Speaker 1 (00:02):
Welcome back to the Football Today podcast, brought to you
by Betfair. Who are on your side this EPL season?
I'm your host Liam Mcalligan, sometimes known as Ben Chilwell,
also known as the stats Guy. As always, I'm joined
by Marcus Barzano's you a lovely spider man too? Athletico
Madrid kit go to bring it back out? I had
to test him money his Athletico Madrid knowledge. IF's the
lader were an Athletico Madrid kit, did I pass? You passed?

(00:24):
If you actually had a few players? I forgot even
cond Of Gallagher went there to galliher the boy, the
boy from a Madrid's Player of the month. He did.
He's killed in the first month as a Chelsea found
a very sad that him go. But who would you
rather right now, Enzo Fernandez or Connor Gallagher? I think
you know my answer probably conn Of Gallagher. Interesting but

(00:45):
that might be But by the end of the career
maybe Enzo. Maybe what do you reckon? I'm torn? I
love Connor Gallagher. Uh, I'll go with now, oh I
got for the boys. There you go. Today we're going
to cover the top football and EPL news, the best
Betfair back on lay bets for the EPL futures as well,
because there's an international break. Sadly there's an international break.

(01:05):
There's already been three and that is a joke. But anyway,
we're gonna have a look at the EPR future bets,
so that's gonna be a bit of fun title handicap
tips as well. That's through bet Fair as well, and
finished with some picks for the biggest games coming up
across the international break, including a few funny games, few
funny matchups that will touch on before we start. Make
sure you subscribe to our YouTube channel of the Football

(01:28):
TikTok and Football Today Australia on Facebook and Instagram. All right,
we've got through all the festival festival. What's the word?
I was looking for? A bad start, great start around
the grounds starting off well, maladies, That's what I meant
to say up and about on today's show Around the

(01:49):
grounds and city. We've got to touch on them. They've
lost four straight games across all competitions. That's the first
time ever under Pep Guardiola that's happened. What the hell
is going on? And they just lost two to one
to Brighten over the weekend. Crazy scenes that Man City
just keep losing. They've just been the benchmark for what
five or six years now. Yeah, so they've won, they
stop won four in a row, so what's going on there?

(02:12):
It couldn't be what I don't know. They're already five
points behind Liverpool. Alarmingly, it's the goals conceded rogery. They're
a lot less stable. They're conceded thirteen, which is the
same amount conceded as the likes of Chelsea Fulham. Cool
and you compare that's Liverpool. I've only conceeted six, sitting
on the top of the table. So pretty alarming for

(02:35):
Pep Guardiola, he's basically already ruled them out of the
title race. He said, he goes of one of five
seasons in a row, it's probably fair to let like
another good team winner get stuffy. He was like trying
to say, we'll let the other team win. I know
what he's saying, Like, no one can have a go
at Man City because at the end, eventually, at the
end of the day, Yeah, I don't think it's over. Yeah,

(02:55):
they have to have a season off. They've won, they've
been in the race for six years. Ye well maybe, yeah,
true because I won seven last six. Yes, yeah, that
one works. But yeah, that's been pretty crazy. A few
people are calling out. Yeah, their defense. They've only had
two clean sheets at their eleven matches in the Premier Leage,
which is very rare because the big part of that

(03:18):
is Roger. If they've said it every week, is he
the glue? When Roger plays, they win exactly. It hasn't played.
He's injured right now. He won the Ball and Door
best player in the world and he's out for the
entire season, so I'm not going to look great. And yeah,
look like some of those easy games as well, they're
conceding goals like ipswitch at home they conceded. They conceded
to Wolves as well, who obviously haven't had the best

(03:40):
to start. Yep, we're conceding to Wolves, conceding to that,
I know it was in the fl Cup at Watford.
Then you're conceding Brentford who have been okay, conceding to
west Ham who have been horrible, Like even though a
few of them are wins, just their defense are struggling.
Kyle Walker is getting called out by a few people
in the media as well, he's lost his he's touched
a little bit fast. He's fast as quick and he's

(04:04):
not getting in the right spots. I don't think of
the fullback position. So honestly, this might be a bit
of a world shower. But he would probably be third
choice at Chelsea right now, real third, he'd probably be
and James that right back. Yeah yeah, is that is
that too big of a shower? I don't know. That's
a good little clip though, So Carl Walker his third

(04:24):
choice would be third right back at Chelsea. Yeah, maybe
I'll put my I'll put my neck on one. Why not?
Why not? I don't mind that. I like I like
how you are roll sometimes in the show. Next time
I'm going to touch on. I love ange I love
ange Ball. But we can all laugh at Spurs. Spurs
continue to be Spursy. This thing of Spursy, it should

(04:44):
just be in the dictionary. It's like, yeah, now nor
whatever it is, sorry not now. It would be adjective
describing a team that just crumble and bottle definition. They
lose to e switch town to one on the weekend
at their home stadium, Tottenham Hot Spurs Stadium, and continue.
That would have put them to third, and where are
they now? Around ninth, ninth or eighth. I think let's
have a look. They are tenth tenth. There you go,

(05:07):
so they could have gone to third. I don't know
if there is a curse, because I believe that Andrew
is a really good manager. He's been a bit stubborn.
But the fact that they just lose to these crap
teams and then they'll randomly beat a really good team.
It's just the classic Spurs way and they can't get
out of the way of it. It is. Yeah, it's
been very interesting and we bought Dominic. We both did.
We put the lay fbl Captain's no really good form

(05:30):
out de brace Ye against sipswich are home. Yeah, there's
going to be goals, don't play attacking yep, book it
in and then uncordiately yeah yeah so they are Yeah,
smash Villa beat City in the EFIL Cup. Then before
that they lose the Palace and then on the weekend
they lose tostwitch Town. There's no consistency, consistency at all
and it's very very frustrating. Yeah, for Fantasy Premier League

(05:52):
managers for trading, but it's very funny from an outside
Chelsea fans. It's tarning to get to the point where
I'm feeling sorry for Spurs fans because just its season
and they will be in our future bets. Yes, so
be sure to stick around, stick around for that one.
Even that. Yes, Burs has just been doing it for
so long when Chelsea were the most dominant Prime Chelsea

(06:14):
they called it when it was white Heart Lane, they
got a three point lane because you'd go there. The
big teams go there and go a they're supposed to
be always win. The Chelsea would always win there and
a lot of teams are feeling that at the moment,
like they shouldn't be losing your home town. It was
a space where Chelsea beat Tottenham three times in eight days. Yeah,
that's right. That was in It was Thomas too Schol's era,
Thomas Chelsea. Yeah, I was going to say that sounds

(06:35):
like my basketball team. We just lost three straight games
in the road to the same team, including finals. But
that's that's another podcast to get It was washed basketball highlights,
just honestly not not No. We need to get your
cricket ones on the Cricket Today podcast. Make sure you
check that out. Reckon your cricke highlights on there could
be right. We'll be sure to select the good ones though. Actually,

(06:56):
and our indoors remember how we're going to make an
indoor something. We should make any team jeralds in when
we can have little highlights and oh we're a mic,
that'd be funny. Yeah, we have so much time on
the hand, so we can do one not all right.
Next one Chelsea won Arsenal one, So draw there you
predicted the one old draw, so happy with that. And
the goal scorer for Arsenal who is no yet. He's

(07:19):
been in really good form. Soccer and Palma both out
held down really well. So Soccer yeah, helped look cuk
Corea locked him down, Cooker had locked him down and
got mad at the match. Kokreag getting mad at the matches.
Wild predicted that I guess who gave it to him? Who?
Gary Neville? Really yeah, he said he was craffy, shouldn't
be at that level. And I think since then he's

(07:40):
dominated for Spain for Spain and then he's back into
Chelsea last season and this season has been really good.
I at the start thought he was horrible. I thought
he didn't track back at all. Now he's been so good.
He's locked down fast, he's very good, he's got beautiful hair.
He's just a bit of chaos about him. He sings
songs about Australia. Didn't get trippled past once in the
entire game by anyone. That's awesome and that god zero

(08:03):
zero chances created, zero chances, created beautiful. But on the
other side, Palmer as well, he had that shot early
in the first tea minutes, the knuckleball I thought he was.
I was like, that was nuts. This guy he's gonna
be on today. But to be fair, he didn't really
do much. A bit disappointed. He didn't get who was
who was Felix should come on Felix, Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So honestly, I think both teams will take a draw.

(08:24):
But Arsenal, I think that was a fair result. That
had a couple of chances, the last chance of the
whole game. They probably should have varied. But then open goal, yeah,
would have meant his first goal for Chelsea as well.
So that's a bit sad for Chelsea fans. But that
last chance for Arsenal just on the ground guy. No,
if Tros didn't touch that, Havertz was tapping it into

(08:44):
I would have been someone was in the back. I
would have been livid ki Havers winner and he would
have given us. He also gave a shush to Stanford
Bridge and then his goal got ruled out, So yeah,
cut that habit kept a little hat in the game
from Chelsea. I swear the old thing of I don't care.
I reckon you were allowed to celebrate against your old team.
But he has celebrated against Chelsea before a good look.

(09:04):
It's not a good look. Yeah, but like you can celebrate.
I think, yeah, if you score a nineteth minute, winning
means celebrate exactly. But I wouldn't like shush. No, don't
shush your former club. The other thing he won, he
helped to swing a Champions League, so I'll respect him
a little bit. He helped win the Champions leagu anyway,
last one. This is a big one in Premier League
news around the grounds. EBL ref David Coot suspended after

(09:27):
making derogatory comments about Liverpool and Ergan Klop. So he
was had a big night. Shall we say someone filmed him?
Was his mate or it doesn't really come out? I
think it was. I think I don't think it was
a mate, but I think it was just like it
was a house party. I think it was just someone
who he was very intoxicated or other things, extracurric curricular activities.

(09:49):
I don't know, but yeah, which is this is just
not a good look for was crossing the other sort
of white line. Yeah he was, he was. I don't
know if we could talk about that. Allegedly Allegedly Wayne
care I opon he hangs out with him. Yeah, but
he's in trouble. He's banned for one week, which I
think is going to be extended. He's yeah, called out
Liverpool saying he hates Liverpool, he hates Corp in particular. Yeah,

(10:10):
we probably don't have to repeat what he said, but
he wasn't very nice. We use that term a lot
here in Australia has a nice rhymes run. Yeah, he
did say that, which is really bad. You don't want
a referee coming out and showing hatred towards a team
when they've refereed them before. And a lot of Liverpool

(10:32):
fans would say Liverpool fans were quick Tompson the title
when he called that handball? Was it the exact games?
There's been multiple scenarios, but I doubt he'll be refereeing
a Liverpool game for a very very very long time. So,
like I understand that referees at the highest of any
sport AFL, we will follow here, cricket, football, soccer, whatever
you want to call it. They obviously have supported the

(10:53):
team growing up. Particularly I've met as some AFI armpires
or some referees in different sports and they go, we
just got to get rid of that where we don't
even talk unless we're talking to our close mate, to
our family, We're not going to talk about this at all.
Don't even talk about hating another thing, because then that's
just a really really bad look. Because then if something
happens in the past like this one, that's that's a
bad look. He's going to be biased against Liverpool. That's

(11:15):
what people will think. Now. Yeah, well, Ange plus Koglu
is a was a Liverpool fan growing up. Yeah, yeah,
so he wouldn't say anything about it every time. No, Yeah,
So this was just really bad. And I don't know
if the EBL was handled it while yet because one
week isn't absolutely not and it just say he keeps
you I don't think you should keep his job. It's

(11:36):
just a really bad look. But agreed. Look, yeah, I
don't think you should keep his job either, but it'd
be funny. I think you said before the show, it'd
be funny if that's just the refecting standard. They go like,
you can just reaver every game but Liverpool games. But
then that's still a bit dodgy. I reckon. I think
that's probably if they're going to keep more thanless the
fairest way to go about it. That's so weird that
he's probably beening for the season and then he can

(11:58):
never referre to Liverpool in the future. Yeah, honestly fair
because you can't make those comments because then it's just
every call, every card. So I feel like even now
he has to go left to Wednesday a couple of weeks.
We'll talk about that. All right. That's around the grounds.
We had lots to talk about there. Let's get into
our favorite part of the show, the back old Laybet's,
thanks to Betfair, the only place to back on Laybett

(12:20):
on the EPR this season. We're gonna have a look
we last week's sure last week, Yes, we should talk
about last week really well. Are of six with Tony Hargreaves.
That's expert tips or as you like to call him
dog yet let us down. It's a little bit, a
little bit because we went two from two together. Then
he went for two from four, which is all right,

(12:40):
so four from six the whole show picking you picked Brentford.
In terms of the laying backs, you pick Newcastle will
win as well for us to Fulham. So all three
of those are like mid table teams. You go, oh,
this is actually a tricky one. Picked all of them,
and then we both picked the arsenal including Tony as
well the arsenal verse Chelsea draw. He laid arsenal so perfect,
Happy days, really really good odds there. So yeah, make

(13:02):
sure you check out Tony Hargrove's tips expert tips on
betfed dot com, dot you and our ones. Each week
every Wednesday we're given some tips. So this week we're
doing it. We're starting with the EPL title handicap. To
explain this a little bit, it gets a little bit confusing,
but we can explain it a little bit doing it.
You want to explain a little or we can explain
a little bit. It's basically your your team or a
club YEP is given a points difference, so to say,

(13:24):
at the season plus twenty yep, and they just have
to be within that means they have to be within
twenty points of whoever wins the league. Yep. So say
City win the league with ninety points, Chelsea have a
plus twenty points difference, they just got to be within
twenty points of Manchester City yep. So it's a really
fun market because obviously because you can bet on teams

(13:46):
and lower teams. Yeah, mid table teams, lower table teams
to be within teams like Liverpool at the moment man City. Yeah. Yeah,
And it's sort of like you already know at the
start of a season, at the moment that it's going
to be arsenal Man City, Liverpool is going to be
up there. But then these ones are sort of other
bets you can back and lay and things like that.
So Marcus, what are you backing for your EPR title
handicap which is a really good one. There are really

(14:08):
good Yeah, Liverpool who are currently top of the league.
City of the benchmark at moment according to the Betfair Exchange,
So Liverpool plus nine points at eight dollars sixties, they're
just going to be nine. So whoever wins the league,
So as long as they're within nine points. That already
means a fourteen point turnaround currently because they are five
points ahead of Manchester City and second, so would say

(14:31):
Manchester City win the league. That's th really fourteen point turnaround. Yeah,
I think no matter what at this stage of the season,
they're going to be top two. Yeah. Liverpool, I think
they're going to win the title from here because five
points is a lot and Liverpool, I don't know, they're
playing a lot more consistently. Consistently, they look a lot
better defensively. They only said it's six goals. More importantly, City,
the teams are chasing them aren't as good as they

(14:51):
were last season, the likes of City and Arsenal who
will likely be the challenges for the title, and you're
not going to need as many points to win the
title this seasons. Seasons we believe yep so to be
within nine points. I reckon that is so absolute lock.
That is a lock. I really like that. Eight or
sixty beautiful and Betfair my one. So we can have
a few winners in here in this title handicap race.

(15:12):
I'm back in Fulham plus forty two, so it's a
bit different to the plus nine at five bucks on Betfair.
I just think they've gone really really well. Right now
they are currently how many I didn't check that one.
Actually they are currently ten points behind. So in seventh
flying compared to last year they were. They were pretty
bad last year thirteenth. They've picked up Mill smith Row.
He's been one of the best, let's say, the top

(15:32):
few pickups the season, maybe even maybe even the best pickup.
Or jeez, Arsenal could have used smith Row when ode
Gar was ood for a few weeks. Yeah, they'll be yeah,
kicking themselves against that one. He's been so good. Harry
Wilson's kicked a few goals the last couple of weeks,
him ANDZ even since his injuries. He said so many
different injuries that head injuries by injury is the worst
one he's looked. He's getting some assists, which is even

(15:53):
not likek him usually finishes for goals. The last couple weeks,
has got an assist last season. So this is the
plus forty two they need to be within. I reckon
it'll be around I reckon it could be less than
that forty. So I'm happy with the forty two. Last
season there were forty four points behind ye Man City
who won the title. I think they're a lot better
than too, but they's got to be two points better
than they were last season. They've recruited well, they have

(16:13):
been really good at Craven Cottage at home and again,
whoever wins the league won't get as many points of
City did last year, so you're even looking at an
even smaller smaller change there. So yeah, so yeah, I'm
really happy with that one plus forty two the title
handicap bets, so make sure you get around that a
bit fair. There we go, all right, We've got a
couple more here. Future picks. There's going to be to
do with the table table picks. There will be a

(16:34):
little bit more straightforward. Yep. So what do you got,
Marcus trucking little labor there? We haven't little labor yet. Yeah,
So I'm going to lay a team which will also
refer to and look like a bottle they spursy, Yeah,
instead of instead of the chicken on the beach ball
for their logo, they can get the bottle on a

(16:55):
beach bottle on the beach ball on spurs, not to
finishing the top four. So laying the top four finish
at four dollars sixteen. Well, that's really, really, really good.
As we've talked about, they've been so inconsistent and if
you want to finish in the top four, you have
to be consistent, especially with so many great, great teams
in the league and more teams emerging like the likes

(17:15):
of Villa last year, Castle this season before, Brighton have
done it, and Chelsea are on the way up. As
you mentioned, so Tottenham are currently they're just the three
points behind the top four. But again looking at the
top top four, I hope it's going to be well,
you can say Liverpool City and Arsenal pretty much locks

(17:36):
for the top four, and that basically means six other clubs,
four to six other clubs are fighting for that fourth position,
and I just don't think Tottenham one. I'd say Chelsea
I've looked a lot more consistent. Brighton have looked a
lot obviously not to have, but we're predicting they might
drop off a little bit. Nice still will finish above
and probably yeah, I could still see Tottenham finishing above

(17:56):
Villa the way that Villa are playing. But again there's
there's there's only problem one spot in that top four
and Chelsea right now, he's probably that fourth spot. So
yeah at the moment, Yeah, no, I really I really
like that four dollars sixty and just you get to
back lay lay against Spurs and you get to back
then being Spursy, which is the easiest bet. I reckon
that's pretty good. And you're going to show the mid
table clubs. Yeah, why not? Why not? We love Knots.

(18:18):
Everyone's loving Knots. Their rise up the table up to fifth,
obviously lost on the weekend. At really good. I'm backing
Knots Forest, not even Forest to have a top ten finish,
So I think that's really good top half finish at
two dollars thirty. They're often down the bottom of the
table Knots, but they've started really well, only lost one
game at home so far. The we're gonna have a
lot of draws and a lot of wins at home
because the city ground is absolutely pumping in the moment.

(18:38):
Chris Wood, awesome for me's second in goals to halt.
If you said at the start of the season, we're
going on Harland Chris Wood, Chris was like thirty something
the Kiwi. Yeah, he's absolutely killing it. So I'm actually
attempted to do thirty two. See how many goals he's
going to score for New Zealand thirty three next month.
That is nuts. And he's probably in the form of
his life at the moment because he couldn't do anything

(18:59):
at Burnley when he was there. Yeah, no, that was
just Shamble's that time. He's been around the championship in
the Prepier League for a long while and yes he's
finally hit his stride. And so is Knots. This is
I love watching Knots. They're they're just playing so attacking.
Obviously lost to New cast on the weekend. You predicted
that one, but top half. If I'm looking at the
top half right now, I'd say they're slightly better than

(19:19):
Branford in my opinion, because Brentford is conceding too many
goals who are eleventh same as born and who are
eleventh born with her twelfth, So I reckon the top
ten right now is like locked, not the order, but
in the top ten. The only thing is it's so close,
so close. From Chelsea in third to Manchester United in
thirteenth is four points. They're just so see how crazy

(19:40):
difference it is? So like if Tottenham beat Its which
they would have been thirdh that's nuts. I agree. Yeah,
it's going to chop and change a lot. So there'll
be times if you're back in this bet you can
have a look at Oh crap, they're in eleventh or sixth.
It'll it'll be a world, right, it'll be a wild right.
But I really think their confidence is up there playing
so well. Morgan Gibbs, why you got our knees so good?
Us is more Prowl helped them the door. You're man,

(20:02):
They've just got so I love Hudson, keep forget about him.
They've just got so much depth that they didn't have
in the past. So top half finish is really doable.
Especially at the start of the season. We said the
likes of west Ham Crystal Pals could be up there.
Yeah they've been horrible, so yeah, pretty and to finish
mid table last season for context, or to finish, yeah,
inside the top ten, he needed forty nine points with
Crystal Palace. They're ready on nineteen points. Yeah through so

(20:25):
they ahead of the curve at the moment. They'rehead of
the curve at the moment, so I don't mind that. Cool,
all right, perfect, We're going to finish off here with
some international break matches. We don't always like the international
break because we love watching the apl oh, I hate
the international but we've got some bets in there, We've
got some future bets in there. Keep an eye on matches.
That's we're going to finish off here. We'll start off
for Astraant Soccer's are taking on Saudi Arabia. This is

(20:47):
a huge match because Arabia have been a really good
team in this World Cup qualification group. What do you
think is they've been underwhelming, but they always they're they're altera. Yeah, yeah,
we always qualify for the World Cup. And look Japan
of first and ten points. But Australia, Saudi Arabia and

(21:09):
Bahrain or all equal on five points, with India and
China Indonesia sorry, and China following behind on three points,
which makes this game even more important. Top two automatically qualify,
Otherwise third and fourth you got to go through a
grueling playoffs. So yes, if we can get a win
here at home just across the road, yes I missed that, yeah, yeah,

(21:33):
which would be a massive, massive game. And then obviously Bahrain,
who are also on five points, we play next week. Yeah, yeah,
so that'll be a huge one. But this is a
massive game because this could this could decide our fate
of easily getting through, not easily, but getting to the
World Cup. We're going to go through. We're going to
go through this whole other phase you're going to go through,
like other tournaments and other things like that, like when
we have to beat Peru in that tennedy shit, oh

(21:55):
my god, that was that was crazy. The Great Wiggles
step yeah, and Andrew redmind. But hopefully we're gonna have
to go through that pathway because that was hard, that
was tricky. So hopefully we can beat Sauta Arabia. Last time,
I just had to look they these two teams played,
Saudi Arabia won one nill. That was over in Saudi Arabia.
I'm pretty And also we've got a lot of young talent. Yeah,
so in two years time, a lot of these players,

(22:15):
like I could win the World Cups cold yeah, CARTI,
a lot of midfielders. They're going to mature. Aiden O'Neil
as well. Yeah, yeah, they're going to mature, and you're
going to see more so better than what you're seeing
right now. Out. Yeah, at the World couple of years.
So hopefully we win this one, then we get through
the World Cup. Would beautiful next tie. We want to
keep an eye on Grease first England. I just chucked

(22:37):
this in there because England last time they played lost
to Grease at Wembley, Wembley, and now it's back in Greece.
I think revenge. Oh wait, we didn't actually do a
prediction for that last one. I'm going to go soccer
is one nil, just purely at home. Yeah, I'm going
to go one nill. What do you reckon? Two one
soccers one nice, Grease fast England. Yeah, it's pretty funny
that they last last time for the but you never

(22:59):
knew this could be on the cards again. England should
beating them. But there are a lot of big players
missing for England. A lot of players have pulled out,
injured or up the Yeah, they don't want to be
they want to be fit for the upcoming Premier League games.
Obviously huge clustered fiction. Late November December and even earlier January,
so the likes of Cole Palmer leave like Cole will

(23:21):
Becao Soaker all pulled out of England duty so far,
and there's there's a host of others as well. Okay,
there you go. So are we still leaning towards I
think even yes, I think I still think England should
win this game. I wouldn't be surprised if they get
a few like free kicks. Thomas Tooschele's first game it is,
I think, tell me Tickles. Yeah, so it won't be
who was the who was the caretaker? Oh, I can't

(23:41):
even remember, I can't remember his name. It will come
to me though, Thomas that they might have a new
style and it will be actually interesting experiment a bit
we picked and things like that. So yeah, that's one
thing we know about Thomas Touchel team is that they're
very solid defensive. Yes, yes, yes, so this could be going.
It could be low scoring maybe one not I'm going
to go too nil to England. I don't I don't
know if Greece can score a goal again. Last time

(24:02):
I got really good. But I'm back in here. I'll
go I'll go three oneing actually nice next one. I
was putting there because a fun match up Belgium US Italy.
We love the cargo up up front. You've got Italy
probably two underwhelming top nations. Yes, since Italy have won
what was that euro Is? What was that a few
years ago? Now, they've been very underwhelming, not qualifying for

(24:24):
the tournaments. Well it's five years ago. Yeah, so I
think I'd be leaning towards Italy just because Belgium have
been very underwhelming in the big matches. Ye, but it
is in Belgium, So what do you reckon? I'll play
it safe here. Back the draw, yep, probably probably a
one all one all all. There's some Italian national players
that are playing well for their clubs, particularly in Latio,

(24:47):
who are playing for yeah, top of the Europa League,
Fiorentina doing really well as well in the league, so nice,
don't mind it. Cool? Next one I put in there.
I just looked up the biggest matches Venezuela vers Brazil.
I know we're not knowledge of South America some love. Yeah,
we're going to show South America some loves. I'm looking
at the World Cup qualifiers. Brazil a fourth, so usually
they're in the top two. With Argentina, it's just like

(25:08):
a lock. They need to win. I think that they
don't need to win, but just to confirm that they're
definitely going to qualify for the World Cup and things
like that. Venezuela are eighth, but they've had a lot
of draws. They get a lot of draws in this group.
They've had how many draws have they had? They've had
five draws out of the ten matches, so they can
they can hold on play really defensively. I'm still leading
towards Brazil. I don't like a field players. I don't

(25:30):
like Vinnie Junior running around. I don't like Namer. I
don't know he actually he's back from injury. They have
one they have one back to back games, however, Brazil Brazil,
so that they're starting to hit their stride a little
bit better. Yep, but they've chieved. They've got so much
talent and also good to keep an eye out as
Chelsea fans on the young boy estvel William who is
breaking records in Brazil. They broken Mars record for the

(25:53):
most goal and assist by a teenager. Good call in
the Brazilian league, and he's on his way to Chelsea win.
He turns eighteen. That's nuts, howl is he? How does
he now see? Isn't he Chelsea brought him when you're sixteen?
How good is that so yeah, this last game, I
don't know why you've chucked this last game in here.
Stat's got their powerhouse clash of San Marino versus Gibraltar.

(26:14):
Get up and about set your alarms. What's name name
one San Marino or Gibralton player? You know Georgios of
course us. Yeah, he goes off Georgos. No. I just
put this in there because everyone talks them up sam Reno, sorry,
talks about them because of because they never have a

(26:34):
lack of winning. They've had one win in one hundred
and forty three matches. I think it's since two thousand
and four, so that was their first ever win was
two months ago. Everyone was going nuts. But their Twitter
account if anyone wants to go one, and it is so
funny when they score a goal, it's just a paragraph
of like someone typing like like this, and it's very
very funny. So check out sam Reno. I just put
this in there because Gibraltar are a very small country

(26:55):
as well. Sam Reno can win and qualify to the
next stage of the nation's league, which they've never done before.
They've won one game in one hundred and they've won one
game in twenty years and can qualify for the next week.
Let me have a look. Actually, so where are they?
There's so many groups, so because they're in like the
bottom group, there's only three teams in their group, whereas
every other group has four. So they got lucky. But

(27:16):
if they win, they can qualify. Gibraltar have qualified out
of this little group before. It would just be awesome
if Sam's teams played it was a nail binding one,
you'll win to Gibraltar or identical stats eleven shots too
on target for both swords six forty five am on
Saturday up. Genuinely people will be talking about this if

(27:40):
Sam Marina win just because they've never qualified or won.
They've never won two games in a year in home
ground advantage as well, So yeah, watch this space anyway,
we'll be watching that one and the soccer matches well
in at We're very excited for that. I'm calling it.
