Humans Project podcast. So when I thank everyone for the
feedback over the last few weeks where we've been doing
series and we did a series on physical health. We're
doing a series on mental health, part three which comes

get stuck in today part three of our series on
mental health with one of the most important pieces of
all and I call this protecting your piece. We're living
in a world that's always loud, notifications, opinions, comparisons, pressure,

it's NonStop, and if you don't actively protect your piece,
the world will happily hijack it. Mental health isn't just
about what you do. It's also about what you're rems,
what you stop doing. Sometimes it's not a lack of motivation,
it's a lack of boundaries. So today, here are four
practical tips to guard your peace and sharpen your mind.

Number one, declutter your digital space. Unfollow people who drain
your energy, mute negativity, curate your feedle you create your
environment intentionally. Number two, say no without guilt. Protecting your
time is protecting your mind. You don't know anyone access
to your energy. Saying no is self respect, not selfishness. Three,

prioritize sleep like it's sacred. Mental health and sleep are married.
Poor sleep needs to poor decision making, emotional reactivity, and burnout.
Get consistent with your prioritizing of sleep, and number four
talk it out. Real strength isn't pretending you're fine. It's
having the courage to say I'm not okay, but I'm

working on it. Whether it's a mate, a coach, or
a therapist, speak you're true, You're not alone. The truth is,
piece isn't found, its built one boundary, one choice, one
deep breath at a time, and you don't have to
wait until you break to start healing. Start now, Start small,
Start where you are, because when your mind is clear,

your power is limitless. Keep building better humans, and don't
forget to build a space where your own mind feels
safe to live in it.
