Aos 40 anos, Débora Monteiro olha para o seu percurso com orgulho: realizou muitas das ambições que tinha como mãe, na família e na carreira. Mas chegar até aqui não foi simples. Mãe de gémeas e apresentadora do 'Domingão', fala com franqueza sobre os desafios da maternidade, desde o período em que precisou de cirurgia, injeções e “hora marcada para fazer amor” para engravidar, até aos primeiros anos das filhas, vividos em plena pandemia, enquanto conciliava o trabalho e a vida familiar. Para a atriz, a maternidade é muitas vezes romantizada, quando na verdade “a realidade é cansativa e exige uma grande adaptação”.
