Fadista dos pés à cabeça, Aldina Duarte é também leitora compulsiva, com quem nos cruzamos amiúde em livrarias lisboetas, ou na Feira do Livro. Durante 25 anos, foi uma voz residente da casa de fados Senhor Vinho. Colaborou, em vários dos seus nove discos, com a poeta, letrista e amiga Maria do Rosário Pedreira.
Na obra mais recente, "Metade-Metade" (2024), canta textos da rapper Capicua, em que encontramos versos como "Fui a fita que deu laço / Fui o nó que ficou lasso / Sei que tudo acaba em pó".
