Camilla Fayed is the Founder of FARMACY, a plant-based restaurant in London known to provide customers with high-quality and organic plant-based foods and drinks. Camilla founded FARMACY on the belief that plant-based food is medicine to the human body. She is passionate about natural farming and sustainability, and upholds a strong belief that future restaurants must coexist with nature.
Camilla joins me today to discuss why she shifted to a 100% plant-based lifestyle and how food became her medicine. She shares the idea behind FARMACY and the struggles she encountered before it became a household name in London. She explains why it’s not the food we eat that is really harming us, but the additives megacorporations put in to make the food taste better. Camilla also describes her thoughts on those who view plant-based living as expensive and what she finds exciting about living a plant-based lifestyle.
"If the world wants to limit climate change, it needs to start with your plate." - Camilla Fayed

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
