Hey, team glenaies are here. Welcome back to the Building
Better Human Project podcast. Today's messages are a reminder for
all the high achievers, the gold chasers, the ones who
never stop pushing forward and gee, I hope that's you.
Here's the quote they want to drop on you. Maybe
you don't notice your progress because you're always raising the bar.
Let that sit with you for a moment. You see,

(00:31):
when you're wired for growth, it's easy to forget just
how far you've come. Why Because a moment you hit
one target, your focus shifts to the next. You don't
stop to celebrate, You don't take stock. You just raise
the bar. And while that hunger can be a superpower,
it can also blind you to your own evolution. Think
about where you were six months ago, a year ago.

(00:54):
The things that used to stress you out, overwhelm you,
maybe even scare you, They barely rattle you. Now you've grown,
you've leveled up. But if you never pause to acknowledge that,
it can start to feel like you're never enough. And
that's the trap. Always raising the bar without recognizing your
wins creates a loop where you're chasing fulfillment but not

(01:15):
arriving at it. So here's your reminder. Progress isn't just
about reaching the next peak. It's also about looking back
and realizing how high you've already climbed. This week, I'd
love you to take ten minutes and write down five
ways that you've grown this year. Not achievements, growth, mindset, discipline, resilience,

(01:38):
emotional maturity, boundaries, focus, whatever it is, own it, celebrate
it because sometimes the reason you feel stuck is because
you've forgot how much momentum you already have. Keep raising
the bar absolutely, but don't forget to stand on it
once in a while and look at the view that's
if today. Team, keep building better humans and don't forget

(02:01):
you're one of them.
