I think hypnosis still has kind of a magical air to it, but Claire Aristides has made it part of her life’s work to get it into the mainstream. And she’s really passionate about using it as a tool to help people with their confidence and overcoming imposter syndrome.

Claire has used hypnosis to overcome fertility issues, for business goals and even to help with her daughter’s heart surgeries.
