James (known to fans as “The Mayor of Hinchtown”), spent over a decade racing in IndyCar, racking up 161 starts, six wins, 18 podiums, and even capturing pole at the 100th Indianapolis 500 in 2016. Rookie of the Year in 2011 and twice voted IndyCar Fan Favorite, James overcame a life-threatening crash at Indy in 2015, making a miraculous return just four months later.
Since stepping back from full-time racing, James has become one of motorsport’s most recognizable voices. He’s a FOX Sports’ IndyCar analyst, an F1 expert on TV, and co-host of the hit podcast Off Track with Hinch & Rossi. Off the track, he even danced his way to second place on Dancing with the Stars.
