Steve Chen is a serial entrepreneur and cofounder of YouTube. In this episode, Steve shares his experiences moving to Taipei after several decades in Silicon Valley, how he balances being a father with work, and what he’s doing to further develop Taipei’s startup scene.
He also shares his thoughts on how Taiwan can attract and nurture more international talent through programs like the Employment Gold Card - the first of which was issued to Steve in 2018, and the difference raising children in Taipei compared to California.
