O governo Lula deu espaços estratégicos para um grupo ligado a Jorge Paulo Lemann influenciar decisões administrativas e financeiras na área de educação. Criada há menos de um ano, a MegaEdu, ONG financiada pelo empresário, fechou acordo com o Ministério da Educação (MEC) para opinar sobre conexão de escolas públicas à internet e, ao mesmo tempo, foi colocada em um conselho do Ministério das Comunicações que define parte dos cerca de R$ 6,6 bilhões que serão destinados para a conectividade de estudantes.
A Anvisa aprovou nesta segunda-feira o uso da tirzepatida, encontrada sob o nome comercial Mounjaro, para o tratamento de diabetes tipo 2, o mais comum no Brasil. A aprovação inaugura a entrada de um nova classe de medicamentos para tratar essa doença crônica no País, pois a substância atua em dois hormônios intestinais ao mesmo tempo.
