Hey, team Gnaise are here. Welcome back to the building.
At a Humans pajec podcast. We did a three part
series last week on physical health and it was pretty
well received, so I thought, let's kick off a new
three part series today, and it's a big one. It's
mental health. Because no matter how dulled in your goals are,
how fit your body is, or how sharp your strategy is,

(00:30):
if your mind isn't healthy, the rest falls apart. Here's
something we need to get clear on. Mental health isn't
a weakness. It's actually your greatest asset. We train our
bodies in the gym, we invest in our businesses, we
chase big dreams, but how often are we training our minds?
Because when your mind is right, everything else flows. Your focus,

(00:52):
your confidence, your relationships, your ability to handle pressure. Mental
health isn't about avoiding breakdowns. It's about building strength, emotional resilience,
the ability to face adversity and not break, to sit
with discomfort and not run, to keep showing up when
life gets heavy. So here's your reminder today. Just like

(01:14):
physical health, mental strength is built through daily reps and
it starts small, ten minutes of silence before your day
begins a walk without your phone, just breathing and being present,
journaling your thoughts without judgment, talking to someone not because
something's wrong, but because you're worth being heard. And don't

(01:35):
wait until at rock bottom to prioritize your mind. Make
it a part of the lifestyle now because mental health
is freedom and it compounds. So this week I got
you to think about giving your mind what it needs, rest, reflection,
space and support. That's how you build better humans, and
it starts between your ears.
