Met deze week: de vergunning voor windpark IJmuiden Ver Beta wordt ingrijpend aangepast. Het consortium Zeevonk zegt het project niet meer volgens de afspraken in de vergunning uit te kunnen voeren. Dat komt doordat buizenstelsel de Delta Rhine Corridor pas later klaar is. Andere partijen zeggen dat daarmee het Nederlandse tendersysteem kapot is. Wat er allemaal aan de hand is, legt redacteur Sabine Sluijters uit.
