Ce lundi 21 juillet, jour de Fête nationale, le gouvernement fédéral, emmené par le Premier ministre Bart De Wever, a finalisé son accord d’été. Conclu in extremis, au cœur de la nuit, ce compromis marque une étape importante avant la trêve estivale du monde politique. Il contient une série de mesures structurantes en matière de pensions, d’emploi et de fiscalité.
Que prévoit précisément ce texte, et quelles en seront les répercussions pour les travailleurs, les entreprises et les finances publiques? Faut-il y voir le début d’une nouvelle phase de rigueur budgétaire? Les mesures de flexibilité permettront-elles réellement d'améliorer la compétitivité des entreprises belges?
