Siri Baruc Thornton was born into a yoga ashram in Boston, Massachusetts in1978. This community woke before sunrise to practiced yoga + meditation daily. At age two, her family moved to Vermont where Siri’s dad taught yoga classes (which she attended), and her mom discovered the power of energy work called Reiki. Siri became immersed in the world of Reiki through the weekly meditation group of Reiki Masters and learned Reiki I and II from her mom’s Master, the late Karen Krieger.  She went on to graduate from The Reiki Healing Connection in Wilton, New Hampshire in 2003. 

Siri founded sage + blush wellness to empower us to live in our authentic truth and experience our own unconditional love and full expression of the intentional soul that we are, providing services in breathwork, Reiki, Akashic, Spiritual Tools Training, Virtual Doula Support, and Airbnb + Interior Décor Consultation!
