No “Estadão Analisa” desta quinta-feira, 25, Carlos Andreazza comenta sobre o arquivamento sumário da PEC da Blindagem determinado presidente do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre (União-AP). O projeto criava regras para dificultar a abertura de ações penais contra parlamentares.
Alcolumbre explicou que, por conta da votação unânime na Comissão de Constituição e Justiça do Senado, rejeitando a PEC, não havia necessidade de submeter o assunto à votação no plenário da casa legislativa.
A Comissão de Constituição e Justiça do Senado Federal considerou a PEC inconstitucional. O presidente do colegiado, Otto Alencar (PSD-BA), e o relator da PEC, Alessandro Vieira (MDB-SE), trabalharam para “enterrar” a proposição.
