“A maior parte das pessoas acha que eu sou maluca”, confessa entre risos Inês Aires Pereira logo no arranque deste episódio de Alta Definição. Conhecida pela autenticidade e pela boa disposição que a caracterizam, a atriz admite a Daniel Oliveira que, por vezes, sente-se “um bocadinho palhaça”, algo que, apesar de divertir os outros, a irrita.
Depois desta introdução, que reforça traços já familiares da sua personalidade, a conversa ganha contornos mais íntimos. Sem filtros nem receios, Inês abre o coração e recorda alguns dos momentos mais difíceis da sua vida.
Entre humor e emoção, partilha a experiência da depressão que enfrentou após dar vida a uma personagem constantemente triste. “Achava que não tinha o direito de ter uma depressão. Pensava: ‘Tens tudo, um homem, dois filhos, casa, dinheiro, saúde’. Pedi ao David que me internasse”, relembra, entre lágrimas e gargalhadas. Reconhece que, apesar do preconceito em torno dos antidepressivos - “não tomes isso, é perigoso”, chegaram a dizer-lhe - , foi precisamente a medicação que mais a ajudou a recuperar. Por isso, deixa um apelo direto: é urgente quebrar os estigmas e a vergonha associados a este tema. “O que não pode ser é a pessoa viver com aquela tristeza.”
Mais recentemente, Inês integrou a nova série da RTP, 'FELP', dos mesmos criadores da novela satírica Pôr do Sol, e admite estar a atravessar “uma boa fase”. Ainda assim, revela que da infância, da qual guarda poucas memórias, lembra-se de sentir falta de colo. Hoje, porém, encontra equilíbrio naquilo a que chama “a fase sanduíche”: “Estou a cuidar dos meus filhos, já estou a cuidar dos meus pais e, ao mesmo tempo, estou a cuidar de mim.”
