A polémica está instalada na minha página de Instagram (@Pedroandersson_oficial) a propósito da partilha de um comentário de um de ouvinte que disse estar a amortizar o crédito à habitação e no qual mencionou os valores que tem amortizado. São valores acima da média, o que gerou logo uma onda de comentários a criticar a relevância da divulgação destes exemplos “bons”.
A partir dessas críticas, explico, neste episódio, qual deve ser a estratégia de amortização do crédito à habitação, seja qual for o seu rendimento, e a partir de que valores deve começar a pensar nisso como estratégia de vida financeira.
