Als diese Ecke der Welt für die ruhelosen Banditen zu klein wurde, blickte ein Mann nach Osten… Thomas Tew, ein ehemaliger Freibeuter, war einer der ersten Piraten, der in den Indischen Ozean segelte. Angelockt von Gold, Gewürzen und Edelsteinen, die in den Laderäumen der Mogulschiffe transportiert wurden, begab sich Tew auf eine neue Segelroute, welche die „Piratenrunde“ genannt wurde. Eine Route voller Entschlossenheit... und Blut.
