Joep vertelt ook waarom de wereldwijde capaciteit om ondergronds veilig CO₂ op te slaan veel minder groot blijkt dan eerdere schattingen. Hoofdredacteur Wouter Hylkema licht toe wat het betekent dat Nederland volgens branchevereniging Energie-Nederland zo snel mogelijk een centrale capaciteitsmarkt moet invoeren om leveringszekerheid van elektriciteit te garanderen.
