After facing postnatal anxiety and struggling with the idea of being separated from her baby when returning to work, Lauren decided to build the solution she needed — a coworking model with onsite childcare that allows parents to work while staying close to their little ones. That idea became BubbaDesk, a growing network of spaces across Australia helping mums (and dads) balance purpose and presence.
Lauren also shares the story behind her new app, Wombee — a tech platform built to help mums find local, values-aligned mother’s groups and genuine community support offline.
