Nick is kok, en weet zijn culinaire passie met enthousiasme over te brengen op honderdduizenden Nederlanders via zijn YouTube-kanaal EtenmetNick.
Nick volgde de koksopleiding, en studeerde daarna aan het Grafisch Lyceum. Hij maakte carrière als video-editor, maar besloot in 2019 zijn twee passies te combineren in een YouTube-kanaal. In vier jaar tijd wist hij ruim 180.000 Nederlanders zo ver te krijgen om zijn wekelijkse kookvideo's te kijken. Ondertussen schreef hij ook twee kookboeken: Eten met Nick, en dit jaar BBQ'en met Nick. Beiden stonden in de bestsellerlijsten van Nederlandse kookboeken. Nicks recepten vinden met succes hun weg naar de keuken van menig Nederlander.
