
as we're going to get into ladder check in a sec.
There we get climb up the ladder, so that's very
handy for them. Let's get into the ladder check right now.
Obviously the Cats are now it's a second which is
very handy for the jump Brisbane. They jump Brisbane, which
is a huge win for the Cats. Then you've got
(34:38):
the Dogs. They had another massive win, but they're still
out of the eight. We're talking about the top four
over here.
Speaker 2 (34:43):
Yeah, so they win and they're in the eight and
then we all go Giants. A lost to Brisbane, no
Giants to win and they stay above them.
Speaker 1 (34:49):
The top like ten is just so weird to pick
at the moment. Then you've got the Blues. They're obviously
up to tenth. As I just mentioned, that's a lot
better than you. You're sort of suggesting Carlton fans will
be very excited about that.
Speaker 3 (34:58):
The only one win outside the eight.
Speaker 2 (35:00):
Yes, I think maybe two, sorry too, I think from
tenth to fifteenth.
Speaker 3 (35:04):
I reckon.
Speaker 2 (35:04):
All the teams in there are just taking turns every
week of who wants to be tenth. It's a new
team every week. And now Port they jumped up a bit.
We might see Sydney tenth next week you might see
Melbourne tenth.
Speaker 3 (35:14):
But we're in Melbourne now.
Speaker 1 (35:15):
These are in the bottom follow as they're just rotating these.
So the Saints and obviously yeah Sydney and a few
other teams are around that, and then the dess Well
bottom four not good enough of the d So that
is the ladder check there. Let's get into some tipping results.
Leo just rains for.
Speaker 2 (35:30):
Prisents this week, I just sick mate, six out of
seven just I miss again, no one, Marcus, what are
you doing for?
Speaker 4 (35:39):
I know, I know, but four out of seven it
doesn't look that bad on paper.
Speaker 2 (35:45):
But you tipped Adelaide and your Tipps Melbourne.
Speaker 3 (35:48):
And you're just I just apologize to the audience.
Speaker 1 (35:52):
Apologize never never, I apologize for Leo's behavior on the show.
I agree with that one. I've gotten five. I'm just
a nice middle between you two, which I like to
be in the middle of it. Yeah, yeah, no, okay.
Speaker 3 (36:05):
Let's get into the locker results. I finally got a lock.
Oh so I got a lock with j A two.
Speaker 2 (36:11):
Plus Leo port versus Melbourne under one hundred and seventy
five points.
Speaker 3 (36:16):
It was like one what they get ninety three and
sixty eight? Yeah, no, it was underder was void.
Speaker 1 (36:23):
I had Charlie Kurno for two plus. I didn't give
two plus. He had one a half time, so it
was on track.
Speaker 2 (36:29):
If he had another quarter and got subbed, oubt it
would have been a cross. I think he didn't have
only a half is not enough time.
Speaker 3 (36:35):
I think avoid is veroid.
Speaker 1 (36:37):
That's with Marcus because I'm also considering that that could
happen to me later this year, and I would like
mercy as well.
Speaker 3 (36:43):
No worries.
Speaker 1 (36:44):
Marcus doesn't usually show mercy big core results. Let's get
into it. I'll started with my own because some'on on
the camera Michael Frederick four plus.
Speaker 3 (36:52):
Zero one didn't even know play. If it's on the
first day that it was a good big it's a
good big call. I don't think it was the worst
big call a week, though, I think mine was. I said,
Bunt and Pally thirty and two.
Speaker 2 (37:04):
I forgot to consider the fact that Windager is a
very good tager.
Speaker 3 (37:07):
I thought he could go to Richard's liver, but he
went to Bunt and he got fourteen and nothing. Marcus
was actually the closest, by a model great call.
Speaker 1 (37:15):
It was two weeks in a row, have gotten so close.
I had Max Holmes for back to back forty plus disposals.
It was another cat.
Speaker 3 (37:21):
She said, bad five plus. I would have given you
that as a big call. No, he ever, just like
thirty or twenty eight or something. Yeah, not thirty five.
Well that's a joke. No. I went for forty and
he ended up with thirty six. So that's a bit stiff.
But we're getting you're getting better at the big calls.
I's going the other way. I'm going the other way,
all right.
Speaker 1 (37:41):
This is the one that we like to argue about,
but best on ground of the week, we're giving it
to Leo, he's in the hat over there, the coach's
hat or whatever you want to call it.
Speaker 3 (37:47):
Best on ground? What are you thinking? The best on ground?
One vote. A Cadman.
Speaker 2 (37:54):
Ninety disposals, thirty marks and five goals, coming of age,
performance from the cat, shack man, whatever you want to
call him, canny shack man. I just I didn't go
Hogan because I feel like, okay, Hogan does that on
the regular. Yeah, this is a great performance from Caddy
in a game away from home.
Speaker 3 (38:11):
Wild young man two votes. M. Holmes thirty six disposals,
eight clearances was ranked the fifteenth best performance since twenty
twelve according to Chavon Data. The Little Asterix according to Gym,
I don't agree with that. Why not? It's two votes?
But was superb? I reckon.
Speaker 1 (38:29):
I don't think he was the best Geelong player on
the ground. Jess probably, but Jess does it on the
regular anyway, very votes size is pretty stiff, but anyway,
it's three votes. M.
Speaker 3 (38:39):
Georgiardi. Yeah, he kicked half of Port's score.
Speaker 2 (38:43):
That's crazy, just slightly less, but let's just say half
ten marks and he just gave Stephen May an absolute bath.
So Mitchell Yeah, that's awesome by Georgie Ardis and for
the Power full credit Best team of the round.
Speaker 1 (38:55):
Now this is the one that the fans leo everyone.
This is always the most controversial part the s I
reckon because Marcus the best player.
Speaker 3 (39:02):
No I said that.
Speaker 1 (39:03):
We argue about it. But this one's more controversial because
Marcus doesn't.
Speaker 3 (39:07):
Because I put. I'll give one vote to a team
that didn't win one. No, no, I didn't. Every team won.
Speaker 1 (39:16):
Let him cook, Let him cook, Let me cook. Okay,
let me cook. I'll go one vote to the port
Adelaide Power. They worrying some one for them is not
being able to back it up, but they backed it
up back to back victories over Tubi West and Melbourne,
who are in very good form themselves. Two votes.
Speaker 3 (39:36):
I'm going to go for the g Cats. G Long
G Long Cats take one.
Speaker 4 (39:42):
Hundred and fifty points, like twenty three goals, multiple different goalkickers.
Speaker 3 (39:48):
Yeah, it was bags everywhere. It was just no one
got injured. Can I play Devil's Advocate? No, actually someone
did get into Curney got injured, didn't he, Yeah, Devil's advocate?
They played your C grade side. I know, could dogs
by that logic dogs should be in there.
Speaker 1 (40:04):
I expected the dogs to smash them.
Speaker 3 (40:07):
That's probably one.
Speaker 2 (40:08):
Of the dogs, he said, of my thousand, Yeah, I
did say that hundreds together.
Speaker 1 (40:14):
I did that purely because they kicked one hundred and
fifty points.
Speaker 3 (40:18):
Okay, one hundred and fifty one of the exactly who's
the three dogs? Three votes? Just has to be the
g w S Giants.
Speaker 1 (40:25):
Yeah, three voter the victory over win around for mine, Yeah,
definitely the best winning the round.
Speaker 3 (40:31):
Leo wasn't happy because the Hawks winn. But I don't
think the well fair I fed. I fed that. I
think I advocate more for port Okay, for those who
don't know a little pick behind the curtain markets put
the dogs in it.
Speaker 1 (40:44):
One.
Speaker 3 (40:44):
I just said, maybe get poored in there. That was
my bit. More advocate to my third favorite team. But
two things. Don't let him get in your head. It's
your segment. I helped him because he helped me with mine.
Speaker 1 (40:54):
He had match Holmes the three votes.
Speaker 3 (40:56):
I did.
Speaker 1 (40:57):
The best player of the week Georgia second Sluely, that's
a joke.
Speaker 2 (41:01):
Max Himes has ranked the fifteenth best performance in two
thousand and twelve according to Champion exactly.
