In this compelling interview with Founder and Franchisor of Australia's only Occupational Therapist Franchise, ActivOT, Helen Whait shares her story of growing up in a household led by extreme coercive control. Her narcissistic father, also a devout Catholic, restrained Helen from so many of the basic experiences that most children have, that the only way for her to gain freedom and escape the trauma she experienced at home, was to join a Convent as a Nun.

In the first tell all interview about her journey, this courageous, inspiring and kind person shares how the adversity she faced has subsequently helped her raise her three children as a single Mum, grow a unique and large business model and find her happiness in her 50s.

Have you had a moment to rate or review the show yet? This helps so very much if you so kindly could please. A little 5 star goes a long way.

Thanks for tuning in, until next Tuesday, Edwina.

Topics Covered: Narcissism, Emotional Abuse, Religion, Single Parent, Franchised Business, Divorce
