big calls everything in between as well.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
You've got for a hat trick of big calls. Actually,
so I am, and I fancy more a big call
this week as well.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
We must have keep an eye on him though, because
I don't know about that big core for a big boy.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
Yeah, why know what to four mashed the subscriber button. Absolutely,
Notification Bell, thank you very much. Actually, I think it's
only two point eight percent of our audience have the
Notification Bell subscribed.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
Oh make sure.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Yeah, a lot of people actually don't know about the
Notification Bull, so good, good shout out.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
I have it on neither, so maybe I have to
do it. Yeah, but definitely do it if you haven't already.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
Follow us on AFL today AU across all the socials
except for Facebook and get us wherever you get your
podcasts on your platforms, all right around At twenty one
previous Thursday Night Footy as always as where we start,
Western Mulldogs versus GWS Thursday night, seven thirty at Marble Stadium,
Leo as half of the rivaly round slipped into this round.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
Yeah, it's a bit of a strange round because these
two teams absolutely hate each other. We know the history
behind it and Dogs in recent time have had the
old not the rubber the Green, but have led the
matchups eight of the last nine between the two and
this season GWS are the only Top eight side that
the Dogs have beaten.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
I love playing against them, they just they love it.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
And the Giants on top of all of that, they're
without their fiery leader Toby Green, who loves to get
up for these matches, really the one that sparks. He's
the one that really sparked and also the twenty sixteen
prelim finals as well. But he's They're also without Jack
Buckley and Josh Kelly, so massive outs for them.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Toby Green is the main one though.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
He has kicked forty seven goals from seventeen games against
the Dogs and that's career so he loves playing the Dogs,
and when we look at that, you're probably thinking advantage Dogs.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Absolutely.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
But I want to go a little bit deeper here,
and I think g WS are actually well placed to
win this game of football. So I want to start
by giving both of you a shout at it a
different points throughout the season.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
You've given plaudits to Oh, that was all good, gone
for the high five. Okay, I don't know what he's
doing over there.

Speaker 3 (03:09):
You've given portals on the GWS forward line that they've
They've been so good this season. They've keeped one hundred
plus in their last six games. Hogan's a star. Cadman
and Stringer have hit the scoreboard in their last five games,
like one goal at least in their last five. And
you know Brown Jones, they pop up for goals, the
midfield pops up for goals.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
It's a firing forward line and I think it could
go a long way.

Speaker 4 (03:33):
Yeah, you make a good point about the g WS forwards. Actually,
I think it's one of the best forward lines in
the competition. And I wanted to give you a shower
because you've been critical on the Dog's defense this season.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
Yes, I haven't look I'm still unsure in it. So
they dropped Liam Jones last week, which I like it.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
That was weird.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
He didn't play well, but he brought a physical edge
that I thought the others don't have. And I am
just worried about those sort of mid to small sized defenders.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
You know, Lucky Bramble, JJ, even Bailey dut Like. These
guys are good with ball in.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
Hand, They're good at sort of winning the ball back
and driving forward, but I just think they sort of
lack that hard defensive edge that some other teams have.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
All three of those guys don't defend I wouldn't say.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
Very susceptible in those type of contests, and I just
think with those wide array of options that gdws have
in the front half, I just think that the Giants
will have too much for it. And then on the
other end of the ground, I want to ask you, Marcus,
if you think the combo of Taylor, Himmelberg, and potentially
Leaka League can stop Darcy Norton.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
I really like this combination and these matchups are players
because I think Sam Taylor the best key defender in
the competition, no doubt about it. He's coming up against
Sam Darcy, who's going to be one of the best
key forwards in the competition. So I think that Taylor
can do a job on Darcy, sort of just teach
him a lesson, like bringing back to earth a little
bit after kicking six against the Bombers, or is Norton
you kick seven against the Bombers. I really really like

(04:58):
that Himmelberg matchups. I think him wilburg and is not
only really great in the air like Norton is, he's
really good body on body good. He's also good reach.
He's also good blow deck as well. And Norton he
gets a lot of his goals from the set shots.
So if he can stop the mark and stop a
free kicker a chrop of the arms, which Norton got
a few of last week, then yeah, I do think

(05:19):
they can limit them.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
I think those matchups will be very interesting to see
how they play out. I also think though, that a
lot of it is on the GWS midfield. They've got
to stifle that sort of bulldogs ball use inside fifty.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
They've got to stop Bond, stop Liver.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
These guys winning the best midfield and using it well, right,
like getting that pressure on them and matching them in
that sort of clearance contested area of the game is massive.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
Historically, g B West has been on top of that
with the Bulldog's midfield. Bond averages his third lowest disposals
against any club against g w Wes with twenty two,
and Liba, who's just normally a ball magnet, he averages
his lowest disposals against any club with nineteen.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
Yeah, I will give you that.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
GWS really get into Bond and Liver like obviously the
big rivalry and things like that. But the one eight
of the last nine, so that doesn't matter. The disposes
go out the window. All the other players will step up.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
So that's why that way you're going with the dogs.
That's why I'm going with the dogs. They just get
it done. They get it done. Buck buck buck. There
we go. They absolutely get it done.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
They go to Judos, whatever stage the season at they're at,
the Dogs just beat them. They're big rathers, they hate them.
They've want a big game. They're going to do it again.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
See I was agreeing with you. Like the out for GWS.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
The fact that that's a march Overgreen's is a huge,
But that's just the surface level feeling if you actually
look at the game and use your brain.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
GWS win this and go the Tsunami. Now, I'm also
on the Tsunami though.

Speaker 4 (06:37):
The Orange Tsunami know I'm big on them, and I'm
going to go on them by fourteen points fourteen?

Speaker 1 (06:41):
How many ah nine nine, I'm going to go with
the dogs by fifteen. They want a great game. It's
gonna be awesome about Marvel Stadium. Friday Night Footy is
the next one only one game on Friday Night and
it is an absolute cracker. Adelaide Verse Hawk on Friday
night seven forty at the Adelaide Oval and the cron Markers.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
They've been in awesome form, they have, and particularly at home.

Speaker 4 (06:58):
They've won their last eight, which is at Adelaide ovall,
but they haven't won this matchup at home as the
home team at Adelaide over against Hawthorne since twenty fifteenth
really and Hawthorne have won the last three meetings as well.
So there's all good matchups around here, not only the teams,
but I'm looking at we delve deeper into it. We

(07:18):
talked about the key tools and key defender matchups and
we're going back there again for this game because the
Hawks defensive recruits are brass and battle. They've been great
this season. They're eleventh and sixteenth in the competition for
interseet possessions. You throw in Sicily as well, who's fourteenth
in that least in the competition the interseet possessions? Can
those three stack it up against the bigger tall forwards

(07:41):
of Thriller, Foggedy and Text despite like this probably the
size differential, particularly for two of them. They stood up
against that test in Tazzy when they played against each other,
But you could argue conditions sort of played into their favor.
But do you think they can stifle their influence.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
On the game? A good win that Adelaide on Friday night?

Speaker 3 (08:01):
The question is around the weather, because you're right, you
touched on last time they've played in Tassi. They did
it on a cold, rainy night in Stoke and it's
it's the same sort of vibe though, isn't it. But yeah,
I think, yeah, it's going to be a new challenge
for him. They've been in good form, a little bit inconsistent.
I think they definitely can do it, but it's going
to require a whole defensive unit from every part of

(08:24):
the ground.

Speaker 4 (08:25):
Yeah, absolutely, it's been It's been hard to stop that
Adelaide scoring as well, because they've they kicked one hundred
plus points in four of their last five matches, just
so many options one percent and if you compare that
to Hawthorne, they've only done that one since round nine.
So if you look at if they're going to look
to outscore Adelaide, look that might.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
Be a little bit of a little bit of an issue.

Speaker 4 (08:43):
You've got to start from the defensive, yeah, side of
the game, because they've only done that since round nine.
The teams that they've done it against all this season
have been the bottom four Essenon West Coast, Richmond and
more recently North Melbourn, which was that one game since
round nine.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
So there's going to be a big defensive battle. I
actually want that. Well, I could go the other way
and Adelaide just just all out attack. Also, Adelaide lower
the eye.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
So you had Hawks played Carson last week, just bombed
in there's a bit and of course they were going to.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
Get the opposite Hawthorne messed around with around it as well,
but like if anything, I wanted them to bomb it
in more because cart were panicking when you got it in.

Speaker 4 (09:16):
Yeah, okay, and then that's something you can't That's something
Hawthorne can't do, is like mess around with in the
back half considering your face.

Speaker 2 (09:22):
We've talked about it.

Speaker 4 (09:23):
The top three teams on the ladder to finish the
season with Colin, with Brisbane Adelette think so the reminder
of that one, So does that make this one more
of a must win? So you don't pile as much
pressure on those two games against the big clubs, assuming
you win your other game, which is believe was that against.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
Melbourne alleviates the pressure a lot if they win this one,
because then they can get some confidence for the other ones.
I don't know if it's a must win because we've
gone through the ladder. I think Leo has gone through
the ladder predict to freeze Hawks a few times, trying
to figure out if they can make it. But if
they win, then they're going to be a lot more confident.
I think every game is you must win. Realistically, it's
not even like in terms of making finals. I think

(10:00):
it's about okay. It's great. If we say we.

Speaker 3 (10:02):
Win Melbourne and we've somehow beaten another side, then are
we just making up the numbers. That winning is important
for not just making up the numbers, but actually, are
we going to do anything in finals?

Speaker 2 (10:13):
I don't think we are, but you know what I'm trying,
it's important to steampyr authority. Then like, you know what,
we can actually get a good run on tames.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
I think Hawthorne's record is three and six against the
top nine. So we've got three of the top four here.
You win two of those, you're like, okay, okay, maybe
there's a little bit here, not to win a flag
or anything, but like like we're saying.

Speaker 4 (10:36):
Agreed, and if a load can on the other side
of the coin, if adload can consistently do this against
the bigger clubs, and it just shows that their premiership
contenders genuine premiership contenders.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
But people were agreeing with.

Speaker 4 (10:48):
The chat we had, with the chat that we had
about the Hawthorne tour forwards. So and Leo, you did
mention you wanted guns and Choll and Deer as your
three tours for Hawthorne, with Mitch Lewis being the one
who misses out. But people did agree with you in
the comments on the latest episode.

Speaker 2 (11:04):
That's rare people in the comments.

Speaker 4 (11:06):
Chet out to you, Leo, because that was great, But
you also want to touch on an Adelaide injury which
may help another Hawthorne small forward.

Speaker 2 (11:13):
Yeah, so Max mcallaney, that's a big out. I think
it's two to four weeks. I might be wrong.

Speaker 3 (11:17):
Actually, last time they played, he kept the Wizard to
ten disposals, great lockdown role, and Adelaide in general were
just all over him.

Speaker 2 (11:26):
I think the Josh Rowell chase down that big part
of that. First, I love Josh l we love him
on this show.

Speaker 3 (11:33):
It should be all australing, but just that that chase
down was a real sort of I guess show of
their intent, their pressure, their hunger. They wanted to really
make a stamp in that game. Obviously didn't pan out.
But I think the Wizard, maybe with no mclaney, could
get off the chain.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
I think he needs a big game. I think he's.

Speaker 3 (11:51):
Probably our best small forward in that actual roving small
forward role.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
So good goal.

Speaker 4 (11:57):
And the Hawks are the worst team Inclarences in bringing
the ball into the into the forward fifty with relative
ease from stoppage when it's more six six six. Is
that something that seem Mitchell has to worry about.

Speaker 3 (12:07):
I think definitely, I think they've got They've got four
weeks now. I know days come back in, will get better,
but I still think there's something slowly missing with that
midfield that he's in.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Another bull in there that's just going to charge it
out and I.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
Need like a lyft from more Paul, potentially a lyft
from Nash. But I know that's not really nice.

Speaker 2 (12:25):
You've been looking at what nas but he's think of
next year. He's in trade period pre finals trade period.

Speaker 4 (12:31):
Oh there we go insane that with Adelaide's crazy depth
in midfield and just they can kick goals from anywhere,
keeping high schools, I think they're going to get over
lined in this one.

Speaker 2 (12:40):
And I think they're going to do it by five
goals without five goals without homegoing advantage here, really go
on twenty points for the Crump. Yeah, I'm going to
say about three goals as well.

Speaker 1 (12:47):
I think it would be really close and then the
Crump just a little bit more scoring power in the end.

Speaker 2 (12:51):
There.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
Saturday is the next one, Melbourne at Versus West Coast
Saturday at one twenty at a Marvel Stadium. Yes, this
is Melbourne's back to back games at Marvel Stadium. I'll
be filthy with that one. Demons, the leaders need to respond.
I think I'm not speaking I'm not a Demons fan,
but the fans just want their leaders to respond in
this one gone Max Gorn, he turns up to I
think it's trippler and he has to say every single
week something and he blames it on himself.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
I was bad captain. See that though, Like it's like
a reoccurring appearance.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
Yeah, but he shouldn't have to keep turning up to
a ready station and put it on him.

Speaker 4 (13:19):
He's having a great season. It's not on him. He's
on a lot of other players. Steven May just want
to win, definitely, not a flog.

Speaker 2 (13:24):
Yeah, yeah, exactly, Yeah, stuff like that. I just feel
bad for Max Corn, who seems like a solid leader.
He obviously was a great, great leader, so I just
feel bad for him.

Speaker 1 (13:34):
Five times this season that Melbourne has led in the
last quarter and crumbled to lose.

Speaker 2 (13:38):
Chokeman, Yeah, choke burn. Oh, I don't know, there we go.

Speaker 1 (13:45):
They need the likes of Viney Clary Fritch, just a
lockdown man up pit targets and important moments and just
vocally leader absolutely went out the window in that last
quarter last week. So I think Demons fans just really
want them to respond, especially against West Coast, So that'd
be a big one now for the West Coast. No
harglely Read for the rest of the season, which is
a really sad one. Yeah, what do we think about
that they've put him on ice? Are we happy with
that the West Coast have done that?

Speaker 2 (14:06):
Mate?

Speaker 3 (14:06):
It's smart and we'll get to a few other teams
that should be doing the same.

Speaker 4 (14:10):
Yes, we talked about Melbourne leaders need to stand up.
Even though harder readis only in his second season, he
is a leader in that team, so it takes a
little key out of the cog for Westcast.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
No, a good call.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
I don't mind a bit of Brady Hoff. I think
he can take that next step over the next couple
of weeks. He's averaging eight indisposals four clearances across the
past month and a half. I know that's not jumping
out before. A young guy is improving. He was playing
backline for a bit. Now they put him in the
midfield too. Else do we think we're looking out to
step up for the Eagles? Hell, I'm going for a
lijih Hewett here yea, I know stats guy, you hate him? No,
I don't, cops and flak for that, he said, Who's that?

Speaker 2 (14:43):
He said? I was. I was saying he's going to
be a very good player.

Speaker 3 (14:48):
You said easy, and a lot of people in our
TikTok comments got in you, and rightly so, because Elijah
Hilt is going to be a star. He's a classy
user and this is his time to stand up. Four months, four.

Speaker 2 (14:59):
Weeks without Harley Red put together some good football, win
the ball us it well. And I'm looking at Clay Hall. Okay,
well in the last five weeks.

Speaker 4 (15:07):
I think he's going underrated a little bit in that
West Coast team because in the last five weeks he's
had his best five weeks of his career according to
AFL player ratings really so and ranking points. So he's
been playing really well. It's hovering around that twenty disposal mark.
And he's added to kick the goal or too in
those five weeks as well.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
Interesting, Clay Hall, more like give Clay Hall the ball,
oh my god. More like more like Clay give the
man the ball, Oh my god. Go back to William.

Speaker 1 (15:33):
I'm going to get back into it. We talked about
the young guys. I think Tim Kelly the more experienced man.
I think he needs to back up a strong game.
He had twenty six disposal and two goals last game,
but it was his first time in twelve games that
he's had twenty plus disposals. For a man that used
to just rack up the foot, he get thirty disposals
was fun. He's been horrible form, so I'm happy that
he got a good game last week and hopefully that
builds for the rest of the season.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
Just gives him a bit of extra edge. His fall
off needs to be studyed. It does. It's crazy.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
He was so good at the Cats anyway, gone as well,
he could have another field day. He had thirty five disposals,
forty seven hit outs and a goal last meeting the Eagles.
They have the least hitouts in the competition, the least
hitouts to advantage, and the least rough hard ball gets
in the competition. I didn't mind that stat rock hard
bull gets because Cherry Gorn Marshall was up there. I
think as well, just guys that can barge out of
the contest and get a clearance, whereas Eagles definitely don't

(16:21):
have that. The D's they've lost their last three at Marvel,
so they won't be happy playing their lost of the
rules and the Saints were bad losses, but they've won
five last six meetings against the Eagles, and the Eagles
are two and twelve there in the last five years
at Marvel Stadium. So I got to go to the
Demons in this one by twenty points. I don't think
it's going to be convincing. I think they're going to
be a little bit scarred from last week and just
get over one.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
Yeah, although statue just said made me just not confident
for the Eagles, But I'm on these by under two goals.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
Really, I want to see close game here.

Speaker 4 (16:47):
I feel I think the leaders in Melbourne are going
to want to assert some dominance here after last week.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
Song on five goals five.

Speaker 1 (16:53):
Goals, Yeah, that's exactly where they need to start, the leaders,
all right, Gold Coast vers Richmond Saturday four ten at
people first Golko's form.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
You wanted to touch on that, Marcus.

Speaker 4 (17:02):
Yeah, because I think it's going a little bit underrated,
particularly their their home form.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Why are you giving me that? Look? Everyone knows they're
like in the frame for top four.

Speaker 4 (17:12):
Yeah, but their home but their home form I think
has gone up. They've only lost one. If I told you,
they lost one game out of eight at home this season.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
Lost one game all last season, so yeah, home, I
felt like, I felt like it's just like standard.

Speaker 4 (17:24):
Well I think I think now let him cook, let
it go, particularly if they can secure a top four spot,
which I'll get onto a set. But they only lost
at home was against Frio by a couple of kicks,
and Friore six and two against top eight side, so
it doesn't it doesn't make for bad reading.

Speaker 2 (17:38):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (17:39):
So their confidence will be up after absolutely belting crossdown
rivals Brisbane and the Q clash last week, and they
do need a little bit of a percentage booster. But
of course they do have that game in hand against Essendon.
I think they'd get the percentage, isn't Yeah, I think
so because I think is hanging around one hundred and
nineteen percent, which is similar with Brisbane, Hall Thorn, g

(18:00):
WS some of those clubs around them, so it would
be important here to get get an extra few percent.

Speaker 2 (18:05):
Then it's gonna be the difference for the top four
for sure.

Speaker 4 (18:07):
Especially which is why I think they will finish in
the top four this season because if you look at
their run home Richmond, you think there will be a
windu Carlton, you think they would be a win GWS
at home where they've had that excellent home.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (18:22):
Do you think that game could decide who is top
four out of those?

Speaker 2 (18:25):
It could actually could.

Speaker 3 (18:26):
I feel like you being an Orange Tsunami lover with
Orange boy.

Speaker 4 (18:31):
No comment, and then alad, you think that'll be that
game in here in between finals to finish the season.
So can they do it? Can they finish in the
top four? Do you think they beat g WS in
that Gold Coasts where is it people first stadium at home?

Speaker 2 (18:50):
Yeah, let's do it.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
Let's sure to get the jumper going top four. I'd
rather I think GWS still, I'm going to go Gold Coast.
If you're saying out of those, yeah.

Speaker 4 (19:00):
Okay, But Richmond they did cause the upset against Gold
Coast earlier in the season, and they're about to regain
some stars who were influential in that contest, so they
should regain Seth Campbell. So you look at Richmond scoring prowess,
they haven't really been thereabouts, but Seth Campbell has been
that shining light for him in the forward line, absolutely,
along with Monstreally and the like. But more importantly, I

(19:22):
think it's the likes of Tim Taranto and Came McCall oh,
a friend of the show friend.

Speaker 2 (19:27):
I think, so if he's fit to play.

Speaker 4 (19:29):
If you put him in, because he's that bigger body
that they do need to put Toranto, Toranto, Hopper and
mccauloff against Anderson Row. I think it just stifles that
influence just a little bit for and Toronto. Toronto was
best on ground last time these teams played. He finished
with thirty five in a goal. So a couple of times.

(19:49):
What did Richmond do well, they'll look to repeat it here,
and it was just the use of the use of
feet going inside fifty. They went at fifty inside fifty,
which is just slightly above their average. The average has
been forty five percent for the seasons.

Speaker 2 (20:01):
Actually they're not getting as many, they're any fifties.

Speaker 4 (20:04):
But the pressure when it does go in there that
the pressure forces the turnovers and they actually do generate
scores from when they go inside fifty. So this is
a good sign, but it might it may be a
tough ask, which is why I think gold cost win comfortably.

Speaker 2 (20:18):
Yeah, forty five points have.

Speaker 1 (20:19):
Come a long way here, Leo, who you do Sons
by eight goals a points?

Speaker 2 (20:23):
Guys eight points?

Speaker 1 (20:24):
Yeah, I'm going to go Suns by fifty five. They
absolutely smash them this one. Hey Leo, quick question? Do
you know what the ASX means? Uh?

Speaker 2 (20:31):
Do you mean AFLX?

Speaker 1 (20:33):
No?

Speaker 2 (20:33):
Mate?

Speaker 1 (20:33):
The AX the Australian Stock Exchange. Oh man, I'm absolutely
clueless for that stuff. Well, lucky for you, stockad is
a free website that gives you everything you need to
know about punting stocks on the AX.

Speaker 2 (20:44):
Damn, that sounds pretty good. Where do I check them out?

Speaker 1 (20:47):
Check it out via stock are dot com dot you
and it's even easy for your little brain to understand.

Speaker 2 (20:51):
Damn.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
There's another game at four fifteen at the SCG on Saturday,
Sydney taking on Essendon. Now this is a prime game.
They've gone awesome Jersey only to do it in the competition.
So good on Sydney for doing this one. Now, Sydney's
season is done, but you've got a few things about him.

Speaker 2 (21:05):
Hell yeah, they're done.

Speaker 3 (21:06):
They're not making finals, so surely we see the young
kids playing this one Jesse to Tooley. Could he possibly debut.
He's kicked six goals in his last two VFL games.
He was their top pick in last small forward.

Speaker 2 (21:20):
I think he looks like a bit of a rascal.
Rascal Rascal dances.

Speaker 3 (21:25):
Call him dizzy dizzy to Tolly, that is.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
Magnum. Exactly bring him in.

Speaker 3 (21:34):
And this guy's like Tom Hanney, Corey Warner, Caden Cleary,
cayleb Mitchell, who we all have seen at different points
making bomb. They could go bond Exactly, give him some
AFL experience.

Speaker 2 (21:47):
It's a good chance to do it. We might need
him to play. Actually, yeah, maybe send him over a residence.

Speaker 3 (21:53):
Remember juniors when you had like too many players and
you had to give the team the other players.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
It could be like that. AFL. Look, it's the perfect
time to play these players.

Speaker 3 (22:03):
And speaking of perfect timings, there has been no more
perfect timing than Brody Grundy being all Australian ruck. Yes,
he is out all Australian ruck. He's had seven consecutive
weeks polling coaches votes.

Speaker 2 (22:17):
That is extraordinary. He's been in great form. No one
else has done it, have they? No one else has
done it.

Speaker 3 (22:22):
He's coming up against either Goldie or Young Vigo, you'd
think Goldie.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
Goldie looks God. I love Goldie is one of my
favorite ever players.

Speaker 2 (22:31):
Obviously, more like Gondhi.

Speaker 1 (22:33):
Yeah, So what I want to do is I want
to like a mix of Goldie Grundy, isn't it.

Speaker 2 (22:38):
Yeah, Like this is coach.

Speaker 3 (22:40):
I want to predict Grundy's stat line in this one.
I'll start with you, Marcus, what do you think.

Speaker 4 (22:45):
I think he could he could have who have minimum
fifty plus hit outs, who have minimum twenty disposals, whoill
kick a goal and eight clearances?

Speaker 2 (22:54):
Yeah, not bad. I'm going to say thirty plus disposals. Yeah,
he done that, your career wreck. It'll be fine.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
And I reckon he's going to get at least nine clearances.
I'm going to say at least nine clearances. But I'll
say another stat line for the Big Call later. That's
just check out the Big callad. It's all about Brodie.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
Lovely lovely look on the Bomber's side, it's pretty grim.
They've given up one hundred and twenty six marks to
the Dogs, one hundred and fifteen to GWS, and one
hundred and thirteen to Richmond in the West.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
What you're saying is no other club doesn't. No other
club doesn't, No one does it like a league of
their own.

Speaker 3 (23:29):
Their pressure and intent has been subpart. That's to put
it nicely. Can we just see it lift at all
in this one? Are we giving them any chance?

Speaker 1 (23:38):
The injuries, the players they have in the form, the
no pressure.

Speaker 2 (23:42):
No, Unfortunately we can't.

Speaker 4 (23:44):
For Bombers fence, We're it's going to be a struggle
stoping the scoring with really out injured again and possible
rumors that poor Nate Daddy out again.

Speaker 2 (23:54):
But what was it sore on us? So he didn't
train today? Apparently, Oh my god, everything's good. Nice give
it over the toll old. I'd come in and play.
But as soon as I said I was gonna make
my debut for the Bombers, you got injured a one.
So just saying Bombers can get you injured? Did you
see it the physio place too? Initials ad ad Adrian

(24:16):
Adrian Dodo.

Speaker 3 (24:17):
You had a few choice words through. I was just
SWE's by ninety five. Ninety five Yeah, Marcus, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
It's gonna be. It's gonna be a lot. I'm gonna
get eighty.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
I originally had a sixty, but Nate Cadi literally has
kept you in some games, so I'm going to say
eighty as well. I think this is going to be
an absolute smacking at the sea and it's going to
be wet, so I don't think it's going to be
one hundred plus, but it could be eighty plus.

Speaker 2 (24:38):
Yeah, yep, there we go.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
Next one here is the game of the round, Collingwood
at Verse Brisbane Saturday night, seven thirty five at the
mcg Now, lads, the Pies were won the last four meetings.
Three of those four were actually by ten points or less,
which is awesome for a good little rivalry here, and
the last one was the outliner. Fifty two points was
last one that was absolutely wild earlier in the season
at the Gabba as well than the Pies won by

(25:00):
and in that one, the Daykos Brothers absolutely took over.
They combined for sixty eight disposals, two goals, both had
a goal each as well, so just perfect stat lines
in that game. I want a predicted stat line for
them against the Ashcroft Brothers. A lot of people are
debating who's better. I think we're leaning more towards the
Daycross boys. But I want some combined stats of the
brothers please, because this is the matchup that we all
want to see and them for the Ashcross versus the

(25:20):
Day Cosses.

Speaker 4 (25:21):
You know, I'm going to go for the Day Cosses
sixty disposals and two goals, and for the Ashcross I'll
go forty five and.

Speaker 2 (25:29):
Three three goals. That's oh, three goals, so they hit
the score bottle bit more.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
Yeah, okay, I'm going to go the day Kai sixty
six and a goal, and for the Ashcrofts I'm going
to go forty eight and a goal. Oh so you're
going to hear me leaning towards the Dakos Boys of course, mate,
I'm going to lean towards Marcus on that one.

Speaker 2 (25:47):
I'll give him, give him a tick.

Speaker 1 (25:48):
There because I agree with you. I think it's going
to be around. IM gonna agree with me in sixty
plus disposals for the Ashcroft Boys and two goals. They'll
get a goal each as well. So then you don't
agree with Marcus. No, I agree that they're going to
have a better game. Oh really, I reckon they That didn't.

Speaker 2 (26:01):
Necessarily me saying that they'll have a bit of game.
I think in the score. But you said three goals. Yeah, yeah,
I think.

Speaker 4 (26:06):
I think they kick or they probably kick a similar
amount of goals to the decrosses to be fair. But
if they're not racking up the disposals like they are,
then they should it the score. They've got influencewhere else.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
No, a good call.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
This is a good statistical batter. You got the Pies
number one defense in the competition, the Lions. They average
eight different goal scorers per game. They just share it around,
which is really impressive. And they've kicked ninety plus points
in six of their last eight games. Now, one guy,
the X factor that everyone loves is long Locks as
well Loman. He's out with a car for the next
three to four weeks. A lot of people online saying, oh,
that's a big out. I don't believe that's even a

(26:35):
big out for the Lions. He's only kicked ten goals
this year. I know he gets a few score involvements,
but he's missed a lot of shots. He's only kicked
ten goals. He has to be up towards that twenty
goal mark.

Speaker 2 (26:44):
I think.

Speaker 4 (26:44):
I don't know what you guys think. I agree because
you think about his kick ten goals for the season.
All of those were against Essenmon Yeah. True, almost half
of those were against the Bombers. And then so he's
not really he's kicking maybe one a game. Yeah, sot again,
no one does it like the Bombers. Yes, exactly right.
But I want to give a shout out to Cam
rayn A Zach Badly. If they've combined for thirteen goals
across the past three weeks, they've been absolutely awesome.

Speaker 1 (27:05):
Particularly Rain has been more consistent. Bailey had that big
five goal game, but cam Rain is averaging just over
three goals uring that time.

Speaker 2 (27:11):
He's been absolutely awesome.

Speaker 1 (27:13):
The Lions, they've won the last eight matches against teams
higher than them on the ladder.

Speaker 2 (27:17):
They lift for these moments like good staff. They lift.

Speaker 1 (27:20):
They're like, oh they hired, we'll just lift because obviously
lost to the Suns the Little Brother.

Speaker 2 (27:24):
They're now on the weekend.

Speaker 1 (27:25):
They really want to bounce back here and they've won
five of the last six at the MCG. I believe
they beat the Hawks at the MCG again, Leo that
you probably don't want to talk again.

Speaker 2 (27:33):
I mean, be few times. Recent records suggests Hawthorne and
have the rubber the green. Oh there you go, chose
how much you.

Speaker 1 (27:40):
Know, I'm just excited about Brisbane. He's not happy because
the Lions as well. They've bounced back well this season
after big losses. So they had a loss to GWS,
to a big win versus the Cats, which they were
big underdogs there. Then they lost to the Demons and
everyone's like, oh, there's a rock bottom for the Giants.
You shouldn't be losing to the Demons. Then they bounce
back and beat the Hawks. So is this gonna happen again?
Do you think that can happen again?

Speaker 3 (28:02):
That's mate, You know what, I don't even want to
answer that question because you've talked too much about Brisbane here,
and I'm going on Collingwood.

Speaker 1 (28:09):
I'm big on Collingwood because like, okay, Brisbane there haven't been.

Speaker 2 (28:14):
Ruthless this season. I agree Collingwood.

Speaker 3 (28:16):
I think Brisbane's midfield will bounced back after what they
put up against the Suns. But Colinwood's back line you
mentioned this number one in the comp they might regain
framped into the back line, but they're just structure so well.
I think Brisbane's forward line relies a lot on the
Smalls like Logan Morris.

Speaker 2 (28:32):
Is a great player, but Eric Hipwood goes missing too often.

Speaker 3 (28:34):
And I just think, like if the ball hits a deck,
I thinks will just be too good at clearing it
out and moving the ball forward.

Speaker 2 (28:41):
And I'm on Collingwood in this one. Yeah, is that
a tip Collingwood? That is my tip Collingwood? Fair enough?
I think you boys just you just you got something
on Chris Fagan. What's go. I've just got a little,
a little tingle and it's a good tingle too.

Speaker 4 (28:54):
I've had a bad I think you just just when
you like, you think, oh this is going to happen.

Speaker 2 (28:58):
Yeah, so I'm going to go.

Speaker 4 (29:00):
Think it's going to be a very close game, but
I'll go. I'll go Bridsban by ten point?

Speaker 2 (29:03):
Is the reasoning you have a tingle?

Speaker 1 (29:05):
Yeah, you heard stats. One of the reasoning is they've
got a good record of the.

Speaker 2 (29:10):
G one five the last six, and I just think
they can.

Speaker 4 (29:13):
They bounce well, They bounce back well from a loss,
and Chris Fagan's not going to have two back to
back losses in that manner.

Speaker 3 (29:19):
But Collingwood potentially could get Bobby Hill and to go
back to go I'm a bit unsure about.

Speaker 2 (29:23):
But Bobby Hill is a good player back in that
forward line. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (29:26):
I also think, like with you know, Answorth going down,
I had someone else get injured career.

Speaker 2 (29:32):
Oh sorry, I thought were talking about colling I just
feel like they can their forwards.

Speaker 3 (29:37):
Like we saw what the Sun small forwards last week.
Imagine Bobby Hill gets in there with Jamie out.

Speaker 1 (29:41):
Yeah, true, locky shots. I just I'm not going against Collingwood.
That's fair and I want I am. I'm going to
go the lines by ten points. I think it's going
to be absolutely crack up. But either way, I think
this is the hardest one to tip. So that's why
there's a pfer aljibaji over here on the couch. But
before I'm relying on my tingle. On the tinkle, I
don't want to know about your tingle anyways. Sunday fun Day,
let's go into it. Saint Kildop versus North Melbourne Sunday

(30:02):
one forty at Marvel Stadium. Now, markets, are they still
parting from last week?

Speaker 2 (30:06):
The Saints? Oh it was it was good. It was
great vision, wasn't it.

Speaker 4 (30:09):
When we saw nas on rossline shoulders, they were all
having fun in the changing the game, having a few beers,
as Roy Keane one said, like, imagine if they ever
win anything, so stiff.

Speaker 2 (30:23):
You have fun.

Speaker 4 (30:24):
I'm not as much as a downer as Roy Keane,
but we'll look towards that man, Nas. Who is he
going to Is he just going to hop on some
North player? North Melbourne players shoulders on the weekend or
are you going to put someone on him?

Speaker 1 (30:36):
Well, we got to put on him genuinely, Like he's tall,
so he's skinny, so that at least helps North because
we've got a lot of skinny guys. But genuinely, I
couldn't think of one person yet. Will Phillips, who obviously
has been a tigger. He's too small for Nas Nas
Will just even if they get a handle, that's could
just reach another too.

Speaker 2 (30:52):
Quick for all of our players. I'm very right.

Speaker 1 (30:54):
Bring back Ben Jacobs, remember Ben Jacob and he was
a star tager. We bring back Cunnington just to rough
him up just a few jumper punches.

Speaker 2 (31:01):
All I know is Clark he's got something cooking. Broke
cook last time.

Speaker 4 (31:07):
Last time, this sort of thing happened where they put
Darcy Tucker in forward to sort of play a negating
forward role on a half back. Don't see that happening
here though.

Speaker 2 (31:17):
He's out for the season, so that's not gonna happen.
That's not a bad thing for me.

Speaker 4 (31:22):
Which we're going to highlight some VFL form actually for
North Melbourne because we like to see some players be
given more of a go, like bringing the youngsters which
they care more. They want to show their ability, which
we saw with like Finn Barmeley when he came in
he was excellent. Another forward I'm going to look at
is Jeordie Payne. He kicked four on the weekend in
a very tight loss against Geelong. There was only a

(31:44):
couple of points. The North managed to actually kick a
hundred points in that game, so they broke the ton,
but they did lose the time at the one time.

Speaker 2 (31:53):
But another player you look like.

Speaker 4 (31:54):
From that from that team that will come into the
side possibly is George Wardlow. He finished with nineteen disposals,
nine tackles, just a bit more pressure around the ball,
which was clearly lacking against you Long last week.

Speaker 2 (32:06):
The nine tackles we just don't have that. Usually you're
not to bring him into side to save him just
for his.

Speaker 1 (32:11):
Rest him up. You don't want another injury of concussion
to him. Don't even play Vflo.

Speaker 2 (32:17):
Play the PlayStation game A twenty six. We should play.
He should.

Speaker 3 (32:21):
He shouldn't even be at the club, come to Hawthorn.
He's just so viral to what they're trying to build.
I just don't get why you'd risk that with meaningless games.

Speaker 2 (32:33):
No, I know what you're saying.

Speaker 1 (32:34):
I know what you're saying, and I really want him
to have a good career because if he does get
another concussion, we've had Lee Adams and a few other North.

Speaker 2 (32:40):
Another hemmy injury, like he's had so many injuries.

Speaker 4 (32:44):
And North don't have many good stats. It's not another
one here. They don't bounce back well from a heavy defeat.

Speaker 2 (32:51):
We don't bounce back well against this, says North. Historically.
Don't we not historically doing anything good?

Speaker 1 (32:57):
It's just coming to stop talking about Nord.

Speaker 2 (33:00):
Do you want to read it out? No, definitely read well.

Speaker 4 (33:03):
They've lost their last fourteen matches when losing by ten
or more goals the week prior, So look, it doesn't
in Saint Kilda actually have a good record against North Melburn.
They won the last five meetings So that's the seventeenth
bogie team against North Melbourne in the AFL. I kid
of course, kid of course, But I do think if

(33:25):
there's areas for enough for North Melbourne to come and
win this game, it'll be now after Saint kildare on
such a high, will they go down to a low.

Speaker 2 (33:31):
That's the only thing I'm holding on to as this is.

Speaker 4 (33:33):
The chance where I think North Melbourne they could do
a sneaky and get the get the job done.

Speaker 2 (33:37):
But there's a Saint Kilda player that we want to highlight.

Speaker 4 (33:40):
Who is the unsung hero? Will more Liam you want
to highlight in particular. Yeah, he was great in that
last quarter against Melbourne.

Speaker 2 (33:46):
He's been great just the last five weeks. So I'm
talking about Max Hall.

Speaker 1 (33:48):
He was untung hero for sure, because obviously Nastal the
spylight I talked about Mason would but Maxwell was awesome
in that last quarter. The last five weeks is actually
average twenty one disposed was one point four goals four clearances,
which is exactly what they aired just some I was
coming through uh and he was their main on bowler
in the last quarter.

Speaker 2 (34:03):
You take out Jack McCray was on the bench I
don't think they really need him anymore. That so thoughts
on that one. I don't know. He's number six in
the competition for clearances. Where's those clearences going just side?

Speaker 4 (34:13):
And he has and he has missed three or four
weeks through injury and he's still number six in the
car mashit.

Speaker 2 (34:17):
That's not a bad stud. But I don't think they
need him. Just get rid of him. Max Hole is
their main guy in their plus nas. They'd be fun
to watch Max hor more like Max, give him the
damn ball. Oh my, Leo, Leo, Leo, Leo.

Speaker 1 (34:30):
He should Man, he's no Clay Max. And oh my god,
who's next Barry Hole? Let's get into the Timpson margins.
I think we're all go to the same because we've
just ragged on Norse. Really Yeah, sixty to fifty two.
Oh that's not a good game. Yeah, historically they are.

Speaker 2 (34:48):
Low scoring best trip.

Speaker 4 (34:49):
So I don't mind that shout. I'm going to go
Saint Culda by three.

Speaker 2 (34:53):
Yeah, I'm going to go Saint Spine nineteen.

Speaker 1 (34:54):
I don't think they can blow us out the water,
but they should get the job done. Next one on Sunday,
Geelong Verse Adelaide, Sunday, three point fifteen at Gumba g
m HbA Stadium.

Speaker 2 (35:03):
This game is about one thing. Where what is that
jezz one hundred goal? Once we're all on this, kicking
thirty won this game? Could he could?

Speaker 3 (35:12):
Because last time they played he got seven, So that's close,
that's close to thirty one. There were a lot of
junk time in that game, but you still got to
kick him. You still got to kick the goals.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
I think he kicked five in the last How many
do we think he can kick?

Speaker 2 (35:25):
Here?

Speaker 3 (35:26):
Who Jones is a test to play with that corky
zerk thatcher I don't think is very good.

Speaker 2 (35:31):
And Ali's a good player, but he's more of an
interesting I'm not going to say anything. I'm going to
say it for my big call.

Speaker 1 (35:36):
Oh, I'm going to say he'll kick six or five?
Five at least five because if Lockie Jones plays. He
was really sold on him for three quarters until he
got injured, which one half quarter I think it was.

Speaker 2 (35:47):
So I'm going to say five. He's not going to
go as big as last time. I reckon they'll feed
him and I reckon he'll get six or seven.

Speaker 4 (35:53):
Sanger Field has talked about feeding him there. That's off
not only the Kebabs either, Yeah, the loves Kebab.

Speaker 2 (36:01):
Meet Kebabs now, Paul.

Speaker 3 (36:03):
We spoke on our review show about how it's been
a wasted meeting for them, not officially putting in Josh
car sooner. What can they salvage in the last four weeks.
We need to find out about a few players. There's
a player in the sample by the name of Dylan Williams.

Speaker 1 (36:18):
He's six goals and seven goals in his last two Samford.

Speaker 2 (36:23):
Is he a part of their future forward mix? We
don't know.

Speaker 3 (36:25):
Can we see guys like Leady Jackson Lorenz come in
and play a bit more midfield or by all reports,
we're just going to be seeing Connor Rosi playing not
at one hundred percent with the injured hand.

Speaker 2 (36:37):
What's doing that? Obviously you were talking about Wall.

Speaker 1 (36:39):
The Wall is not technically injured right now, but concussion.
But Rosie has said to the media that he has
a really sore hand. He's still injured and he's like,
I'll just push through it. Why would Paul do that
while they do that? He's their captain, he's there, one
of the best players. Dumb, very dumb.

Speaker 2 (36:51):
Yeah, I feel like they've gotten this season completely wrong.

Speaker 4 (36:53):
What do you Yeah, I feel like as a leader,
he's almost he almost feels oblige. That's the only reason
why I think he's to play on with this sore hand,
because otherwise, you know, have surgery on it, get it
good for next season, because this season's Yeah.

Speaker 1 (37:08):
And they did announce that they're shutting down Bergman.

Speaker 3 (37:12):
I think it was a shoulder injury or something. So
he did talk about his poor form. Stats guy could
have been a part of it, but I'm not getting
an excuse just to be better.

Speaker 2 (37:19):
Shoulder.

Speaker 1 (37:20):
Yeah, he probably had an shoulder tips and margin. We're
probably all in all the Cats.

Speaker 3 (37:23):
Are with Yeah, Cats seven goals, and they will be
the seven goals of Jeremy Kicks at the sides the game.

Speaker 2 (37:28):
I'm going to go to the Cats by ten.

Speaker 1 (37:30):
Goals, but I'm going to go ten goals as well,
because they could pump them here. Last game of the
round Freemantle Verse Carlton Sunday five, ten at Opta Stadium. Now, lads,
the Purple Haze really is here. Free of one nine
of their last ten matches. They're absolutely flying. They've won
their last six matches at Opta Stadium. Everything's just gone
right for three at the moment.

Speaker 3 (37:47):
Flag Mantle, the Purple is coming over this studio right
now and it's taking me to a.

Speaker 2 (37:53):
New level of high the ladder he's turning. That could
be a horror movie, you know, the purple Hayes, the
purple there you love justin Long mu were being boring.

Speaker 1 (38:04):
That's grimmers, But lads, we just talked up for a
surprisingly Frea are Carlton's bunnies. So Blues have won seven
of the last eight meetings, which is a real surprise
to me, and they've had some iconic close wins. You
had the Noons goal after the siren. They've had a
couple other ones that are ten points.

Speaker 2 (38:22):
You can kick on from the boundary as well. It
was that against Freeman as well, I think so.

Speaker 1 (38:26):
And then there was a Mark Murphy if you're going
way back, he kicked a match winner over there from Yeah,
they've had a lot of good matches against Frer. I've
talked to some Carton mates, they're like, yeah, we love
playing free I was like really surprised by that one
in terms of the guys that usually step up against them.
Kerno averages over three and a half goals against Frere
in the last three meetings, and he's come back into
some form, like not to his best, but at least
he's got five goals in his last two weeks because

(38:46):
he had a four or five weeks stretch where he
couldn't even get a goal and then fre Let's want
to touch on them again. They've been playing as a
real team this year the last couple of weeks. You've
had Voss, Dudley, Reid and Tracy all with multiple direct
goal assists in the past few games. And you got
Murphy Read He's averaging six score involvements and leeds three
or for goal assists. At age nineteen, he's been incredible.
So I want to throw to you guys, would you

(39:07):
rather Murphy Reid or Dan Kurtin in your side, because
now they are the top two favorites for the rising start.
They've overtaken Levi Ashally.

Speaker 3 (39:13):
If it's between those two, I'm taking Dan Curtin because.

Speaker 2 (39:16):
Of the versatility.

Speaker 3 (39:18):
It feels at his height he's going to turn into
a primary on baller who can go forward, go back.

Speaker 2 (39:24):
He's playing wing as well. I'm leaning curtain for the
long term. Yep, that's such a tough call. We lean
towards curtain, but I wouldn't mind both.

Speaker 1 (39:32):
Yeah, I going to need it on both. I really
love Murphy Reids. I'm just gonna go him. I think
he's a.

Speaker 2 (39:37):
Little bit calmer.

Speaker 1 (39:37):
I think everything he does is just seems so calculated,
sort of like pendals, like everything slows down. He's just
so classy. So I'd be leaning towards Murphy reading this one,
and I think he could have a really good game
for Freo again, tips and margin.

Speaker 2 (39:48):
Are we all leaning towards the Dockers? What are you going? Yeah,
I'm going the Dokers twenty four points.

Speaker 3 (39:54):
I think Carlton, they just didn't really instill instill me
with such confidence.

Speaker 2 (39:59):
On Thursday night against Hawthorne. I thought they played well
for three corps they won the second half. Can't score.
They just can't score.

Speaker 3 (40:07):
Yeah, they can see at times they shouldn't concede that.
And midfields are very very one dimensional.

Speaker 2 (40:13):
I'll go a similar margin fore you get the win.

Speaker 1 (40:15):
Yeah, I'm gonna go Docors buy twenty points. All right,
that's all of the games covered from round twenty one.
Let's get into the lock of the week and the
big calls. We all got our locks right last week,
so let's do it again. We should hope. So yeah,
we should get them right every week.

Speaker 2 (40:27):
Leo, whatt your lock? Enough swemming around? I'm going Swans win.

Speaker 1 (40:31):
Oh another dad joker. Yeah, they're gonna win against end
I believe as well.

Speaker 2 (40:35):
Marcus. Oh you know, I'll go essenon failed to score
seventy points. Oh, I'm going lower because.

Speaker 4 (40:41):
It's going to be it's going to be an absolute
bath at the SCG.

Speaker 2 (40:45):
It's going to be a pool.

Speaker 4 (40:46):
It's a swimming pool because it's gonna be a lot
and a lot, a lot of rain. And they only
average sixty two points the Bombers since round six.

Speaker 1 (40:52):
Seventy points. Imagine they just kick accurately and kick eleven
goals four.

Speaker 2 (40:57):
They haven't done that for a week. That they do. Yeah,
I'm gonna go.

Speaker 1 (40:59):
The Cats beating port adelaide as my lock. I think
they're just going to absolutely pantcy of the Cattery down
to the Caymba.

Speaker 2 (41:05):
They'll do get the.

Speaker 1 (41:06):
Job done there big, Because here we go. Marcus's on
a hat trick. I'll start with him because he's the
man at the moment of this segment.

Speaker 2 (41:11):
You know what, I'm going to change my big call
as well.

Speaker 4 (41:13):
I'm doing them on the fly kick seven seventh Heaven.

Speaker 2 (41:18):
He's coming off eleven.

Speaker 4 (41:19):
Yeah, he's got a big kicks seven in the previous meeting,
and he's chasing that hundred.

Speaker 3 (41:24):
Is he going to go to a famous convenience store
after the game, but possibly even.

Speaker 2 (41:32):
Another express.

Speaker 4 (41:37):
He's chasing one hundred and I think he will get
there before the final series. That's crazy, Yeah, you'll be cooler. Well,
everyone's been talking about Darcy and Norton and rightly so
they've been firing up.

Speaker 3 (41:49):
But I'm looking at the other team. They're playing g WS,
and I'm going Hogan and Cadman. I just think they're
going to tear this Dog's defense a new one, and
I think combined they'll kick eight plus goals between and
really start in an awesome Giants victory.

Speaker 2 (42:03):
So that's my big call. How many verages isn't doesn't
have to be that accurate. But just as I'm going
to go four eg.

Speaker 4 (42:08):
Four four big week for just bustling, You're sorry if
he stays in the side. Did well and Candy and
Newl's got another big rising star and had them.

Speaker 2 (42:17):
Yeah, absolutely, that'd be really good.

Speaker 1 (42:19):
My big call is Brody Grundy to get sixty five
plus hitout this big sixty five five. So he had
sixty two hitouts against North Melbourne that was under the roof,
of course, but this one heavy rain, there's going to
be a ball up every two seconds. Apparently it's raining
all week in Sydney. He's going to have extra contests,
so can we'll get a few more extra taps. He's
against the Bombers now Gold he's been struggling. Vego against
Grundy is just going to absolutely dominate him. And I

(42:41):
think he could easily get So he's had sixty plus
hit outs four times in his career. I think this
is the one where he licks his lips. He's just
going to be feeding. It's a Heini Errol and all
the all the likes Warner in there. Sixty five plus.

Speaker 2 (42:51):
Wonder how much is that? How much that's paying on
a few betting sites, because can you bet on hitouts? Yeah?
I think, oh, there we go. I might have to
look into that one. There we go.
