Ivor SK's first "Delta Pines" release rocketed to No 2. in the Australian Blues & Roots Charts and remained in the charts for 6 months with radio air play around Australia and his second album “Montserrat” achieve similar success and led to him relocating to New Orleans USA. Ivor Simpson-Kennedy’s albums have been getting great reviews overseas and international radio airplay including the USA with charting success. He has performed in numerous venues and festivals in Australia, the Pacific region, the UK and the USA, including a residency at Chickie Wah Wah New Orleans and touring the Mississippi Delta region and stints at the legendary Morgan Freeman’s Ground Zero Blues Club, in Clarkesdale, Mississippi.
He has returned home to Australia to perform and visit family during Nov-Dec.
