A conversa aprofunda a análise divulgada no artigo «O seu PPR está a dar lucro ou prejuízo? Saiba como confirmar», publicado no Contas-Poupança, em que se revela que a rentabilidade média de mais de 7 mil PPR transferidos nos últimos quatro anos foi apenas de 1,58% ao ano — muito abaixo da inflação.
Nesta entrevista, explicamos porque tantos Planos Poupança Reforma (PPR) estão a registar perdas ou rendibilidades tão baixas — por exemplo, 22% dos casos analisados estavam a perder dinheiro no momento da transferência.
Vemos também a importância de olhar para mais do que o benefício fiscal no IRS: embora aplicável, esse incentivo não chega para compensar uma má escolha de produto.
Vai aprender a identificar e pedir os dados que permitem confirmar se o PPR que tem está a render ou a perder valor — valor e data de entregas, rentabilidade anualizada, rendimento acumulado, TEC (Taxa de Encargos Correntes) e custos de transferência.
