Resaltó que hay incoherencia entre lo que dice la ley y lo que dice el gobierno que dice la Ley, el gobierno dice que va a ser voluntario, sin embargo la Ley dice que la CURP Biométrica es un documento de identificación obligatorio e exclusivo para la identificación de las personas.
