S1E42: Back-to-School Spotlight - Orange Grove Elementary School

It's BACK TO SCHOOL and today Robin and Ron dive into the amazing-ness of Hunter Clendaniel's leadership as CEO of an incredibly successful and innovative charter school in Charleston, South Carolina.

Orange Grove Elementary School has been around as long as Robin, both turning 60 this year, so there is much to celebrate!!

As always, this conversation starts at the beginning with Hunter's classroom and work experiences, mentors, and (sometimes) weather patterns that change the trajectory of one's life. 

In addition to that robust conversation, Hunter and his wife, Shawna were both students in Robin's College of Charleston class "way back when."  What a fun full-circle conversation, this is, although not much has changed from the early skateboarding-to-class to sleeping-on-the-roof-of-the-school antics of Mr. Clendaniel.  But that's what makes that this school so FUN and SUCCESSFUL!
