Vandaag viel er een brandbrief op de mat in Den Haag. De gemeenten, waterschappen, NS, ProRail en Tennet waarschuwen gezamenlijk dat woningbouwprojecten en spooronderhoud tot honderd dagen langer kunnen duren door nieuwe versoepelingen van aanbestedingsregels.
