This is my problem, I get annoyed I put on weight but I can’t stick to an eating plan and don’t get me started on meal prep, it drives me up the wall!
So how the hell can I do it if I’m terrible at meal prep? If one more person tells me “abs are made in the kitchen” I’m going to uppercut myself.
