Em 2023 foi submetido um processo para o alargamento da licença parental para seis meses, pagos a 100%. Isto é diferente daquilo que se faz agora, já que atualmente a licença parental só é remunerada a 100% se a mãe escolher ficar apenas quatro meses sem trabalhar. Mas porque é que este alargamento é tão importante? E porque é que mais do que uma despesa é um investimento?
