Hello and welcome to the weird and wacky, Wonderful Waller
Show as we kick off into a fantastic weekend of
racing first Saturday of September. September is going to be
a good month. Great.
Great month. Yeah, September. Yeah it was.
August was pretty good though, wasn't it?
Very good. August. Yeah.
How did we end up end up last Saturday. Good.

(00:25):
Good day. Yeah. Up and down day. But overall a
good day. A learning day track was firm. Very quick,
very quick. Very firm. Um, but there was a glow
about the track, was it? Wasn't there.
More of a spring glow than anything.
She's pretty special. Autumn glow. And she's pulled up well,
heading to the tea rose. Next start. Three weeks this time.
Not two weeks.

(00:46):
And. And what else? Had a little bottle of rum
on Saturday night.
Oh, Matusalem. Yes. Um. He was terrific. He was, wasn't he? Kerrin.
Kerrin McEvoy was just parking them. Just slotting them in. Just. Yeah.
And he did that with him and he did a
good job. A few other promising horses there as well.
Yeah, absolutely.

(01:07):
Oh and Usea pin. Useapin on Sunday.
The winner.
Yeah. Yeah, that was good. If you're up for Father's Day,
that was your Father's Day special, a little gift. Yeah.
It's your first Father's Day. Go pretty.
Good. I got given a book. She blew her budget
on a book.
Not the Winx book. No Winx movie comes out next week.
Does it? Yeah. Are you going? I think it's like Thursday.

(01:29):
Maybe this week. Thursday? Yeah. Yeah. Are you going to go?
I've been.
Popcorn. Yeah. Too intense for.
Popcorn? No, it's a bit of everything, really. It's actually
quite a good story. Is it? Yeah. Some great actors
in it. Oh I bet. When's the. Do they have
the logies? The gold logies?
Yeah. You can get a little statue, don't you? Yeah.

(01:51):
Imagine you when you get announced. Yeah. It'd be like
the awards night that you went to last week.
I wouldn't.
Cry. Up and down every two seconds for one of
your horses, wasn't it?
It was a good night. Yeah.
Just smashed them.
We had a good night. The stables smashed him. Stables
done a good job. Yeah. Thank you. Fantastic job everybody,
including Charlie behind the scenes.
Righto. We'll rip into this week. Got the Chelmsford.

(02:14):
So we're doing this on a Tuesday.
So we've got no draws.
Which is good because we normally get bad draws. Yeah.
So no bad draws. No negativity.
No. Full of full of confidence. Leading into four runners,
potentially four runners in the Chelmsford. You could have a
tissue this.
Time of the year. I've been sneezing a lot. We have.

(02:37):
First run was good. Worked a treat this morning, buckaroo.
Second up.
His first up run was good and he's come through
his run well.
Frank the tank. Francesco.
Um, he's come through the run. Well. Appreciate the mile.
Probably still another run away.
Okay. And hinged. Second up.

(02:58):
Loves them all at Randwick. Uh, she's ready to go.
So we got three good chances here. And Francesco to follow.
Paul into the tramway. Another four. Another little quartet. You
have democracy manifest. Brilliant. First up. Nash was keen to
stick with him wherever he went.
He said. Yeah, not 100% sure if he runs here
or the, um. And 1300 metre Theo Marx next week. But, um,

(03:24):
if he does run. Yes, you're right, he was terrific
first up and he's in for a mighty preparation.
Kovilakam where are we at with this horse? He hasn't
won since winning the Derby. No.
He's lost a few supporters, but he hasn't lost me, Charlie. Okay. Yeah,
I think he's going really well. I know he won
the derby over 2500m, but I think he's ready to run. Run.

(03:46):
Well okay.
Molly Bloom.
Yeah. Not sure if she'll run here or the, uh,
the Theo Marks. I'm thinking second up in the, um
in the ipsum for Molly. Uh, so I don't want
to over race her before then, because the mile is
probably a little bit. Oh, she's good miler. She's a

(04:07):
Group one horse. Yes, she is in New Zealand. Yeah.
And probably here too. So see how she draws and
things like that.
And Mike Phillips's brother, Osipenko.
Um, look, he's pretty similar to Kovalenko, this horse. He's
going well at home, but, yeah, him and Kovalenko are
good at that. So I think we're taking the blinkers

(04:29):
off and just a few little things and it's going well. Yeah,
it's going well.
And we've got the half sister for sale as well.
So we won't be for sale after Saturday will it,
by myself. That's what I thought.
What do they do? What do we do?
What are you in the cash cow?
They just contact you if they need a. Yeah.
Contact me.
What is it? Darcy. Brummer. No. Yep. Yep. Darcy. Good.

(04:53):
Residual value. And you've got a half, two. Madame Madam.
Pumpernickel.
Yes, madam. Pompeii.
Pompeii. Pompeii. Pompeii. Bye bye. Wootton Bassett, or one of
my favourites? One of my favourites.
How much left?
50.
50%.
Well, actually, I don't think there is, because I, uh
I think our dear, dear old friend who made the

(05:15):
signs for your beautiful new office. Or maybe taking a chance. Yes.
Very good. Well, it won't last long.
Okay. Furious stakes. Lizura teaberry.
Well, she's promising Philly. Um. She'll run well, fresh. It's
as simple as that. I think she's got a bright future.

(05:35):
She still hasn't fully matured yet, but, um, she's done
nothing wrong. I think she's two from two, including a
listed winner at Scone.
Then into the city Tatts Cup. You've got two Hong
Kong based owners heading off against each other. Canberra legend
and Mr. Ho and Mr. Bruce and Strathspey.
Well, Canberra Camera legend will appreciate stepping up to 2400m.

(05:59):
Appreciate a good draw. Hopefully we can just get a
run of the race and see him finish off strong
and straight. Wow, he was good last start wasn't he?
Distance is no problem to him and Jay will.
Be happy that he's going up in grade and finally
got his weight again won't.
He? That's right, he will be. He's won on him twice. Twice.
There you go. Yeah. Jay Ford three times.

(06:21):
Alias in the 94 mile.
Uh, yeah.
He's all right at Hawkesbury.
Yeah. He was passed Mark. I thought he was okay. Yeah,
he'd like a bit of probably a bit of give
in the track, but he's going, all right. This is
his type of race.
All Toff dual accepted for here in Melbourne. Went Moonee
Valley direction this morning.
Yeah. It was only fair left handed wasn't he. I

(06:43):
found they get I find they get around Moonee Valley
pretty well though. It's like they're sort of on a speedway.
Are you basing.
That on Winx? Yeah. Yeah.
I thought so. Um, so we'll see how he draws
and make a decision later on Wednesday.
Congregation.
He's been off the scene for a long while, but
his trial, well, work's been good. He's a bit of

(07:04):
a smoker. Yeah, he would just about close to your eyes,
would he? No. Okay. Second pick. Wait for it. You
have to wait a little bit longer.
Because if Emirate lines up, he'll spank him. Oh.
In the same race.
Same race. 53 kilos. Timmy. Clark. Oh, Timmy, are you
riding 50? 53. Next Saturday? No I'm not. Ah. You

(07:24):
want to ride Emirate? Oh, I'm riding 53 next Saturday. Thanks, Tim. Thanks, Tim.
There you go.
So it's a pretty big nudge, I reckon.
Is he out there washing your car at the moment?
Just to get on him? Yep. My word. Moonee Valley,
we've got a couple of other runners. We've got Denmark.
Yes, he's going.
Victorious up there with old Lee McGurk again. Lee Gordon.

(07:48):
Three runs, three different states. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That'd be special.
Yeah, it would, wouldn't it? Yeah. It won't keep going though.
He can't. He couldn't go to Adelaide. What the Hobart
cap do you think, mate?
Perfect race for Dean.
Mark my word. He's going well. The multinational, uh, Aramco

(08:09):
scratch from last weekend and this weekend.
Went to the Valley this morning. Got round it pretty well.
He's the horse that ran out at Randwick a few
starts ago. He's been good since being in Melbourne. Touch
short a mile. But he worked well this morning at
the Valley.
Then you got Logan the street lion.
Yes. First. First up probably just needs needs to lift

(08:32):
a little bit. Okay. It's getting a bit old but
he's I think he's got another win left him. But
it needs to be the right race. What's your best, Charlie?
Charlie's eyes.
Emirate has to be Emirate. Emirate clear.
Top pick and wild cup. Saturday. Friday. Yeah, it's a
great place.
It's going to be a tough race, isn't it Yes.

(08:54):
For just for just for the three of yours alone? Yeah.
Who'd you pick? Uh, Etna. You're a massive fan. I
like her.
Yeah. I like the master.
I do like my dad, though.
Do you?
Yeah. What about. But then Dan Cremin gets off. Man's voice. Yes.
Or Ben? Was it Ben Cardin said, oh, he's back

(09:16):
to his best. Well, jeez, if he's back to his best,
he'll flog them, huh?
We're a great chance of winning the World Cup this year.
Great chance. Yeah. Just go through the wall of trifecta, huh?
And then load it all into emirate. What a fantastic
weekend of punting you've got. If only this was a
punting show. Yeah.

(09:36):
Parramatta got one up the other day.
Yeah, we'll smash the Tigers on Friday night. I'm going
to go to the pub with big Bad Bruno. Oh.
One of you is going to win.
Yeah, one of us is going to win. Yeah, that's
for sure. Whoever loses gets the gets the bill.
Righto. You got jobs to do.
See you later.

Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today.
