of our series on physical health. Today, I want to
talk about something that often gets overlooked in the pursuit
of goals. Energy. We talk a lot about time management,
we obsess over productivity hacks, but let me tell you
none of that matters. If you do not have the

energy to follow through. You can have ten hours in
the day, if you're running on fumes, what are the
quality of those hours. You don't need more time, You
need better output, and better output comes from one thing.
How well you take care of your machine. What you
eat matters, how you move matters, whether you sleep, hydrate,
breathe with intention, all of it matters. Because energy is

one just seems sharp, driven and unstoppable. It's not just talent,
it's the way they protect and fuel their energy. And
here's the deal. If you're tired all the time, snapping
at people, losing momentum by two pm, that's not a
personality flaw, it's a health signal. Fix The body and

Here's what I want you to try this week. Sleep
lock in seven to eight hours, no exceptions. Hydration two
to three liters of water daily. Your brain will thank you.
Movement even on rest days. Move, walk, stretch, breathe food

one clean meal at a time. It doesn't have to
be complicated, just intentional, and most importantly, track how you feel.
Not your weight, not your reps, just your energy. That's
the measure that matters. You want to sharp better in
your relationships, crush it in business, lead your family with presents.
