The crash happened late Friday night, May 1, 2026, around 10:30p.m., at the intersection of Bullard Avenue and Palm Avenue in northwest Fresno. Two juveniles, ages 13 and 12, were riding together on a motorized scooter/moped when they were hit by a white pickup truck traveling on Bullard Avenue.
