Shocker of the century, I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, ever since things have blown my mind how different parts of my personality now make sense, it’s not just me living this reality though, so many people are being diagnosed late in life with ADHD and other neurodiversities, so what do we do afterwards?
My friend Nathan was diagnosed last year with ADHD and PTSD after a traumatic event landed him in the hospital, He’s been on a journey making his brain his life and I was so grateful no only that he wanted to share his story on the podcast, but he also introduced us to this weeks expert Alex Campbell who’s an ADHD coach, therapist and lives with ADHD himself.
