A nossa convidada de hoje é a Ana Matos: Nascida em Lisboa em 1972, é a fundadora e directora da Salgadeiras Arte Contemporânea, galeria fundada em 2003. Depois de muitos anos no Bairro Alto, a galeria mudou-se para a Av Estados Unidos da América e representa nomes como os de Augusto Brázio, Inês D´Orey ou Rita Gaspar Vieira.
Há outro nome que a Ana simbolicamente representa: o de José Saramago, seu avô. A Ana é curadora da Fundação José Saramago sendo responsável pela programação da delegação da Azinhaga onde o escritor, prémio Nobel, nasceu em 1922.
A acompanhar a conversa, em cima da mesa temos hoje um Barão do Hospital. Já agora, acredita-se que as terras onde se situa a Quinta do Hospital, de onde provém este vinho, na freguesia de Ceivães, concelho de Monção, foram doadas pela mãe de Dom Afonso Henriques à Ordem Hospitalária de São João de Jerusalém ou Ordem do Hospital.
